Observations
Esta Guía comprende todos los establecimientos
siguientes: Hoteles de cinco, cuatro, tres, dos y
una estrella. Pensiones de dos estrellas.
La información sobre pensiones de una estrella
y otros alojamientos de antigua clasificación se
podrá obtener en las oficinas de turismo de la
localidad correspondiente.

hartzen ditu aintzat: bost, lau, hiru eta bi izarreko eta izar bateko hotelak. Izar biko pentsioak.
Izar bateko pentsioei zein sailkapen zaharreko
beste establezimendu batzuei buruzko informazioa tokian tokiko informazio bulegoetan eskuratu daiteke.
The Guide includes all of the following establishments: Five, Four, Three, Two and One-star
hotels; Two-star guesthouses. Information on
local one-star pensions and other accommodation under the old rating system will be available
at each town's Tourist Office.

Los precios que figuran en esta guía, son orientativos y cuando figuran dos precios, el precio
máximo corresponde a la temporada alta que
con carácter general corresponde a los meses de
verano, Semana Santa, Navidad y Puentes y el
precio mínimo, al resto del año.
El IVA aplicable a los establecimientos hoteleros
es del 7%, este tipo está sujeto a posibles cambios según el tipo impositivo aplicable en el año
2006.

The prices shown in this guide are for guidance
only. When two prices appear side by side, the
higher of the two corresponds to the high season, which generally means the summer
months, Easter, Christmas and long weekends.
The lower price is for the rest of the year.
The VAT applicable to hotel establishments is

Cette Guide comprend tous les établissements
suivants: Hôtels à cinq, quatre, trois, deux et
une étoiles. Pensions à deux étoiles. Pour tout
renseignement concernant les pensions à une
étoile et autres hébergements de l’ancien classement, s’adresser à l’Office de Tourisme de la
localité concernée.
Questa guida copre tutti gli stabilimenti seguenti: Hotel a cinque, quattro, tre, due e una stella;
pensioni di due stelle. Le informazioni su pensioni ad una stella e altre sistemazioni di vecchia classificazione si possono ottenere presso
gli uffici dell’Ente del Turismo della località
stessa.
Dieser Hotelführer umfasst alle Unternehmen
folgender Art: Hotels mit fünf, vier, drei und
zwei Sternen sowie ene mit einem Stern; Die
Information über Ein-Stern-Pensionen und
andere Unterkünfte der früheren Einteilung
erhalten Sie in den Fremdenverkehr-sämtern der
entsprechenden Ortschaften.

Les prix figurant sur ce guide sont donnés à titre
d’orientation; lorsqu’il y a deux prix, le prix
maximum correspond à la haute saison qui coïncide généralement avec les mois d’été, les
vacances de Pâques, de Noël et les «ponts». Le
prix minimum correspond au reste de l’année.
La TVA applicable aux établissements hôteliers
est de 7%; ce taux est exposé à d’éventuels
changements selon le taux d’imposition applicable en 2006.

Bei den in diesem Verzeichnis angegebenen
Preisen handelt es sich um Richtwerte. Bei
Angabe von zwei Preisen entspricht der höhere
Preis der Hauptsaison, die im Allgemeinen die
Sommermonate, Ostern, Weihnachten und
Feiertagsbrücken umfasst, während der niedrigere Preis sich auf das restliche Jahr bezieht.
Die im Falle von Hotelunternehmen angewandte
Mehrwertsteuer beträgt 7% und kann, im Falle
von möglichen Steuervariationen im Jahr 2006,
gewissen Veränderungen unterliegen.

touristiques doivent tenir à la disposition des
clients. Dans tous les cas, elles pourront également étre formulées devant l’Administration
Touristique compétente de la Communauté

I reclami si possono presentare per mezzo delle
apposite “hojas de reclamaciones” (Libro di
reclami) che, obbligatoriamente, tutti gli stabilimenti devono tenere a disposizione dei clienti.
In ogni caso, i reclami possono anche essere formulati presso la competente amministrazione
turistica della Comunità Autonoma.

> Es el sello de calidad del Instituto para la
Calidad Turística Española (ICTE) que certifica
el servicio, las instalaciones, y la gestión de las
empresas turísticas.
Es un distintivo que, con independencia de la
clasificación oficial, recoge exigencias tanto de
producto como de servicio en unas Normas de
Calidad, de aplicación exclusiva a las empresas
turísticas. Es en definitiva, una garantía de
satisfacción y de cumplimiento de las expectativas de los clientes.

(ICTE) kalitate-ikurra da, turismo-enpresen zerbitzua, instalazioak eta kudeaketa ziurtatzen
dituen institutuaren ikurra.
Bereizgarri honek, sailkapen ofiziala alde batera
utzita, produktuaren nahiz zerbitzuaren eskakizunak biltzen ditu, turismo-enpresetan soilik
aplikatzen diren Kalitate Arau batzuetan. Azken
finean, bezeroak gustura geratuko direla eta
beren iguripenak beteko direla bermatzea da.

Regardless of an establishment’s official classification, this distinction is awarded for complying with product and service Quality Standards
applied exclusively to tourism businesses. In
short, it is a guarantee of customer satisfaction
and expectations.

Qualité Touristique (ICTE) qui certifie le service, les installations et la gestion des entreprises touristiques.
C’est un label qui, indépendamment du classement officiel, réunit des exigences aussi bien
concernant le produit que le service dans des
Normes de Qualité, d’application exclusive aux
entreprises touristiques. C’est, en définitive,
une garantie de satisfaction et de respect des
attentes des clients.

Qualità Turistica (ICTE) che garantisce il servizio, gli impianti e la gestione delle imprese
turistiche.
Si tratta di un marchio che, indipendentemente
da quella che è la classificazione ufficiale, riunisce esigenze tanto di prodotto quanto di servizio in una serie di Norme di Qualità, e che si
applica esclusivamente alle imprese turistiche.
In definitiva, è una garanzia di soddisfazione e
di completa risposta alle attese dei clienti.
> Ist das Qualitätssiegel des Spanischen
Institutes für Qualität im Fremdenverkehr
(ICTE), mit dem die Dienstleistungen, die
Einrichtungen und das Management der
Touristikunternehmen versehen
werden.
Es handelt sich um eine Auszeichnung, die
unabhängig von der offiziellen Einteilung
Anforderungen sowohl bezüglich des Produktes
als auch der Dienstleistungen in
Qualitätsnormen vereint, die ausschließlich bei
Touristikunternehmen zur Anwendung kommen.
Es stellt somit eine Garantie für die
Befriedigung und Erfüllung der Erwartungen
der Kunden dar.
> La norma ISO supone un aseguramiento de la
calidad. Para ello la norma incorpora aspectos
como la satisfacción de los clientes y el establecimiento de objetivos de mejora continua,
con los cuales refuerza la gestión de la calidad
de los productos y servicios.
Nota: Dado que existen diferentes logotipos
para identificar las normas ISO, en este folleto,
en los establecimientos que
la posean se reflejará la palabra ISO.

arauak alderdi batzuk kontuan hartzen ditu,
