L'Istat ha predisposto anche un servizio di Contact Center telefonico (n. Verde
800.069.701) e attivato una casella di posta elettronica [email protected] che
fornirà assistenza ai cittadini stranieri che necessitano di informazioni e supporto alla
compilazione del materiale censuario, nella versione cartacea e in quella elettronica,
garantendo una presenza fissa giornaliera di operatori che sappiano gestire le richieste
di aiuto nelle seguenti lingue: Inglese, Francese e Spagnola. Si garantisce inoltre la
presenza giornaliera, e per l'intera durata del servizio, di operatori in lingua
Rumena,Araba,Cinese,Singalese e Ucraina.
1. il servizio telefonico (completamente gratuito per i cittadini,sia stranieri che italiani,
e accessibile sia da telefono fisso che da mobile) sarà attivato a partire dal 1° ottobre
2011 fino al 29 febbraio 2012 ( ad eccezione del 25/12/2011 e del 1° gennaio 2012),
sabato e domenica inclusi dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 19:00 e nel periodo 09 ottobre- 19
novembre 2011 dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 22.00.
2. inoltre, sarà possibile richiedere chiarimenti o assistenza scrivendo alla casella di
posta elettronica [email protected] attiva a partire dal 1° ottobre 2011 e per l'intera
durata del servizio

The Istat has also predisposed a service of telephone Contact Center (n. Green
800.069.701) and activated a box of mail electronic [email protected] that will
furnish assistance to the foreign citizens that need information and support to the
compilation of the material censuario, in the papery version and in that electronics,
guaranteeing a daily fixed presence of operators that knows how to manage the
application of help in the following languages: English, French and Spaniard. You
guarantees besides the daily presence, and for the whole duration of the service, of
operators in Rumanian language, Arab, Chinese, Singalese and Ukraine.

1. the telephone service (completely free for the citizens, foreigners and Italians, and
accessible from fixed and mobile telephone) will be activated beginning from 1st of
October 2011 up to 29 February 2012 (to exception of 25/12/2011 and 1st of January
2012), Saturday and Sunday included from 09:00 to 19:00 and in the period 09
October – 19 November 2011 from 08:00 to 22.00.

October 2011 and for the whole duration of the service
