Il Prefetto svolge un ruolo di raccordo delle attività delle amministrazioni
statali provinciali. È inoltre autorità provinciale di Pubblica Sicurezza,
“funzione” esercitata attraverso il coordinamento delle Forze di
Polizia dello Stato. Il Prefetto è altresì organo del Sistema Nazionale
di Protezione Civile e sovrintende al coordinamento degli interventi di
immediato soccorso per fronteggiare le situazioni di emergenza.
The Prefect acts a coordinator of the provincial and public
administrations activities. He is also the provincial authority for
Public Security, “function” carried out by coordinating Police Forces.
The Prefect is also part of the National System for Civil Protection
and supervives all interventions for immediate assistance in case of
emergency situations.
Le Préfet joue un rôle d’intermédiaire entre les activités de toutes les
administration publiques et provinciales. Il est également l’autorité
provinciale de la sécurité publique, “fonction” exercée par le biais de la
coordination des forces de la police de l’État. Le Préfet fait également
partie intégrante du Système National de Protection Civile et dirige la
coordination des interventions d’assistance immédiate pour faire face
aux situations d’urgence.

Two Police Stations have operational control over the
territory of Distretto Turistico dei Laghi. The Police Station
is an extension of the Public Security Department with jurisdiction
over the territory and is responsible for guaranteeing the execution,
the direction, the organization, the responsibility and the coordination
of the Public Security services.
SQUADRA NAUTICA_QUESTURA VCO: La motovedetta della
Squadra Nautica della Polizia di Stato garantisce il controllo
del Lago Maggiore e la vigilanza delle coste al fine di prevenire e
contrastare la commissione di attività illecite. In particolare, svolge
i servizi di controllo della circolazione dei natanti e la ricerca degli
stessi, assicurando nel contempo gli interventi di emergenza e
soccorso alle persone in difficoltà, tant’è che il personale impiegato
è abilitato a prestare il primo soccorso in caso di malore o pericolo
di annegamento.
NAUTICAL SQUAD_VCO POLICE DEPARTMENT: The State Police
Nautical Squad Patrol Boat supervises Lake Maggiore and guards
the coasts to prevent and oppose all illegal activities. Specifically,
it controls the safe circulation of water crafts, searching for them
when required, ensuring at the same time emergency and rescue
interventions. That is why the personnel employed is trained to offer
first aid in case of seizures or drowning danger.
SECOURS NAUTIQUE_QUESTURA VCO: La vedette à moteur de
l’Equipe Nautique de la Police d’Etat garantit le contrôle du
Lac Majeur, ainsi que la surveillance des côtes afin de prévenir et de
contraster toute activité illicite. Elle effectue notamment les services
de contrôle de la circulation des embarcations et leur recherche, tout
en assurant les interventions d’urgence et les secours aux personnes
en danger, d’autant plus, que le personnel employé est autorisé à
donner les premiers soins en cas de malaise ou de danger de noyade.
Deux Préfectures de Police sont opératives sur le territoire du Distretto Turistico dei Laghi. La Préfecture de
Police est une extension du département de sécurité publique avec
jurisdiction sur le territoire du Distretto Turistico dei Laghi et elle est
responsable de l’exécution, la direction, l’organisation et la coordination des services de sécurité publique.

TAUCHMANNSCHAFT_QUESTURA VCO: Das Schnellboot der
Seefahrt-Mannschaft der Staatspolizei garantiert die Kontrolle
über den Lago Maggiore und die Aufsicht der Küsten um unerlaubte
Handlungen vorzubeugen und entgegen zu wirken. Vor allem aber
führen Sie die Überwachung des Verkehrs und die Untersuchung der
Wasserfahrzeuge aus, um gleichzeitig den Notdienst für Personen die
sich in Schwierigkeiten befinden zu sichern, jedenfalls spricht dafür
das das eingesetzte Personal qualifiziert ist um erste Hilfe im Falle
eines Anfalls oder Gefahr des Ertrinkens zu leisten.

Il Comando Provinciale dirige, coordina ed indirizza l’attività operativa dei Reparti dipendenti nell’ambito della Provincia del VCO, in

The Operating Aeronaval Division of Como runs, coordinates and

Il Corpo Forestale dello Stato è organo di polizia nazionale a competenza generale, specializzato nelle attività di
prevenzione e repressione dei reati in materia ambientale. Il
Corpo Forestale dello Stato sovrintende ai compiti di antincendio boschivo, disponendo dei mezzi aerei e coordinando
le attività di spegnimento a terra di tutte le unità coinvolte a tutte le
attività di investigazione, prevenzione e repressione dei reati in campo
ambientale.

competence specialized in prevention and repression of environmental crimes. The Forest Ranger Corp supervises wood fire-prevention

Le ‘Corpo Forestale dello Stato’NdT est un organe de la police nationale de compétence générale qui est spécialisé dans les activités

concernant l’environnement.

Braccio operativo della Regione Piemonte e della Provincia del Verbano Cusio Ossola, il Coordinamento Provinciale di Protezione
Civile conta oggi circa 1.000 volontari pronti a supportare la richiesta delle Istituzioni nel momento dell’emergenza.
Presso il Parco Tecnologico del Lago Maggiore è presente un Presidio
Regionale di 1° livello dotato di automezzi ed attrezzature specialistiche per la protezione Civile.
Ad opera dei volontari, nel periodo estivo e nei giorni festivi, viene
garantito un servizio di vigilanza e assistenza ai bagnanti nel golfo
Borromeo, il tutto con personale brevettato della Federazione Italiana
Nuoto Sezione Salvamento e formato dal 118.

Regione Piemonte and VCO Provincia’s executive arm, the civil defence provincial coordination nowadays counts approximately
1000 volunteers ready to give aid to any establishments’s requests
in case of emergency. Placed by Lago Maggiore Parco Tecnologico is
I Presidio Regionale, provided with vehicles and facilities proper for
civil defence. In summer time and on holidays, thanks to volunteers,
supervision and bather assistance at Borromeo’s bay is guaranteed.
Volunteers are well-tried by Federazione Italiana Nuoto - Salvamento

personnel est breveté par la Fédération italienne de natation, et il a

calmo e con buone condizioni meteorologiche;
su tali natanti il numero di persone trasportate
non può superare il limite massimo stabilito dal
costruttore o in mancanza di questo, i limiti di cui
all’articolo 60 del Decreto Ministeriale 29 luglio
2008, n. 146;
l’impiego dei piccoli natanti di cui al comma precedente, è vietato sulla rotta delle unità in servizio di

EMBARCATIONS À RAMES ET À PÉDALES,
CANOËS, YOLES, PÉDALOS

• L’utilisation des petites embarcations à rames ou à pédales
(canoës, yoles, pédalos, etc.) est autorisée lorsque le lac est calme
et avec de bonnes conditions météorologiques. Un nombre de
personnes ayant la possibilité technique de pouvoir s’asseoir peut
être transporté sur lesdites embarcations.
• L’utilisation des petites embarcations mentionnées à l’alinéa 1
est interdite sur la route des embarcations en service de transport
public de ligne, à l’intérieur des ports ainsi qu’à leur proximité et
dans les zones du lac destinées à des activités spécifiques (ski
nautique, motos d’eau, couloirs de sortie, etc.).

KANUS, JOLEN, PADDELBOOTE, TRETBOOTE

n. 5/R Regione Piemonte)
• Die Benutzung von kleinen Wasserfahrzeugen mit Rudern
oder Pedalen (Kanus, Jolen, Paddelboote, Tretboote, usw.) ist auf
ruhigem See und bei guten Wetterbedingungen erlaubt. Auf diesen
Wasserfahrzeugen dürfen so viele Personen transportiert werden,
wie Sitzplätze vorhanden sind.
• Der Einsatz von kleinen Wasserfahrzeug nach Absatz 1, ist auf
dem Kurs des öffentlichen Linienverkehrs, im inneren der Häfen
und deren Umgebung, den für bestimmte Aktivitäten bestimmten
Seegebieten (Wasserski, Jetbikes, Ausfahrtskorridore, usw.),
verboten.

WINDSURF

L’uso delle tavole a vela è consentito solo di giorno
e con buona visibilità da un’ora dopo l’alba al
tramonto;
i conduttori devono regolare il natante in modo da
non creare situazioni di pericolo o di intralcio alla
navigazione ed a tal fine devono tenere tra di loro
sempre una distanza di almeno metri 10. I conduttori devono sempre indossare regolare giubbotto
di salvataggio e non possono portare persone o
animali a bordo.
L’impiego delle tavole a vela è vietato:
• sulla rotta delle unità in servizio di trasporto pubblico di linea e comunque ad una distanza inferiore
a 200 mt. dagli scali del servizio pubblico di linea;
• all’interno dei porti e ad una distanza laterale
inferiore a 50 mt. dall’ingresso dei porti;
• nelle zone riservate alla balneazione, salvo in
corridoi appositamente dedicati e delimitati;
• nelle aree lacuali destinate per specifiche attività:
(sci nautico, moto d’acqua, corridoi di uscita, ecc.);
Le scuole di tavole a vela
devono inoltre:
• rispettare le norme generali di sicurezza predisposte dalla Federazione Italiana Vela (FIV);
• essere coperte da assicurazione per responsabilità civile anche a favore degli allievi.

