Genießen Sie vor dem Saunagang eine Reinigungsdusche und
trocknen Sie sich vor dem Betreten der Kabine gründlich ab.
Verzichten Sie bei den Saunagängen auf Badebekleidung wie
Badehose, Bikini, usw. Sie behindern die Hautatmung. Legen
Sie bitte aus hygienischen Gründen ein Handtuch auf die Sitzbank.
Betreten Sie die Sauna mit erwärmtem Körper, ein warmes
Fußbad im Vorfeld zum Saunabad fördert das Schwitzen zusätzlich.
Besuchen Sie die Kabine für eine Zeit von 10-15 Min. je nach
persönlichem Wohlbefinden.
Kühlen Sie sich nach dem Saunagang ausreichend ab: zunächst
die Atemwege im Frischluftbereich, nachfolgend durch lokale,
kalte Wassergüsse, startend von den Armen und Beinen bis hin
zum Rücken und Rumpf, von den Extremitäten zum Herzen
hin, abschließend auch den Kopf.
Wohltuend wirken nach der Abkühlung ein leichtes Erwärmen
der Füße bis zum Knöchel mit einem warmen Fußbad
und das Überziehen von Wollsocken.
Ruhen Sie Ihren Körper im warmen Bademantel eingehüllt
ausreichend aus, die Ruhephase sollte mindestens 30 Minuten
andauern.
Wiederholen Sie den Saunagang maximal 3 Mal, auch im Sommer fördert ein Saunabesuch Ihre Gesundheit und pflegt Ihre
Schönheit.

Il bagno turco e le cabine con aria satura di vapore svolgono azione benefica soprattutto sulle vie respiratorie e le
mucose e, se combinati all’impiego di sostanze aromatiche
e oli essenziali, hanno un effetto antibatterico e stimolante

L’uso del bagno turco ha un evidente effetto cosmetico e, in

Non entrare in sauna a stomaco vuoto o troppo pieno.
Prima di entrare nella sauna, fare una doccia e asciugarsi
accuratamente. Entrare in sauna nudi, senza costume da
bagno che potrebbe ostacolare la traspirazione. Per motivi
igienici appoggiare un asciugamano sulla panca.
Entrare nella sauna con il corpo caldo, facendo prima un
pediluvio caldo per favorire ulteriormente la sudorazione.
Rimanere in sauna per 10-15 min., a seconda dello stato di
benessere personale.
Dopo la sauna rinfrescarsi respirando aria fresca, proseguire
con getti localizzati di acqua fredda, partendo da braccia e
gambe fino alla schiena e al torace, procedere dalle estremità verso il cuore, fino a raggiungere la testa.
Dopo questa pausa di raffreddamento è indicato riscaldare
i piedi fino alla caviglia con un pediluvio caldo e indossando
dei calzini di lana.
Rilassare sufficientemente a lungo il corpo, avvolti in un accappatoio caldo. La pausa di rilassamento dovrebbe durare
almeno 30 minuti.
Ripetere la sauna al massimo 3 volte. Anche in estate la
sauna migliora lo stato di salute e la bellezza.

Do not enter the sauna on an empty or too-full stomach.
Before entering the sauna, take a shower and dry yourself
thoroughly. Enter the sauna naked, without a swimsuit, as it
may hinder perspiration. For reasons of hygiene, please place a towel on the bench.
Warm your body before you enter the sauna, taking a hot
foot-bath first to further enhance sweating.
Stay in the sauna for 10-15 min, according to your level of
well-being.
After the sauna, cool yourself by breathing cool air, continue
with localized cold water jets, starting from arms and legs
to then reach back and chest, and proceed from the body
extremities towards the heart to finally reach the head.
After this cooling period you should warm your feet up to
the ankle with a hot foot-bath and then wear wool socks.
Relax your body for at least 30 minutes, wrapped in a warm
bathrobe.
You may repeat the sauna 3 times at the most. A sauna
improves your health and beauty even in summer.
