CIVILI
Installazione di impianti per il trasporto di acqua potabile, fogne e
riscaldamento all’interno di abitazioni civili!
• Installazione di accessori del bagno e cucine come lavandini, water,
docce ecc. con le loro rispettive rubinetterie!
• Formazione degli scarichi dei vari componenti e rispettivi allacci alle
fogne pubbliche, con tubi geberit!
• Installazione di impianti a pavimento con tubi multistrato, termosifoni
e teleriscaldamento.
• Installazione di caldaie a condensazione.
CALDAIE CONDENSAZIONE
• Gruppi termici murali a solo riscaldamento a
condensazione dotati di bruciatore premiscelato
modulante di gas a basse emissioni.
Si caratterizzano per la compattezza dimensionale, gli
alti rendimenti, silenziosità di funzionamento e gli elevati
rapporti di modulazione.
Sono dotate di scambiatore tubolare corrugato
bimetallico, che garantisce elevate superfici di scambio e
resistenza alla corrosione, inserito in una camera di
combustione cilindrica con testate in alluminio.
Il
bruciatore a premiscelazione totale è dotato di
accensione elettronica con controllo di fiamma ad
ionizzazione, di venturi per l'aspirazione dell'aria di
combustione e corredato di rampa gas proporzionale.
Il controllo di caldaia gestisce con modalità climatica sia
la generazione di calore che cascate con modalità
master-slave.
I modelli master possono funzionare singolarmente, mentre
lo slave (da usare solo in abbinamento ad un modello
master) è stato progettato per la realizzazione di impianti
in cascata.
INDUSTRIALI
• Manutenzione in industrie della vallata, soprattutto nella
sostituzione di elementi usurati, nella fabbricazione di
accessori aggiuntivi a macchinari e riparazioni varie. I
materiali usati dipendono dalle richieste dell’industria ma
di solito lamiere e altri elementi in ferro, oggetti e
tubazioni in acciaio inox!
LATTONERIA
Installazione e sostituzione di grondaie di vario genere,
scossaline e abbaini. I materiale che usiamo sono:
• il rame che viene saldato tramite cannello con l’aggiunta
di materiale d’apporto di marca castolin;
• L’acciaio inox saldato tramite cannello o saldatrice a
elettrodo per inox;
• In materiale preverniciato.
Tutti i materiali vengono presi presso Cuneo Metal , ma
alcuni pezzi vengono tagliati o piegati nella nostra
officina tramite macchina piegatrice e cesoia! Le
grondaie possono essere installate tramite piattaforma
aerea dove necessario!
CARPENTERIA
• Fabbricazione e installazione di porte, finestre,ringhiere,
cancelli e altri elementi in base alle richieste dei clienti.
Tutti questi fatti in ferro con aggiunta di pezzi in acciaio e
saldati con saldatrici a filo continuo, saldatrici ad
elettrodo e saldatrici a tig. Il ferro usato viene tagliato
tramite segatrici elettriche e in base al lavoro da
eseguire si usa anche una macchina piegatrice che può
piegare materiali di spessore che varia tra i 0,1-0,8mm e
una cesoia che taglia materiali di spessore fino a 1 cm.
IMPIANTI PANNELLI SOLARI
Installazione di pannelli solari di piccole metrature su tetti o
strutture messe a terra. Integrazione a impianti termici
già esistenti di uso comune.

CONDENSING BOILERS
• Groups thermal wall heating only condensing
premix modulating burner with low-emission
gas. Are characterized by their compactness,
high efficiency, quiet operation and high
modulation ratio. They are equipped with
bimetallic corrugated tubular heat exchanger,
which ensures high transfer surfaces and
corrosion resistance, contained in a cylindrical
combustion chamber with aluminum heads.
• The total premix burner is equipped with
electronic ignition control flame ionization
venturi for aspiration of the combustion air and
gas train accompanied by proportional
representation. The boiler control is managed in
a manner climatic heat generation that falls
with
master-slave
mode.
The master model can work individually,
while the slave (for use only in combination with
a master model) is designed for the construction
of plants in cascade.
INDUSTRIAL
• Maintenance industries in the valley, especially
in the replacement of worn parts, manufacturing
equipment and additional accessories to
various repairs. The materials used depend
on the demands of the industry but usually
plates and other iron objects and pipes in
stainless steel!
TINSMITHERY
Installation and replacement of various types of gutters,
flashings and roof. The material we use are:
• copper tube which is welded through the addition of filler
metal brand castolin;
• the stainless steel welded by torch or welding for stainles
s steel electrode;
• in pre-painted material.
All materials are taken from Cuneo Metal, but some
pieces are cut or folded in our office by car and
shears! The gutters can be installed through an aerial
platform where necessary!
CARPENTRY
• And installation of doors, windows, railings,
gates and other items according to customers'
requests. All these facts with the addition
of
iron
and
steel
pieces
welded
with continuous welding wire, welding electrode
and welding tig. The iron used is cut by power
saws and based on the work to be performed
also using a folding machine that can bend
material thickness ranging between 0.1 to
0.8 mm and a shear that cuts material of
thickness up to 1 cm .
SOLAR SYSTEMS
• Installing solar panels on the roofs of small
sizes or structures grounded. Integration with
existing heating systems in common use.