Windsurfing is allowed only during the day, high visibility and an
hour later dawn till sunset.
Windsurfers avoid dangerous situations, hampering other units,
must keep always a minimum distance from each other of 10
meters. Windsurfers must always wear regular life jacket and
cannot carry any persons and/or animals.
Windsurf is not allowed:
• in close proximity of regular public ways, keep a distance of 200
mt far from public jetty;
• inside harbours, keep a lateral distance of 50 mt. far from
harbours entrance;
• inside areas used as bathing, except definite aisles;
• inside areas used as water skiing, water scooters, exit ways, etc.
Windsurfing school must also:
• obey general safety rules adopted by Italian Sailing Federation
(FIV);
• sign public-liability insurance also concerning learners.
WINDSURF

La navigation à l’aide de planches à voile, est autorisée uniquement
pendant la journée et avec une bonne visibilité. Une heure après le
lever du jour jusqu’au coucher du soleil.
Les conducteurs doivent régler leur navigation de manière à ne pas
créer de situations de danger ou d’entrave à la navigation et, dans
ce but, ils doivent toujours tenir entre eux une distance d’environ
de 10 mètres. Les conducteurs doivent toujours porter un gilet
de sauvetage conforme et ne peuvent pas emmener à bord des
personnes ou des animaux.
L’utilisation des planches à voile est interdite :
• sur la route des embarcations en service de transport public de
ligne ;
• dans les ports et à leurs proximités;
• à partir de 150 mètres de la rive dans les zones occupées par
des baigneurs ;
• dans les zones du lac destinées à des activités spécifiques (ski
nautique, motos d’eau, couloirs de sortie, etc.) ;
Les écoles de planche à voile doivent en outre:
• respecter les normes générales de sécurité de la Fédération
Italienne de Voile (FIV) ;
• être couvertes par une assurance de responsabilité civile
également en faveur des élèves.

Die Benutzung von Segelbrettern ist nur am Tage und bei
guter Sicht von einer Stunde nach Sonnenaufgang bis zum
Sonnenuntergang erlaubt.
Die Fahrer müssen ihr Wasserfahrzeug derart steuern, dass sie
keine gefährlichen Situationen schaffen oder die Schiffahrt
behindern und müssen zu diesem Zweck einen Abstand von
mindestens 10 Metern zueinander halten. Die Fahrer müssen
immer eine reguläre Rettungsweste tragen und dürfen keine
Personen oder Tiere an Bord befördern.
Der Einsatz von Surfbrettern ist verboten:
• auf dem Kurs des öffentlichen Linienverkehrs
• im Inneren der Häfen und deren Nähe
• innerhalb 150 Metern von der Küste, der für Badende
reservierten Zone
• für spezielle Aktivitäten vorgesehenen Seebereichen (Wasserski,
Jetbikes, Einfahrtskorridore, usw.)
Die Surfschulen müssen zudem:
• die allgemeinen Sicherheitsregeln, erlassen durch die
Federazione Italiana Vela (FIV), respektieren;
• durch eine Zivilhaftpflichtversicherung, auch zum Schutz der
Schüler, abgedeckt sein.

MOTO D’ACQUA

La navigazione delle moto d’acqua e degli altri
mezzi similari motorizzati può avvenire alle seguenti
condizioni:
a) dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 13.00 e dalle ore 15.00
alle ore 19.00, nelle acque distanti almeno metri
150 sia dalla costa sia dalle isole; b) ad una velocità
massima non superiore a 30 km/h (16 nodi circa);
c) i conduttori delle unità devono essere muniti
di patente nautica; d) durante la navigazione il
conduttore deve obbligatoriamente indossare un
regolare giubbotto di salvataggio o idonea muta di
salvataggio; e) è vietata la navigazione lungo le rotte
dei battelli in servizio di linea; f) è vietato seguire
la scia delle unità di navigazione ad una distanza
inferiore ai metri 100; g) è vietato il deposito delle
moto d’acqua e unità similari su spiaggia o su aree
demaniali; h) è vietata la navigazione nello specchio
d’acqua compreso tra l’Isola Bella e l’Isola Superiore
e la riva antistante più prossima (Lido di Carciano
- Hotel Lido Palace).
Le moto d’acqua e mezzi similari possono attraversare a motore, per la via più breve (perpendicolarmente alla costa), la fascia costiera purchè l’unità sia
condotta ad una velocità tale da non permettere che

Water scooters are allowed:

d) if driver wears life jacket and proper rescue diving suit;

g) Leaving water scooters and/or boat on the beach or on state
areas;
h) Shipping between Isola Bella and Isola Superiore dei Pescatori

Water scooters and similar means of carrying are allowed using
engine to cross coast shorter way (perpendicularly coast), but do
not exceed 5Km/h (3 knots) speed. Waste pipe does not outcrop
from water while crossing.
Local authorities can take disciplinary actions concerning both
avoid and control rules regarding water scooters and similar motor
vehicles use inside their own environment.

La navigation des motos d’eau et des autres dispositifs
motorisés similaires, peut être effectuée avec les suivantes

b) à une vitesse maximale ne dépassant pas les 30 Km/h (16 nœuds environ);

d) pendant la navigation, le conducteur doit porter obligatoirement un gilet de sauvetage conforme ainsi qu’une combinaison
de sauvetage;
e) la navigation est interdite long les routes des bateaux en service
de ligne;
f) il est interdit de suivre le sillage des autres dispositifs à une
distance de moins de 100 mètres;
g) il est interdit de déposer les motos d’eau et dispositifs similaires
sur les plages et les zones domaniale;
h) la navigation est interdite entre l’Ile Belle et l’Ile des Pêcheurs et

Die Schiffahrt mit Jet bikes und gleichartigen Verkehrsmitteln
darf zu den folgenden Konditionen erfolgen:
a) in der Zeit von 09:00 bis 13:00 Uhr und von 15:00 bis 19:00 Uhr
in den Wassern mit einer Mindestentfernung von 150 Metern zur
Küste und zu den Inseln
b) bei einer Maximalgeschwindigkeit von nicht mehr als 30 Km/h
(ca. 16 Knoten)
c) falls vom Gesetz vorgesehen, müssen die Fahrer mit einem
Schiffahrtspatent ausgestatten sein
d) während der Fahrt muß der Fahrer obligatorisch eine reguläre
Schwimmweste und einen geeigneten Rettungsanzug tragen
e) das Fahren entlang der Kurse der Linienboote ist verboten
f) es ist verboten dem Kielwasser der Schiffsfahrtseinheiten unter
einer Entfernung von 100 Metern zu folgen
g) das Abstellen der Jet bikes oder ähnlicher Fahrzeuge am Strand
und in Gebieten der öffentlichen Hand ist verboten
h) das Fahren auf der Wasserfläche einschließlich zwischen
den Inseln Isola Bella und Isola Superiore und der nächsten
gegenüberliegenden Küste (Lido di Carciano – Hotel Lido Palace)
ist verboten.
Die Jet bikes und gleichartige Fahrzeuge dürfen mit laufendem
Motor auf dem Kurzesten Weg (senkrecht zur Küste), den
Küstenstreifen vorausgesetzt das Fahrzeug wird mit solch
einer Geschwindigkeit gesteuert wird, die dem Abgasrohr des
Verkehrsmittels nicht erlaubt wahrend des Antriebschubes aus
dem Wasser aufzutauchen, durchqueren. Die Geschwindigkeit darf
in keinem Fall die 5 Km/h (ca. 3 Knoten) überschreiten.

