La RG 60 è una rettificatrice di ceppi freno autovetture, veicoli
commerciali ed industriali che è stata progettata con criteri di
robustezza e precisione per consentire la rettifica di tutti i tipi di
ganasce, siano esse flottanti od a punto fisso. La morsa di fissaggio
RG0315, fornita in dotazione standard, consente un rapido e preciso
posizionamento delle ganasce di tipo flottante, mentre la morsa
optional RG0300 è necessaria per quelle a punto fisso. La macchina è
inoltre fornita con un efficiente sistema di aspirazione delle polveri
completo di aspiratore.
Sono inoltre disponibili a richiesta degli optional come il pratico
banchetto in lamiera RG0100 o l'allestimento monofase MNF060.
RG 60 is a brake shoe grinding machine for cars and commercial or
industrial vehicles designed in accordance with sturdiness and
accuracy concepts, which allows the grinding of all kind of brake
shoes, both floating and fixed point types. Clamping fixture RG0315,
supplied as standard equipment, allows a quick and accurate set-up
of floating shoes, while optional clamping fixture RG0300 is required
for fixed point ones.
Moreover the machine includes an efficient suction system complete
of vacuum unit.
There are also available on demand a convenient base cabinet
RG0100 and single phase version MNF060.
La RG 60 est une rectifieuse pour les garnitures des freins de voitures,
camionnettes et poids lourds. Robuste et précise pour permettre la
rectification de mâchoires flottantes soit que à point fixe.
L’étau de blocage RG0315 avec la dotation standard, permette un
rapide et précise positionnement de les mâchoires flottantes et l’étau
de blocage optionnel RG0300 est nécessaire pour les mâchoires à
point fixe.
La machine est livrée avec un système d’aspiration poussière complet
avec aspirateur.
Sur demande son disponibles des accessoires optionnels, comme le
soubassement RG0100 ou la version monophasé.
Die RG 60 ist eine Schleifmaschine für Bremsbeläge von PKW, LKW und
Nutzfahrzeugen. Die Maschine wurde sehr steif und stabil konzipiert und
erlaubt Schleifbearbeiten an schwimmenden und feststehenden
Bremsbelägen. Die Standard- Klemmvorrichtung RG0315 ermöglicht ein
sehr schnelles und unkompliziertes Aufspannen, während die optionale
Klemmvorrichtung RG0300 für die feststehenden Bremsbacken
vorgesehen ist.
Die Maschine verfügt über ein effektives Absaugsystem komplett mit
Staubsaugeinheit.
Als Option sind weiterhin der Unterschrank RGO100 und die
Einphasenversion des Motors MNF060 verfügbar.
