FORMAL ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COFFEE DISTRICT
2006 - The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region formally recognized the
Coffee Industrial District
2008 - The Agency for the Development of the Coffee
Industrial District (Trieste Coffee Cluster S.r.l – TCC)
was established; TTC is a public/private partnership with
both public stakeholders (15%) and private ones (85%), i.e.
businesses located in the Province of Trieste

AGENCY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COFFEE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Trieste Coffee Cluster Srl is the Agency for the Development of
the Coffee Industrial District, a public/private consortium that has
the mandate to promote the competitive development of the local
productive system and to provide services supporting innovation
in the local businesses situated within its geographical scope.
The consortium has been set up as a partnership of both public
and private entities having a stake in the competitive
development of the coffee district.