Nella fascia costiera, sino ad una distanza di metri
150 dalla riva, la navigazione è consentita soltanto
ai natanti a vela, a remi, a pedale, alle tavole a
vela, ai battelli in servizio regolare di linea e alle
unità intente alla pesca professionale e dilettantistica. Tali unità a motore devono essere condotte
ad una velocità consona all’esercizio della pesca
alla traina.
Alle unità a motore è consentito l’attraversamento
della fascia per la via più breve (perpendicolarmente alla costa), ad una velocità non superiore a 10
km/h (5 nodi circa).
Oltre alla fascia lacuale la velocità diurna e notturna delle unità di navigazione non può superare il
limite massimo di 45 km/h (25 nodi circa), tranne
che per le unità esclusivamente dotate di luce
bianca di segnalazione a 360 gradi, per le quali la
velocità notturna massima consentita è di 14 km/h
(7 nodi circa).
È comunque fatto obbligo ai conducenti delle unità
di navigazione di regolare la velocità del mezzo in
modo da non costituire pericolo per le persone e
per le altre unità, tenendo conto della densità del
traffico, della visibilità e dello stato del lago.
È vietata la navigazione a motore nel tratto di lago
situato tra l’Isola di San Giovanni e l’antistante
costa, in località Verbania Pallanza.

voile, à rames, à pédales, aux planches à voile, aux embarcations
destinées à la pêche professionnelle et de loisir. Les dites embarcations à moteur doivent être conduites à une vitesse conforme à
l’exercice de la pêche à la traîne. • Il est permis aux embarcations
à moteur de traverser la bande du lac par la voie la plus brève
(perpendiculairement à la côte), a une vitesse ne dépassant pas le
10 Km/h (5 nœuds environ). • Au-delà de la bande du lac, la vitesse
des embarcations ne peut dépasser pas le limite maximum de 45
Km/h (25 nœuds environ) pendant le jour et la nuit, sauf pour les
embarcations étant équipées de lumière blanche de signalisation
à 360 degrés, pour celles-ci la vitesse nocturne maximum autorisée est de 14 Km/h (7 nœuds environ). • Les conducteurs des
embarcations de navigation ont l’obligation de régler leur vitesse
de manière à ne constituer pas un danger pour les personnes ainsi
que pour les autres embarcations, en tenant compte de la densité
de la circulation, de la visibilité et de l’état du lac.

• Am Küstenstreifen, bis zu einer Entfernung von 150 Metern
vom Ufer, ist die Schiffahrt nur auf Wasserfahrzeugen mit Segeln,
Rudern und Pedalen, Segelbrettern, den mit der professionellen
Fischerei und Amateurfischerei beschäftigten Einheiten erlaubt.
Diese Fahrzeuge müssen mit einer angemessenen Geschwindigkeit
bei der Ausübung der Zugfischerei gesteuert werden.
• Den Motorfahrzeugen ist die Durchquerung des Streifens nach
Absatz 1, über den kürzesten Weg erlaubt (senkrecht zur Küste),
mit einer Geschwindigkeit unter 10 km/h (ca. 5 Knoten).
• Über den Seestreifen, wie in Absatz 1, hinaus, darf die
Geschwindigkeit des Wasserfahrzeuges bei Tag und bei Nacht die
Maximalgrenze von 45 km/h (ca. 25 Knoten) nicht überschreiten,
außer für Fahrzeuge, die ausschließlich mit weißem 360°-Signallicht
ausgestatten sind, ist die maximale erlaubte Geschwindigkeit
bei Nacht 14 Km/h (ca. 7 Knoten). • Die Schiffsführer sind auf
jeden Fall verpflichtet ihre Geschwindigkeit so zu regulieren,
dass sie keine Gefahr für andere Personen und Fahrzeuge, unter
Berücksichtigung der Verkehrsdichte, der Sicht und dem Zustand
des Sees, darstellen.

SCI NAUTICO

L’esercizio dello sci nautico può essere effettuato:
• per conto proprio;
• per conto terzi con motoscafi noleggiati o locati
al pubblico;
• dalle scuole di sci nautico, società sportive ed
altri sodalizi nautici.
È vietato l’esercizio dello sci nautico nello specchio d’acqua compreso tra l’Isola Bella e l’Isola
Superiore e la riva antistante più prossima (Lido di
Carciano – Hotel Lido Palace a Baveno).
Nell’esercizio dello sci nautico per conto proprio
(libero) e per conto terzi (a mezzo di unità noleggiate o locate al pubblico) si osservano le seguenti
norme:
• La pratica dello sci nautico è consentita dalle ore
08.00 sino al tramonto, con tempo favorevole, nelle
acque distanti almeno metri 150 sia dalla costa sia
dalle isole;
• I conduttori delle unità sono assistiti da persone
incaricata di servire il cavo di traino e di sorvegliare
lo sciatore nautico; tale persona deve essere idonea
a svolgere questo compito;
• sulle unità, oltre al conducente ed all’accompagnatore esperto di nuoto, può essere trasportato
un numero massimo di occupanti pari alla portata
dell’imbarcazione; nel numero degli occupanti
vanno computati anche gli sciatori trainati;
• la partenza e il rientro dello sciatore devono avvenire esclusivamente in acque libere dai bagnanti
e da imbarcazioni nonché entro appositi corridoi di
lancio, oppure oltre metri 150 dalla costa;
• durante le varie fasi del traino la distanza tra il
mezzo e lo sciatore nautico non deve mai essere
inferiore a 12 metri;

La pratique du ski nautique peut être effectuée:
• pour son propre compte;
• pour compte de tiers avec des canots à moteur loués au public;
• par les écoles de ski nautique, par des sociétés sportives et par
toutes les autres associations nautique.
• La pratique du ski nautique est autorisée de 8.00 heures jusqu’au
coucher du soleil, lorsque le temps est favorable.
• Il est interdit de le pratiquer à moins de 150 m de la côte et des
îles.
• Les conducteurs d’embarcations sont assistés par des personnes
expertes en natation.
À part le conducteur et l’accompagnateur expert en natation, il est
interdit de transporter plus des personnes que le nombre autorisé,
en comptant le skieur.
• Le départ et le retour du skieur doivent être effectués dans des
eaux sans baigneurs ni embarcations ainsi qu’au sein des éventuels couloirs de lancement octroyés par le Secteur régional Navigation interne et Marchandises ou bien au-delà de 150 mètres
de la côte.
• Au cours des différentes phases de la remorque, la distance entre l’embarcation et le skieur ne doit jamais être inférieure à 12
mètres.
• Les embarcations qui servant au ski nautique doivent être équipées d’un dispositif pour faire demi-tour et pour la mise au point
mort du moteur et doivent posséder une pharmacie portative adaptée ainsi qu’une bouée de sauvetage pour le skieur remorqué.
• La distance latérale de sécurité sépare un canot à moteur remorquant un skieur des autres embarcations ne doit pas être inférieure
à 50 mètres.
• Les skieurs doivent porter les gilets de sauvetage.
• La vitesse maximale est limitée à 45 Km/h (25 nœuds environ).
• Les embarcations servant au ski nautique doivent être équipées
de dispositifs de remorquage ainsi que d’un rétroviseur prévu par
les réglementations en vigueur de matière.
• Le conducteur doit tenir sur lui un permis de conduire nautique
en cours de validité, quelle que soit la puissance du moteur installé
sur l’embarcation.

• Das Wasserskifahren auf der Wasserfläche zwischen den Inseln
Isola Bella und Isola Superiore und der nächsten gegenüberliegenden Küste (Lido Carciano - Hotel Lido Palace - Baveno) ist verboten.
Für die Ausübung des Wasserskifahrens auf eigene Gefahr (frei)
und auf Gefahr Dritter (mit gemieteten oder vermieteten Fahrzeugen) sind folgende Regeln zu beachten:
• Das Wasserskifahren ist in der Zeit von 08:00 Uhr bis zum Sonnenuntergang, bei günstigem Wetter und auf den Wassern mit einer Mindestentfernung von 150 Metern zur Küste und den Inseln
erlaubt.
• Den Fahrern stehen schwimmerfahrene Personen zur Seite.
• Auf dem Fahrzeug, über den Fahrer und den schwimmerfahrenen Begleiter hinaus, kann eine Maximalzahl an Besatzung der
Tragfähigkeit des Bootes entsprechend transportiert werden; zur
Besatzungszahl werden auch die gezogenen Skifahrer mitgezählt.
• Die Abfahrt und die Rückkehr des Skifahrers dürfen ausschließlich
nur in Gewässern erfolgen, die frei von Badenden und Booten sind,
sowie in den entsprechenden Fahrkorridoren, die vom Regionalbereich Binnenschiffahrt und Warenbewegung freigegeben sind.
• Wahrend der verschiedenen Zugphasen darf die Entfernung
zwischen dem Fahrzeug und dem Skifahrer nie unter 12 Metern
liegen.

D.P.G.R. 22/06/2009 n. 5/R de la Région Piémont)
UNTER DEM STICHWORT Trasporti HERUNTERLADEN (lt. Art. 19 Komma 2
D.P.G.R. 22/06/2009 n. 5/R Regione Piemonte)
• Die Wasserskifahrzeuge müssen mit einer Vorrichtung zur Umkehr
der Gange bei voller Fahrt und für den Leerlauf ausgestattet sein,
sowie mit einer entsprechenden Erste-Hilfe-Ausstattung und einen
Rettungsring für den Skifahrer.
• Der seitliche Sicherheitsabstand der anderen Wasserfahrzeuge
zu einem Motorboot, das einen Skiläufer zieht, darf nicht unter 50
Metern betragen.
• Die Skifahrer müssen eine Rettungsweste tragen.
• Die maximal zu erreichende Geschwindigkeit ist bei 45 km/h (ca.
25 Knoten).
• Die Wasserskifahrzeuge müssen mit einer Zugvorrichtung und
einem Ruckspiegel wie in den betreffenden geltenden allgemeinen
Bestimmungen vorgesehen, ausgestattet sein.
• Der Fahrer muß ein gültiges Schiffsfahrtspatent, ohne Berücksichtigung der Motorstärke der Einheit, mit sich führen.

