Things to do: 1st step
- receive the WP3 research report by KCH
- illustrate the report to some guest companies
in each country and collect a feed back with a
focus group meeting
(Regione Valle d’Aosta will develop a draft for a
standard presentation of the report to be used in the
meetings, and will share it with all partners)

- if suitable (not compulsory) each country can
organize a public meeting aimed to show and
explain the KCH report to aompanies and
stakeholders
- the meeting can be an occasion to invite
companies to take part in the project, participating
actively in the focus groups

- identify (NOW!!!!!) two sectors of common
interest to which the focus groups will refer to
while developing the guidelines
- each partner has to identify one company for
each sector available to accept the role of
“assessment center”, as depicted in the project

- organize the focus group(s) inviting companies that
host foreign workers and trainees
(each partner is expected to organize 2 focus groups)
How to develop a focus group, who have we to involve?
- 2 or 4 HR managers / Entrepreneurs
- 3 customers representative of training policy maker authorities
- 3 trainees with experiences abroad

What do we have to discuss during the focus group(s)?
Introduce the guidelines document
and discuss it, developing a SWOT
analysis of the document, i.e.:
- what is good
- what is weak
- the threats about the company
they’re working in
- the opportunities related to the
company they’re working in
- other suggestions

- for every focus group , the partner will send to the WP
coordinator (Regione Valle d’Aosta) the minutes of the
meeting with the SWOT scheme
- the Wp coordinator will make a synthesis of the reports
sent by all the partners, working out a draft of the WP
report

- a scheme of the assessment process
- a description of the assessment process step by step
- a “quick guide” to assessment to be given to trainees
and workers
- a list of testing methods and tools that can be used
- the format of documents to be used to formalize the

- a list of the economic sectors in which the certificate
will have validity
