The company’s intimate knowledge of Direct Chill systems began way back at the beginning of the 1980’s when it first started to use the technology in its
coolers. Thanks to its performance levels, Direct Chill soon became a global standard. However, ZERICA’s research and development activities didn’t stop
there and they were the first to introduce second generation systems which they named High Performance Direct Chill (HPDC) – even more evolved, efficient and ecologically sound than before.
With its innovative design, HPDC is not only higher performing but also uses 70% less energy compared to Direct Chill. Less energy used equals less environmental impact without compromising on performance.
Quite the opposite in fact as it actually has massive performance advantages over Direct Chill. Units with High Performance Direct Chill (HPDC) are unique