NORME DI COMPORTAMENTO generali
General BEHAVIOUR RULES
• Non accedere mai alle zone a canneto (neanche a remi)!
• Never access the reed bed areas (even with paddles)!
• È vietato asportare, modificare, danneggiare i dispositivi di segnalazione diurni o notturni (quindi anche le boe gialle che segnano il confine delle riserve naturali e quelle che segnano i corridoi di uscita).
• Carry out refuelling and servicing operations in such a way to avoid
loss of oil, fuel or any other kind of liquids (e.g. shampoo and similar
substances)!

I confini della Riserva sono segnalati da apposite boe gialle.
Se non le vedete è perché sono temporaneamente in manutenzione o
in corso di sostituzione: in questo caso attenetevi alle indicazioni dei
guardiaparco e considerate comunque la distanza di 150m dalla costa
e il rispetto dei canneti!
All’interno della Riserva è vietato l’utilizzo di natanti a motore.
È consentito agli stessi attraversare la riserva per approdare e ripartire, lungo la via più breve, a velocità minima (4 nodi, meno di 10 km/h)
e mai comunque davanti alle aree a canneto!
Come in tutto il lago, nelle zone a canneto è vietata la navigazione e
lo stazionamento di qualsiasi tipo di imbarcazione, a motore e non!
The borders of the Reserve are marked by proper yellow buoys. If you
do not see them, this means they are temporarily being repaired or
substituted: in this case, follow the directions of the foresters and
anyway consider the distance of 150m from the shore and the respect
of reed beds!
Do not enter the Reserve on-board motorboats. You can cross the
reserve to arrive and leave, along the shortest way, at the minimum
speed (4 knots, less than 10 km/h) and anyway never in front of reed
bed areas!
As all over the lake, in the reed bed areas navigation is forbidden as
well as stopping with any kind of boat, both motorboats and others!
Le violazioni prevedono una sanzione da 12 a 129 Euro, che
può essere cumulata con eventuali infrazioni al regolamento
del Lago Maggiore.
The non-observance of these rules will result in a fine of
between 12 to 129 Euro that can be cumulated with any
infringement of the Lake Maggiore regulation.
RISERVA NATURALE DEL FONDO TOCE
NATURE RESERVE IN FONDO TOCE
Per la segnalazione dei confini, vale quanto detto per la Riserva dei
Canneti di Dormelletto.
The borders of the Reserve are marked by proper yellow buoys.
All’interno della Riserva è vietato l’utilizzo di natanti a motore. Agli
stessi è consentito di entrare e uscire lungo la via più breve dal litorale
di partenza o arrivo, a velocità minima (3 nodi cioè circa 5 km/h).
Lungo il Toce la navigazione a motore è consentita esclusivamente
a velocità minima (3 nodi cioè circa 5 km/h) e solo parallelamente
all’asse del fiume, accedendo allo stesso a partire dal confine della
Riserva, di fronte alla foce.
Lungo il rio Stronetta e il Canale di Fondotoce la navigazione è consentita solo senza l’ausilio del motore e parallelamente all’asse del
corso d’acqua!
Come in tutto il lago, nelle zone a canneto è vietata la navigazione e
lo stazionamento di qualsiasi tipo di imbarcazione, a motore e non!
Le violazioni prevedono una sanzione da 100 a 1.000 Euro

Do not enter the Reserve on-board motorboats. Enter and exit along
a perpendicular line to the departure shore or along the shortest way,

Along the Toce motorboats are authorized only at a minimum speed
(3 knots, around 5 km/h) and only parallel to the axis of the river,
arriving to and leaving from the latter starting from the border of the
Reserve, in front of the mouth.
Along the Stronetta brook and the Fondotoce channel do not sail
on-board motorboats and follow a parallel route to the axis of the
waterway!

without motor, in cane field areas!

NORMES DE COMPORTEMENT générales
GENERELL VERHALTENSREGELN
• Il est interdit d’accéder aux zones à roselières (même en pagayant)!
• Schilfbereiche dürfen nie befahren werden (auch nicht mit Ruderbooten)!
• Il est interdit d’emporter, de modifier ou d’abîmer les dispositifs
de signalisation diurnes ou nocturnes (ainsi que les bouées jaunes
qui délimitent la frontière des réserves naturelles ou les couloirs de
sortie)!
• Es ist verboten, die Tages- oder Nachtzeichengebungsvorrichtungen
(also auch die gelben Bojen, welche die Grenzen der Naturreservate
anzeigen, sowie diejenigen, welche die Ausfahrtskorridore signalisieren!) zu entfernen, zu verändern oder zu beschädigen!

Les frontières de la Réserve sont signalées par des bouées jaunes.
Si vous ne les apercevez pas c’est qu’elles sont provisoirement en
cours d’entretien ou de remplacement: dans ce cas vous devez vous
en tenir aux indications du gardien du parc et considérez de toute
façon la distance de 150m de la côte et le respect des roselières!
A l’intérieur de la Réserve il est interdit d’utiliser des embarcations
à moteur. Ces dernières peuvent traverser la réserve pour arriver et
repartir, le long de la voie la plus courte, à la vitesse minimum (4
nœuds, moins de 10 km/h) et de toute façon jamais devant les zones
à roselière! Comme dans le reste du lac, dans les zones à roselière la
navigation et l’arrêt de tout genre d’embarcation, à moteur ou autre
sont interdits!
Die Grenzen des Reservats werden mit eigens dafür vorgesehenen
gelben Bojen gekennzeichnet. Falls man diese nicht sieht, bedeutet
dies, dass sie vorübergehend instand gesetzt oder ersetzt werden:
in diesem Fall muss man sich an die Anweisungen des Parkhüters
halten und auf jeden Fall einen Abstand von 150 m von der Küste
und hinsichtlich der Schilfgebiete einhalten! Innerhalb des Reservats
ist die Benutzung von Motorbooten nicht gestattet. Diesen ist es erlaubt das Reservat für die Ein- und Ausfahrt auf dem kürzesten Weg
mit der geringsten Geschwindigkeit (4 Knoten, weniger als 10 Km/h)
zu durchqueren, aber auf keinen Fall vor den Schilfgebieten. Wie auf
dem ganzen See ist in den Schilfgebieten jede Art von Schifffahrt oder
Ankerung verboten, sei es mit oder ohne Motor!
Die Verletzung dieser Verordnungen wird mit einer Strafe
von Euro 12 bis Euro 129 belegt, die mit eventuellen Verstößen gegen die Verordnungen des Lago Maggiore kumuliert werden können.

RÉSERVE NATURELLE DE FONDOTOCE
Ce qui a été dit pour la signalisation des frontières de la Réserve des
Roselières de Dormelletto s’applique aussi bien ici.
A l’intérieur de la Réserve il est interdit d’utiliser des bateaux à moteur. Ces derniers peuvent entrer et sortir le long de la ligne la plus
courte du littoral de départ, ou arrivée, à la vitesse minimum (3 nœuds
à savoir environ 5 km/h).
Le long du Toce, la navigation à moteur n’est autorisée qu’à la vitesse
minimum (3 nœuds, à savoir environ 5 km/h) et que parallèlement à
l’axe du fleuve, en y accédant à partir de la frontière de la Réserve,
face à l’embouchure.
Le long du fleuve Stronetta et du Canal de Fondotoce la navigation
n’est permise que sans moteur et parallèlement à l’axe du cours
d’eau!
Comme partout dans le lac, dans les zones des roselières la navigation est interdite ainsi que le stationnement de tous les types d’embarcation, à moteur et sans moteur!
Toute infraction sera punie par une amende pouvant aller
de 100 à 1.000 Euro

NATURRESERVAT DES FONDO TOCE
Für die Grenzen ermitteln gilt das gleiche wie für das Reservat der
Schilfgebiete von Dormelletto.
Innerhalb des Reservats ist die Benutzung von Motorbooten nicht
gestattet. Diesen ist es erlaubt, entlang der Abfahrtsküste ein- oder
auszufahren, aber auf jeden Fall auf dem kürzesten Weg und bei geringster Geschwindigkeit (3 Knoten, bzw. circa 5 km/h)!
Entlang des Toce ist die Schifffahrt mit Motorbooten nur parallel zur
Achse des Wasserlaufs und ausschließlich bei geringster Geschwindigkeit gestattet (3 Knoten, bzw. circa 5 km/h), wobei man diesen nur
von der Grenze des Naturschutzgebietes gegenüber des Mündungsgebietes betritt und verlässt.
Entlang des Rio Stronetta und des Kanals von Fondotoce ist die Schifffahrt nur ohne Hilfe des Motors und nur parallel zur Achse des Wasserlaufs gestattet!
Wie auf dem ganzen See ist in den Schilfgebieten jede Art von Schifffahrt oder Ankerung verboten, sei es mit oder ohne Motor!
Die Nichtbeachtung wird mit einer Strafe von Euro 100
bis Euro 1.000 belegt.

