360 Degrees Entrepreneurship

Overall Goal and Objectives
Through "360 Degrees Entrepreneurship", young people will benefit from the combination of
the knowledge of universities, the experience of NGOs, and mentors and trainers with
experience and knowledge in establishing and sustaining new businesses. The focus on social
entrepreneurship will also motivate young people to think not only about their own
employability in creating their businesses, but also on how they can be relevant to society
and provide employability opportunities to their peers as well, creating a ripple effect of
entrepreneurship and employability. They will also be trained as entrepreneurship educators
themselves, so that their influence can extent beyond themselves and their own businesses
but also into each of their societies and countries.
The overall aim of the project is in accordance with one of the primary objectives for K2
Strategic Partnerships for Youth:
- Promoting entrepreneurship education and social entrepreneurship among young people
The specific objectives are:
Ø To develop creative thinking, innovation, employability (soft) skills, financial
management, strategic planning and entrepreneurial skills of youth workers.
Ø To create a training module on how to develop, validate and implement social
entrepreneurial projects and enterprises.
Ø To work with and train mentors in how they can support young people in developing
entrepreneurial paths.
Ø To explore practical ways of supporting young people and NGO set up social
enterprises, taking into consideration legal, financial, management and social
requirements.
Ø To create new tools and methods designed to develop entrepreneurial skills among
young people.
Ø To provide young people with a platform where they can exchange experience and
expertise in the field of social entrepreneurship.
Ø To develop solidarity, promote tolerance and foster mutual understanding between
generations and cultures by creating a common platform for development that
includes a wide variety of generations and cultures

The first project meeting expenses will be handled by Istanbul Kultur University. All
partners will get the scan of all expenses.
The first money transaction will be beginning of 2016.
Partners will need to prove documents for all expenses.
Partners will need to sign two agreements ( 1 – Official Mandate form, 2 –
Partnership Agreement between Istanbul Kultur University and Each Partner based of
their responsibilities.
Communication; M. Vural Yilmaz ( representative of Istanbul Kultur University)
should be add to each communication done via e-mail.
All files regarding the implementation of project will/should be uploaded to project
Google Drive that will be created.
Transaction of project management amount will be transfer every 3 months.
Every 3 months partner organizations should provide report of the period.
