Plastic
and
its
derivatives
can
survive in our soil and
water up to 500 years
to
decompose
completely.
Compared to glass,

plastic can be recycled only in a small
percentage, the rest is released into our
environment and our food chain, ending up back
in our body. plastic waste in oceans are the cause
of death of many animals.

American researchers have calculated the total
energy expenditure, the individual phases of the
chain, from the production of plastic bottles of
water to the controls, the labeling and filling of
the bottles to the transport and sale.
 The two phases of the process that cost more in
terms of energy are the production of plastic
bottles and transport.

Only for the production of water bottles was estimated
consumption of 50 million barrels of oil every year.

The plastic packaging contains liquids that can
be released into the drink, with glass bottles
there isn’t exchange between content and
packaging.

There is a real business in
a bottle of water and an
economic
mechanism
that brings huge profits
to
the
bottling
companies and huge
consumption
of
resources for the country,
as well as high levels of
pollution-induced
and
consumption
of
resources.

One of the reasons why the
bottled water market has been so
successful is for the alleged
security of being able to consume
drinking water quality even
though the FAO stated that
bottled water is no better than tap
water. It 'obvious that the
documents of the FAO doesn’t
have the charm of advertising.
Water has become a commodity,
dazzled by the lights of publicity
we forget that water is a primary
bena and in our modern world
and
technological
water
is
lacking.


Choose plastic bottles lighter that need less
energy for the transport

Recycle bottles

Prefer water in glass bottles or tap water

Use new-generation tap
