Studiata per applicazioni di taglio plasma con spessori medio
sottili. Plasma Expert è costituita da un portale in profilato di
alluminio ad alta rigidità e stabilità dinamica.
Designed to meet the requirements of small to medium
thickness plasma applications. The portal of the Plasma
Expert is made from an extremely strong and rigid
aluminium profile.
Un banco solidale alla struttura, predisposto per l’aspirazione/
abbattimento dei fumi a settori, ovvero concentrato sul punto
in cui opera la torcia durante il taglio.
The cutting table is integrated with the machine and
equipped with fume extraction device.
Il carrello trasversale viene fornito a seconda dell’applicazione:
> Con un supporto porta torcia a piattello e controllo
automatico dell’altezza costante meccanico
> Con un supporto porta torcia con sistema di avvicinamento
iniziale automatico TAG con controllo dell’altezza costante
mediante la tensione dell’arco AVC e dispositivo anticollisione
> Un secondo supporto per applicazione di un altro utensile
per esempio di marcatura

Etudiée pour le coupage plasma des tôles fines et
moyennes. La Plasma Expert est constituée par un portique
en aluminium de grande rigidité, stable et dynamique et par
un chassis compact.
Disenado para aplicaciones de corte plasma con espesor
medio fino. El Plasma Expert està costituido por un portal
bordeado de alluminio de alta rigidez y estabilidad dinamica.
Une table de coupe solidaire de la structure est prédisposée
pour l’aspiration. Un cloisonnement permet de concentrer
l’aspiration dans la zone de coupe.
Le chariot transversal peut, selon les besoins, recevoir
> Un support torche avec coupelle permettant le contrôle
mécanique de hauteur et le plaquage des tôles
sur la table.
> Un support de torche avec contrôle de hauteur
initiale (système TAG), maintien de la hauteur
de coupe par tension d’arc et dispositif anti-collision.
> Un deuxieme support peut recevoir, par exemple,
un outil de marquage.

a un massimo di 6 metri di lunghezza. La struttura, formata da
un unico corpo, rende l’installazione e lo start-up del sistema
estremamente rapido e veloce, oltre che essere decisamente

Prevede l’estensione della larghezza di taglio di 500 mm
al di fuori del banco di lavoro (sistema a bandiera).
Per il taglio delle travi, profilati, etc. Possibilità di applicare
il dispositivo Tubo Cut per il taglio dei tubi fino
ad un diametro di 600 mm.
TUBO CUT opzione
> Diametri min. e max. del tubo da 100 mm a 500 mm
(con mandrino fisso) fino a 650 mm (con mandrino mobile).
> Spessore tubo min. 3 mm (per spessori inferiori
è necessario prevedere il montaggio di griffe con pettine
