Getting to Trieste
Trieste Airport is located 1 km off the A4 Trieste-Venice
motorway (REDIPUGLIA exit).
There are car hire companies at Trieste airport, as well
as a coach service which will take you directly into Trieste
Bus Station (Coach 51: updated schedules and fares are
available on the internet site www.aptgorizia.it or calling the
coach operator +39-0481-593511).
Taxies are available outside the Arrivals hall from 08.00 to
24.00.

Getting to the University
The H3 Building is located in the University campus. Unless
you wish to take a taxi (Tel. 040 -307730), the simplest and
cheapest way to reach the University campus is by bus. The
bus number 17/ connects the Railway Station to the University
campus, whereas the bus 17 connects Piazza della Borsa
(very close to Piazza Unità d’Italia) to the University campus
passing through downtown Trieste. Please remind that you
need to buy bus tickets at tobacco shops or newsstands before
boarding the bus and you need to stamp them as soon as you
are on-board.
