UN’IDEA ORIGINALE, UN LAVORO SPECIALE
Noi alunni della classe IV di Sinagra centro, in preparazione della Pasqua, con la nostra maestra
Patrizia, ci siamo organizzati per preparare dei cestini davvero originali che completeremo con
alcuni pulcini fatti con la lana e degli ovetti di cioccolato.
Abbiamo scritto il procedimento, illustrandolo con delle foto; daremo modo così a tanti altri
bambini di ripetere il nostro esperimento.
I CENTRINI PASQUALI
Occorrente:

Un centrino
-
Acqua
-
Zucchero
Procedimento:
Versare nel pentolino 3 bicchieri di acqua e 3 di zucchero, mescolare fino a quando lo zucchero si è
completamente sciolto nell’acqua, formando un composto caramellato e abbastanza denso.
Mettere il pentolino sul fuoco e mescolare bene per non fare attaccare lo zucchero.
Dopo qualche minuto, versare il caramello in una ciotola e aspettare che si raffreddi. Immergere il
centrino per qualche minuto, quindi strizzarlo un po’ e sistemarlo su un contenitore adeguato alla
sua grandezza, in modo simmetrico.
Lasciarlo asciugare per circa una settimana e infine staccarlo dalla terrina.

ORIGINAL IDEA, SPECIAL JOB
We the students of class IV of Sinagra center, in preparation for Easter,
with our teacher Patricia, we have organized to prepare baskets really
original that will complete with some chicks made with wool and
chocolate eggs.
We wrote the procedure, and illustrate it with photos; give way to so
many other children to repeat our experiment.
The DOILIES PASQUALI
needed:
- A doily
- Water
- Sugar
procedure:
Pour into saucepan with 3 cups water and 3 of sugar, stir until the sugar is
completely dissolved in water, forming a compound caramelized and
quite dense.
Put the saucepan on the stove and stir well to sugar does not stick.
After a few minutes, pour the caramel into a bowl and let it cool. Soak the
doily for a few minutes, then squeeze a bit 'and place it on a container
appropriate to its size, in a symmetrical manner.
Let it dry for about a week and then unplug it from the bowl.