E’ vietata la balneazione:
all’interno dei porti ed in prossimità dei loro
accessi e comunque entro una distanza laterale di

nelle aree lacuali destinate per specifiche attività
(sci nautico, moto d’acqua, corridoi d’uscita, ecc.);
presso i pontili pubblici e nelle loro vicinanze;
presso le strutture, moli, pontili, aree adibite ai
servizi di trasporto pubblico di persone;
chiunque intenda praticare la balneazione oltre i
100 mt. dalla costa deve essere assistito da una
unità d’appoggio ed indossare calottina rossa;
è vietato tuffarsi dai pontili adibiti al servizio
pubblico di trasporto persone;
prima di fare il bagno accertarsi che siano passate
almeno 3 ore dall’ultimo pasto o 2 ore per uno
spuntino ed evitare l’assunzione di alcolici e di
bevande ghiacciate;
non entrare in acqua se non si è in buone condizioni fisiche;
durante i temporali è pericoloso restare in acqua si
consiglia di uscire tempestivamente;

from snack. You must avoid assuming alcohol and iced drinks
• Getting into water if you are not in good health conditions.
• Getting into water during storms. You should get out immediately.
• Getting into water quickly, especially if you are hot or if you have
been laying in sun for long; difference of temperature could cause
heartbeat and breathing sudden interruption.

jole, sandolini, pattini, ecc.) è consentito con lago
calmo e con buone condizioni meteorologiche;
su tali natanti il numero di persone trasportate
non può superare il limite massimo stabilito dal
costruttore.
L’impiego dei piccoli natanti di cui al comma precedente, è vietato sulla rotta delle unità in servizio di
trasporto pubblico di linea, entro 200 mt. dagli scali
del servizio pubblico di linea, all’interno dei porti se
non per recarsi all’ormeggio, nelle loro vicinanze,
nelle aree lacuali destinate per specifiche attività
(sci nautico, moto d’acqua, corridoi di uscita, ecc.).

• L’utilisation des petites embarcations à rames ou à pédales
(canoës, yoles, pédalos, etc.) est autorisée lorsque le lac est calme
et avec de bonnes conditions météorologiques. Un nombre de
personnes ayant la possibilité technique de pouvoir s’asseoir peut
être transporté sur lesdites embarcations.
• L’utilisation des petites embarcations mentionnées à l’alinéa 1
est interdite sur la route des embarcations en service de transport
public de ligne (entre 200 mt) à l’intérieur des ports ainsi qu’à
leur proximité et dans les zones du lac destinées à des activités
spécifiques (ski nautique, motos d’eau, couloirs de sortie, etc.).
UTILISATION DES PLANCHES A’ VOILE

la Réglementation de la Navigation sur les eaux du Lac d’Orta)
• La navigation à l’aide de planches à voile, est autorisée uniquement pendant la journée et avec une bonne visibilité, une heure
après le lever du jour jusqu’au coucher du soleil.
• Les conducteurs doivent régler leur navigation de manière à ne
pas créer de situations de danger ou d’entrave à la navigation.
• Il est obligatoire pour les conducteurs de porter un gilet de sauvetage.
L’utilisation des planches à voile est interdite:
• sur la route des embarcations en service de transport public de
ligne; • dans les ports et à proximité de leur accès; • dans les zones
réservées pour la baignade; • dans les zones des cannaies et dans
celles importantes au niveau archéologique ou naturaliste, ainsi
que sur une bande de 100 mètres les séparant de ces dernières.

Wasserfahrzeugen dürfen so viele Personen transportiert werden,
wie Sitzplätze vorhanden sind.
• Der Einsatz von kleinen Wasserfahrzeug nach Absatz 1, ist auf
dem Kurs des öffentlichen Linienverkehrs, im inneren der Häfen
und deren Umgebung, den für bestimmte Aktivitäten bestimmten

L’uso delle tavole a vela è consentito solo di giorno

tramonto.
I conduttori devono regolare il natante in modo da
non creare situazioni di pericolo o di intralcio alla
navigazione ed a tal fine devono tenere tra di loro
sempre una distanza di almeno metri 10.
I conduttori devono sempre indossare regolare
giubbotto di salvataggio e non possono portare
persone o animali a bordo.

Windsurfing is allowed only during the day, high visibility and an
hour later dawn till sunset.
Windsurfers avoid dangerous situations, hampering other units,
must keep always a minimum distance from each other of 10 meters. Windsurfers must always wear regular life jacket and can not
carry any persons and/or animals.
Windsurf is not allowed:
• In close proximity of regular public ways, keep a distance of 200
mt far from public jetty;
• Inside harbours, keep a lateral distance of 50 mt far from harbours entrance
• Inside areas used as bathing, except definite aisles;
• Inside areas used as water skiing, water scooters, exit ways, etc
• Inside protected areas, whatever and whenever, inside bed of

Sicht von einer Stunde nach Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang erlaubt.
• Die Fahrer müssen ihr Wasserfahrzeug derart steuern, dass sie
keine gefährlichen Situationen schaffen oder die Schiffahrt behindern und müssen zu diesem Zweck einen Abstand von mindestens
10 Metern zueinander halten. Die Fahrer müssen immer eine reguläre Rettungsweste tragen und dürfen keine Personen oder Tiere
an Bord befördern.
Der Einsatz von Surfbrettern ist verboten:
• auf dem Kurs des öffentlichen Linienverkehrs
• im Inneren der Häfen und deren Nähe
• innerhalb 150 Metern von der Küste, der für Badende reservierten Zone
• für spezielle Aktivitäten vorgesehenen Seebereichen (Wasserski,
Jetbikes, Einfahrtskorridore, usw.)
Die Surfschulen müssen zudem:
• die allgemeinen Sicherheitsregeln, erlassen durch die Federazione Italiana Vela (FIV), respektieren;
•durch eine Zivilhaftpflichtversicherung, auch zum Schutz der
Schüler, abgedeckt sein.

MOTO D’ACQUA

La navigazione delle moto d’acqua e degli altri
mezzi similari motorizzati può avvenire alle seguenti condizioni:
• dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 12.00 e dalle ore 16.00
alle ore 18.00, nelle acque distanti almeno metri
100 sia dalla costa sia dalle isole, con esclusione
dello specchio acqueo compreso tra l’Isola di San
Giulio e la sponda orientale del lago stesso ove tale
attività è vietata;
• ad una velocità massima non superiore a 30
km/h (16 nodi circa);
• i conduttori delle unità devono essere muniti di
patente nautica;
• durante la navigazione il conduttore deve obbligatoriamente indossare un regolare giubbotto di
salvataggio o idonea muta di salvataggio;
• è vietata la navigazione lungo le rotte dei battelli
in servizio di linea;
• è vietato seguire la scia delle unità di navigazione
ad una distanza inferiore ai metri 100;
• è vietato il deposito delle moto d’acqua e unità
similari su spiaggia o su aree demaniali.
Le moto d’acqua e mezzi similari possono attraversare a motore, per la via più breve (perpendicolarmente alla costa), la fascia costiera purchè l’unità
sia condotta ad una velocità tale da non permettere che il tubo di scarico del mezzo, nella spinta
propulsiva, emerga dall’acqua. La velocità non deve
comunque superare i 5 km/h (3 nodi circa).

La navigation des motos d’eau et des autres dispositifs motorisés
similaires, peut être effectuée avec les suivantes conditions:
• de 9.00 heures à 12.00 heures et de 16.00 heures à 18.00
heures, jamais au moins de 100 mètres de la côte est du lac et de
l’Île de Saint Giulio.;
• à une vitesse maximale ne dépassant pas les 30 Km/h (16
nœuds environ);
•les conducteurs des engins doivent être munis d’un permis de
conduire nautique tel que le prévoit la loi;
• pendant la navigation, le conducteur doit porter obligatoirement un gilet de sauvetage conforme ainsi qu’une combinaison
de sauvetage;
•la navigation est interdite long les routes des bateaux en service
de ligne;
• il est interdit de suivre le sillage des autres dispositifs à une
distance de moins de 100 mètres;
•il est interdit de déposer les motos d’eau et dispositifs similaires
sur les plages et les zones domaniale;

