Scent: The bouquet of this wine is elegant

slightly brandied cherry fruit

supported by red berries
and some underlying spice.
Taste: On the palate it is ample, rich, with elegant
brandied cherry plum fruit supported by smooth
tannins and moderate acidity, which flow into a clean
plum finish that has some brown sugar and oatmeal
accents. It remains on the palate with a surprising
persistence.
Alcohol: 15% vol.
Dining accompaniment: This wine is an ideal
accompaniment for hearty stews, rich roasts, or
boiled meats and mature cheese.

Serving: 20 - 22°C in balloon glasses
Aging: Aging takes place for 36 months in small
Slavonian oak barrels.. The wooden aging is followed
by a refinement period of 8 - 12 months in the bottle.