JETBIKES
(lt. Art. 9 D.P.G.R. 22/06/2009 n. 6/R Regione Piemonte)
Die Schiffahrt mit Jet bikes und gleichartigen Verkehrsmitteln darf
zu den folgenden Konditionen erfolgen:
• in der Zeit von 09:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und von 16:00 bis 18:00 Uhr
in den Wassern mit einer Mindestentfernung von 100 Metern zur
Küste und zu den Inseln
• bei einer Maximalgeschwindigkeit von nicht mehr als 30 Km/h
(ca. 16 Knoten)
• falls vom Gesetz vorgesehen, müssen die Fahrer mit einem Schiffahrtspatent ausgestatten sein
•während der Fahrt muß der Fahrer obligatorisch eine reguläre
Schwimmweste und einen geeigneten Rettungsanzug tragen
• das Fahren entlang der Kurse der Linienboote ist verboten
• es ist verboten dem Kielwasser der Schiffsfahrtseinheiten unter
einer Entfernung von 100 Metern zu folgen
• das Abstellen der Jet bikes oder ähnlicher Fahrzeuge am Strand
und in Gebieten der öffentlichen Hand ist verboten
• das Fahren auf der Wasserfläche einschließlich zwischen den Isola S. Giulio und die östliche Küste.
• Die Jet bikes und gleichartige Fahrzeuge dürfen mit laufendem
Motor auf dem Kurzesten Weg (senkrecht zur Küste), den Küstenstreifen vorausgesetzt das Fahrzeug wird mit solch einer Geschwindigkeit gesteuert wird, die dem Abgasrohr des Verkehrsmittels nicht erlaubt wahrend des Antriebschubes aus dem Wasser
aufzutauchen, durchqueren. Die Geschwindigkeit darf in keinem
Fall die 5 Km/h (ca. 3 Knoten) überschreiten.
• Die lokalen Küstenverwaltungen sind befugt, geeignete
Maßnahmen zur Verbietung und Reglementierung der Benutzung
der Jet bikes und gleichartiger Verkehrsmittel im eigenen kommunalen Bereich, durch strengere Anordnungen, vorzunehmen.

Per traino con mezzi diversi dallo sci nautico si intende il traino di galleggianti comunemente denominati
banana boat, ciambelle o mezzi similari che non si
sollevano dall’acqua.
E’ vietato l’esercizio del traino nello specchio d’acqua compreso tra l’Isola di San Giulio e la sponda
orientale del lago stesso.
Nell’esercizio del traino, che avviene sotto la piena
responsabilità del comandante l’unità da diporto, nel
rispetto delle norme tecniche, precauzioni e raccomandazioni previste dalla casa costruttrice il mezzo
trainato, si osservano le seguenti norme:
a) la pratica del traino è consentita dalle ore 8.00
sino al tramonto con tempo favorevole, sulle acque
distanti almeno metri 100 sia da costa sia dalle isole;
b) i conduttori delle unità sono assistiti da persona
incaricata di servire il cavo di traino e di sorvegliare
i rimorchiati; tale persona deve essere idonea a
svolgere questo compito;
c) sulle unità, oltre al conducente ed all’accompagnatore esperto di nuoto, può essere trasportato
un numero massimo di occupanti pari alla portata
dell’imbarcazione; nel numero degli occupanti vanno
computate anche le persone trainate;
d) la partenza ed il rientro del mezzo trainato deve
avvenire esclusivamente in acque libere da bagnanti
e da imbarcazioni nonché entro appositi corridoi
di lancio assentiti in concessione oppure oltre 100
metri dalla costa;
e) durante le varie fasi del traino la distanza tra il
mezzo trainante ed il mezzo trainato non deve mai
essere inferiore a metri 12;
f) l’unità da adibire al traino deve essere munita
di dispositivo per l’inversione della marcia e per la
messa in folle del motore nonché deve essere dotata

Tow using banana boat, float, rubber rings or similar means
everything that does not lift up from water.
It is strictly forbidden to tow between St. Giulio island and the East
coast of the lake itself
Towing is responsibility of boat driver and should be done in respect of rules, cares and advices predicted by drawn-mean manufacture, paying also attention to the following rules:
a) Tow is possible from 8.00 till sunset having good weather conditions and keeping a distance of 100 mt either coast or islands
b) Driver should be assisted by an extra person, who has to control
tow line and tow - persons
c) On boat, driver and expert swimmer excluded, the maximum
number of persons allowed is connected with boat carrying capacity; tow - persons should be counted with total persons number
d) Start and return must happen away from swimmers and boats
or within proper areas or 100 mt far from coast.
e) While several towing phases, the distance between boat and
tow persons must be more than 12 meter.
f) Boats must be equipped with changing direction and “in neutral” devices. On board medicine chest and all equipments required by laws in force
g) Lateral safety distance from boats towing must be more than
100 meters
h) Tow persons must wear a life jacket
i) Maximum speed allowed is 37 km/h (about 20 knots).
l) Tow boats must be equipped with towing devices and rear-view
mirrors as required by laws in force
m) Tow boat driver must always have a valid ship driving licence
whatever motor power is.
n) It’s strictly forbidden tow different equipments however more

valida qualsiasi sia la potenza del motore istallato
sull’unità;
n) è vietato il traino di attrezzature tra loro diverse
ed incompatibili e comunque di più di 2 attrezzature
per volta;
o) è vietato ostacolare la rotta delle unità in servizio
pubblico di linea.
L’esercizio del traino di banana boat, ciambelle o
attrezzature similari è vietato:
a) all’interno dei porti e lungo le rotte di accesso e
comunque ad una distanza laterale di almeno 100
metri;
b) ad una distanza inferiore a 100 metri dai galleggianti o dalle unità che segnalano la presenza di
subacquei;
c) nelle zone riservate alla balneazione;
d) entro 200 metri dalle strutture adibite al servizio
pubblico di linea;
e) nelle zone a canneto ed in quelle di rilevanza
archeologica o naturalistica nonché nella fascia ad
esse esterna di metri 100.
In aree frequentate da bagnanti la partenza e l’arrivo
di mezzi nautici che eseguono il traino per conto
terzi, se avviene da riva, deve aver luogo in corridoi
delimitati, appositamente autorizzati dalla competente autorità in materia di demanio.
E’ vietato l’uso del paracadute ascensionale o di
mezzi similari.

TRAINAGE AVEC MOYENS DE TRANSPORT
DIFFERENTS DU SKI NAUTIQUE

Pour traînage avec moyens différents du ski nautique on entende
le traînage des flotteurs communément appelées banana boat et
similaires que ne se soulèvent pas de l’eau.
Le traînage est interdit dans le nappe d’eau entre l’­Ile de Saint Giulio
et la berge orientale du lac.
L’activité de traînage est sous la responsabilité du conducteur de
l’embarcation, en respectant les règles, les précautions et les recommandations prévu chez la maison constructrice du moyen traîné, on
observe les règles suivantes :
a) le traînage est possible de 8.00 heur au coucher de soleil avec
temps favorable, dans les eaux distantes au moins 100 mètres de la
côte et des îles ;
b) les conducteurs des embarcations sont assistés par une personne
chargé au câble de traînage et de surveiller les personnes traînées ;
cet personne doit être compétent à faire ce tâche ;
c) sue les embarcations, avec le conducteur et l’accompagnateur
expert en natation, on peux transporter un numéro maximum des
personnes même la charge de l’embarcation ;
d) le départ et le retour du moyen traîné doivent être effectuées
dans des eaux sans baigneurs ni embarcations, dans des couloirs de
navigations, ou plus loin de 100 mètres de la côte ;
e) au cours des différentes phases de l’exercice, la distance entre
l’embarcation et ce qu’elle traîne ne doit jamais être inférieur à 12
mètres ;
f) les embarcations servant à cette activité doivent être équipées
d’un dispositif pour faire marche arrière et pour la mise au point
mort du moteur ainsi que des équipements de bord prévus par les
normes en vigueur ;
g) la distance latérale de sécurité entre l’embarcation et les baigneurs no doit être pas inférieur à 100 mètres ;
h) les personnes traînées doivent endosser le gilet de sauvetage ;
i) la vitesse ne doit dépasser pas 20 nœuds (37 km/h) ;
j) les embarcations doivent être équipées des dispositifs de remorquage ainsi que d’un rétroviseur prévu par les règlements en vigueur;
k) le conducteur doit posséder le permis nautique indifféremment de
la puissance du moteur ;
l) chaque embarcation devra traîner un seul flotteur ;
m) il est interdit entraver les bateaux pour le service publique de
ligne ;
Le traînage de banana boat et similaires est interdit :

Il est interdit l’utilisation du parachute ascensionnel, ou de moyens
similaires.

Das Ziehen mit Transpotmittel unahnlich Wasserki bedeutet Aufblasbaren wie Banana Boat und Rettungsring, die im Wasser bleiben.
Das Wasserskifahren auf der Wasserfläche zwischen den St. Giulio
Insel und die östliche Küste ist verboten
Der Fahrer ist verantwortlich und für die Ausübung des Persons auf
Aufblasbaren auf eigene Gefahr (frei) und auf Gefahr Dritter (mit
gemieteten oder vermieteten Fahrzeugen) sind folgende Regeln zu
beachten:
a) Das Ziehen ist in der Zeit von 08:00 Uhr bis zum Sonnenuntergang, bei günstigem Wetter und auf den Wassern mit einer Mindestentfernung von 100 Metern zur Küste und den Inseln erlaubt.
b) Den Fahrern stehen schwimmerfahrene Personen zur Seite
c) Auf dem Fahrzeug, über den Fahrer und den schwimmerfahrenen Begleiter hinaus, kann eine Maximalzahl an Besatzung der
Tragfähigkeit des Bootes entsprechend transportiert werden; zur Besatzungszahl werden auch die gezogenen Person auf Aufblasbaren
mitgezählt
d) Die Abfahrt und die Rückkehr des Skifahrers dürfen ausschließlich
nur in Gewässern erfolgen, die frei von Badenden und Booten sind,
sowie in den entsprechenden Fahrkorridoren, die vom Regionalbereich Binnenschiffahrt und Warenbewegung freigegeben sind, bleiben 100 mt weiter von der Küste
e) Wahrend der verschiedenen Zugphasen darf die Entfernung zwischen dem Fahrzeug und der Person auf Aufblasbaren nie unter 12
Metern liegen
f) Die Fahrzeuge müssen mit einer Vorrichtung zur Umkehr der Gange bei voller Fahrt und für den Leerlauf ausgestattet sein, sowie
mit einer entsprechenden Erste-Hilfe-Ausstattung und einen Rettungsring für den Personen auf Aufblasbaren
g) Der seitliche Sicherheitsabstand der anderen Wasserfahrzeuge
zu einem Motorboot, das einen Skiläufer zieht, darf nicht unter 100
Metern betragen
h) Die Personen auf Aufblasbaren müssen eine Rettungsweste
tragen
i) Die maximal zu erreichende Geschwindigkeit ist bei 37 km/h (ca.
20 Knoten).
l) Die Wasserskifahrzeuge müssen mit einer Zugvorrichtung und
einem Ruckspiegel wie in den betreffenden geltenden allgemeinen
Bestimmungen vorgesehen, ausgestattet sein
m) Der Fahrer muß ein gültiges Schiffsfahrtspatent, ohne Berücksichtigung der Motorstärke der Einheit, mit sich führen
n) Es ist nicht erlaubt Zwei Aufblasbaren zusammen zu ziehen
o) Es ist verboten die Passagiersverkehrsmitteln aufhalten.
Das Ziehen mit Banana Boot und Rettungsring ist verboten:
a) am Gelände vom Hafengebiet, an den Anlegestellen und jedenfalls binnen einer seitliche Entfernung von 100 mt
b) bleiben wenig als 100 mt weiter von den Aufblasbaren oder Taucher Boje
c) wo Badengäste - Zoone
d) Bei den Hafenmolen, Landungsbrücken und an den öffentlichen
Passagiersverkehrsmitteln Gebiete, mehr als 200 mt
e) zwischen Röhricht und archäologische Zone, bleiben
100 mt weiter.
Die Schiffsführer sind auf jeden Fall verpflichtet ihre Geschwindigkeit
so zu regulieren, dass sie keine Gefahr für andere Personen und Fahrzeuge, unter Berücksichtigung der Verkehrsdichte, der Sicht und dem
Zustand des Sees, darstellen.

È vietata la navigazione e lo stazionamento a tutte
le unità da diporto aventi una stazza lorda superiore alle 6 tonnellate ed una larghezza superiore a
3,5 metri, fatta eccezione per le unità in servizio di
trasporto pubblico.
È vietata la residenza a bordo delle unità da
diporto.
Nella fascia costiera, sino ad una distanza di metri
100 dalla riva, la navigazione è consentita soltanto
ai natanti a vela, a remi, a pedale, alle tavole a
vela, alle unità intente alla pesca professionale e
dilettantistica. Tali unità a motore devono essere
condotte ad una velocità consona all’esercizio della
pesca alla traina.
Alle unità a motore è consentito l’attraversamento
della fascia per la via più breve (perpendicolarmente alla costa), ad una velocità non superiore a 7
km/h (4 nodi circa).
È vietata la navigazione con qualsiasi tipo di unità
nelle zone a canneto ed in quelle a rilevanza archeologica o naturalistica nonché nella fascia ad esse
esterna di metri 100.
Ai residenti dell’Isola di S. Giulio è consentita la
navigazione a motore nello specchio d’acqua compreso tra l’Isola d S. Giulio e la sponda orientale
del Lago ad una velocità non superiore a 7 km/h
(4 nodi circa) nella fascia lacuale compresa tra la
costa ed i 100 metri dalla stessa, fatti salvi i limiti
di velocità già previsti; limite massimo di 37 km/h
(20 nodi circa) nelle ore diurne e di 7 km/h (4 nodi
circa) nelle ore notturne.

l’exercice de la pêche à la traîne.
• Il est permis aux résidents de l’Ile de Saint Giulio avec embarcations à moteur de traverser la bande du lac par la voie entre l’Ile

und Amateurfischerei beschäftigten Einheiten erlaubt. Diese
Fahrzeuge müssen mit einer angemessenen Geschwindigkeit bei
der Ausübung der Zugfischerei gesteuert werden.
• Den Motorfahrzeugen ist die Durchquerung des Streifens nach
Absatz 1, über den kürzesten Weg erlaubt (senkrecht zur Küste),
mit einer Geschwindigkeit unter 7 km/h (ca. 4 Knoten).
• Es ist erlaubte nicht zwischen das Röhricht oder natürliche archäologische Zonen fahren. Bleibt 100 mt entfernt
• Nur für Anwohner von S. Giulio ist Schiffart zwischen S. Giulio
Insel und östliches Ufer erlaubt. Höchstgeschwindigkeit 7 km/h (ca.
4 Knoten). Während der Tagen ist die Höchstgeschwindigkeit 37

SCI NAUTICO

L’esercizio dello sci nautico può essere effettuato:
per conto proprio;
per conto terzi con motoscafi noleggiati o locati al
pubblico;
dalle scuole di sci nautico, società sportive ed altri
sodalizi nautici.
È vietato l’esercizio dello sci nautico nello specchio
d’acqua compreso tra l’Isola di S. Giulio e la sponda
orientale del lago stesso.
Nell’esercizio dello sci nautico per conto proprio
(libero) e per conto terzi (a mezzo di unità noleggiate o locate al pubblico) si osservano le seguenti
norme:
• La pratica dello sci nautico è consentita dalle ore
08.00 sino al tramonto, con tempo favorevole, nelle
acque distanti almeno metri 100 sia dalla costa sia
dalle isole;
• I conduttori delle unità sono assistiti da persone
incaricata di servire il cavo di traino e di sorvegliare
lo sciatore nautico; tale persona deve essere idonea
a svolgere questo compito;
• sulle unità, oltre al conducente ed all’accompagnatore esperto di nuoto, può essere trasportato
un numero massimo di occupanti pari alla portata
dell’imbarcazione; nel numero degli occupanti
vanno computati anche gli sciatori trainati;
• la partenza e il rientro dello sciatore devono avvenire esclusivamente in acque libere dai bagnanti
e da imbarcazioni nonché entro appositi corridoi di
lancio, oppure oltre metri 100 dalla costa;
• durante le varie fasi del traino la distanza tra il
mezzo e lo sciatore nautico non deve mai essere
inferiore a 12 metri;

Water skiing is allowed:

on behalf of a third party or using rented boats;
water skiing schools, fellowships and clubs.
• Water skiing is not allowed around the area S.Giulio island and
the east coast
• Water skiing is allowed from 8.00 A.M. to sunset, having weather good conditions and keeping a distance from both islands and
coast of least 100 mt
• Boat driver must be assisted by another person, who should be
suitable to look after the tow-rope and the water skier.
• On boat ( driver and expert swimmer excluded), the maximum
number of persons allowed is connected with boat carrying capacity; water skiers should be counted with total persons number.
• Skier start and return must happen away from swimmers and
boats or within proper areas or 100 mt far from coast.
• While several towing phases, the distance between boat and water skier must be more than 12 mt.
• Boats must be equipped with changing direction and “in neutral” devices. On board medicine chest and all equipments required
by laws in force.
• Lateral safety distance from boats towing water skier must be
more than 50 mt.
• Water skier must wear life-jacket.
• The maximum speed allowed is 45 km/h (about 25 knots).
• All tow boats must be equipped with towing devices and rearview mirrors as required by the current regulations.
• Tow boat driver must always have a valid ship driving licence

• Au cours des différentes phases de la remorque, la distance
entre l’embarcation et le skieur ne doit jamais être inférieure à 12
mètres.
• Les embarcations qui servant au ski nautique doivent être
équipées d’un dispositif pour faire demi-tour et pour la mise
au point mort du moteur et doivent posséder une pharmacie
portative adaptée ainsi qu’une bouée de sauvetage pour le skieur
remorqué.
• La distance latérale de sécurité sépare un canot à moteur
remorquant un skieur des autres embarcations ne doit pas être
inférieure à 50 mètres.
• Les skieurs doivent porter les gilets de sauvetage.
• La vitesse maximale est limitée à 45 Km/h (25 nœuds environ).
• Les embarcations servant au ski nautique doivent être équipées
de dispositifs de remorquage ainsi que d’un rétroviseur prévu par
les réglementations en vigueur de matière.
• Le conducteur doit tenir sur lui un permis de conduire nautique
en cours de validité, quelle que soit la puissance du moteur
installé sur l’embarcation.

È vietato praticare la balneazione nelle zone portuali ed in quelle destinate all’esercizio di pratiche
sportive, nei corridoi di navigazione e nelle aree
protette nonché nella fascia di lago compresa tra il
Municipio di Mergozzo e lo scivolo a lago di piazza
Cavour del Comune medesimo.
• Non nuotare oltre i 100 mt. dalla costa senza
l’assistenza di una barca d’appoggio e senza calottina rossa in testa.
• Prima di fare il bagno accertati che siano passate
almeno 3 ore dall’ultimo pasto o 2 ore per uno
spuntino ed evita l’assunzione di alcolici e di
bevande ghiacciate.
• Non entrare in acqua se non sei in buone condizioni fisiche.
• Durante i temporali è pericoloso restare in acqua.
Si consiglia di uscire tempestivamente.
• Entra in acqua gradualmente, soprattutto se sei
accaldato o se sei stato per troppo tempo esposto
ai raggi solari, lo sbalzo di temperatura potrebbe
provocare uno stop improvviso dell’attività cardiaca
e respiratoria.
• Bathing is forbidden in port areas and within the water expanses
reserved for sports, within the navigation corridors and the protected areas and in areas of naturalistic relevance.
• Do not swim beyond 100 mt. from the coast without a boat support and without wearing a red swimming cap on your head.
• Before swimming allow at least 3 hours to pass after your last
meal and 2 hours after a snack. You must avoid assuming alcohol
and iced drinks.
• Do not enter the water if you aren’t in good physical condition.
• It is dangerous to stay in water during thunder storms. You
should get out immediately.
• Enter the water gradually, especially if you are very warm and if
you have been a long time in the heat of the sun; the difference of
temperature could cause a sudden interruption of heartbeat and
breathing.

• Il est interdit de se baigner dans les zones portuaires ainsi que
dans celles réservées aux pratiques sportives, dans le couloirs de
navigation et dans les zones protégées, dans les zones des cannaies et dans celles importantes au niveau naturaliste.
• Ne pas nager à plus de 100 mt. de la rive sans l’assistance d’une
embarcation et sans bonnet de bain rouge en tête.
• Attendre au moins 3 heures avant de se baigner, ou 2 heures en
cas d’un léger repas, et éviter de boire alcool et boissons glacées.
• Ne pas se baigner si vous n’êtes pas en bonnes conditions physiques.
• En cas d’orage, il est recommandé de sortir rapidement de l’eau
parce que c’est dangereux;
• Entrer dans l’eau progressivement, et en cas d’une exposition
prolongée au soleil, la différence de température pourrait provoquer un arrêt improvisé de l’activité cardiovasculaire.

• La navigazione con tavole a vela è consentita
solo di giorno e con buona visibilità da un’ora dopo
l’alba sino al tramonto.
I conduttori devono regolare la navigazione in
modo da non creare situazioni di pericolo o di
intralcio alle altre unità.
È obbligo dei conduttori indossare il giubbotto di
salvataggio.
È vietato l’impiego delle tavole a vela:
• nei porti ed in prossimità dei loro accessi;
• nelle zone riservate alla balneazione;
• nelle zone protette, nelle zone a canneto ed
in quelle di rilevanza naturalistica;

• Windsurfing is allowed only during the day and with good visibility from an hour after dawn to sunset.
• The windsurfers are to steer the board so as not to create dangerous situations or to get in the way of other units.
• Windsurfers must wear a life jacket.
Use of Windsurf boards is forbidden:
– In ports and near their accesses;
– within water expanses reserved for bathing;
– within the protected areas and in areas of naturalistic relevance.
UTILISATION DES PLANCHES A’ VOILE

• La navigation à l’aide de planches à voile, est autorisée uniquement pendant la journée et avec une bonne visibilité, une heure

• Les conducteurs doivent régler leur navigation de manière à ne
pas créer de situations de danger ou d’encombrement pour les autres embarcations.
• Il est obligatoire pour les conducteurs de porter un gilet de sauvetage.
L’utilisation des planches à voile est interdite:
– dans les ports et à proximité de leur accès;
– dans les zones réservées pour la baignade;
– dans les zones protégées e dans les zones des cannaies et dans
celles importantes au niveau naturaliste.

keine gefährlichen Situationen herbeiführen oder ein Hindernis für
andere darstellen.
• Die Fahrer sind verpflichtet Rettungswesten zu tragen.

– In dem Häfen und in der Nähe der Zugänge;
– in den reservierten Badezonen;

La locazione delle unità di navigazione a vela è vietata a tutte le persone di età inferiore ad anni 14.
I locatori di unità da diporto sono tenuti ad informare gli utenti delle regole generali di navigazione

I locatori sono tenuti a contrarre una assicurazione
di responsabilità civile, ai sensi delle normative
vigenti in materia.

E’ fondamentale saper nuotare. Le barche subiscono parecchio le onde, anche
di poca intensità. La manovrabilità è piuttosto delicata, per cui ssi richiede un
certo rispetto da parte di altre imbarcazioni più maneggevoli. Questo sport si
può praticare dai 10 anni in su. Nei nostri laghi, ogni anno, si svolgono varie
manifestazioni di canottaggio. In particolare, quest’anno, segnaliamo le seguenti
manifestazioni:
• Omegna (Lago d’Orta), in autunno “Longavoga delle Castagne”, gara aperta a
tutte le imbarcazioni;
• Orta (Lago d’Orta) a marzo,”Memorial Don Angelo Villa”, gara internazionale
con campioni mondiali ed olimpici per ricordare il fondatore della canottieri
lago d’Orta.
Manifestazioni ad ingresso libero.
CANOEING
Canoeing is a sport that requires a combination of physical strength, resistance
and technique and can be practised from the age of 10 up. The canoes, with their
streamlined and light structure, are rather difficult to keep in balance. Swimming
skills are essential as the boats can easily capsize even in the presence of light
waves. Manoeuvring is quite complex and other more controllable vessels are
therefore required to abide by the rules of navigation. Many important canoeing
events take place on our lakes every year such as:
• Omegna (Lake of Orta), in autumn, “Longavoga of the Chestnuts”, a race open
to all boats;
• Orta (Lake of Orta), in March, the town will celebrate the “Memorial of
Don Angelo Villa”, founder of the Orta Boat Club, with a race participated by
international world and Olympic champions.
Entrance is free to all events.
AVIRON
L’aviron est un sport qui nécessite à la fois force physique, résistance et
technique. Les bateaux sont longs et fins, mais très légers et difficiles à équilibrer.
Il est fondamental de savoir nager. Les bateaux ressentent beaucoup les vagues,
même de petite intensité. La manœuvrabilité est plutôt délicate, c’est pourquoi
un certain respect est requis de la part d’autres bateaux plus maniables. Ce sport
peut se pratiquer à partir de l’âge de 10 ans. Chaque année, des manifestations
d’aviron se déroulent dans nos lacs. Cette année, il y aura notamment les
manifestations suivantes:
• Omegna (lac d’Orta), durant l’automne, “Longavoga delle Castagne”,
compétition ouverte à tous les bateaux;
• Orta (lac d’Orta), durant le mois de mars, “Memorial Don Angelo Villa”,
compétition internationale avec la participation de champions mondiaux et
olympiques afin de commémorer le fondateur de l’Association Canottieri Lago
d’Orta.
Entrée libre à toutes ces manifestations.
DER RUDERSPORT
Rudern ist ein Sport der ein miteinander von physischer Kraft, Ausdauer und
Technik verlangt. Die Boote sind lang und schmal, sehr leicht und können nur
schwer das Gleichgewicht halten. Grundlegend ist es schwimmen zu können. Die
Boote sind vielen Wellen ausgesetzt, auch denen die weniger intensiv sind. Die
Lenkbarkeit ist ziemlich heikel, deswegen ist ein gewisser Respekt seitens der
anderen Wasserfahrzeuge die eine höhere Wendigkeit haben notwendig. Diesen
Sport kann man ab 10 Jahren praktizieren. An unseren Seen, finden jedes Jahr
verschiedene Veranstaltungen über den Rudersport statt. Dieses Jahr folgende
Veranstaltungen:
• Omegna (Ortasee), im Herbst, “Longavoga der Kastanien“, Wettbewerb für
alle Wasserfahrzeuge;
• Orta (Ortasee), im März, “Memorial Don Angelo Villa“, internationaler
Wettbewerb mit Weltmeistern und Olympiameistern um den Gründer des
Ruderbootfahrens zu ehren.
Alle diese Veranstaltungen sind kostenlos.
