Le seguenti operazioni sono effettuate automaticamente:
misurazione del sacchetto, taglio, termo saldatura, dosaggio dei
prodotti, estrazione dell’aria e scarico. Il sacchetto può essere
marchiato con i dati della ricetta, codice a barre o disegno.
The following operations are made automatically: measurement
of the bag, cutting, thermo-welding, dosing of products, air
extraction and discharge. The bag can be marked with the
recipe information, barcode or drawing.

I prodotti di largo consumo possono essere alimentati da un big
bag esterno. Il prodotto dal big bag al silos verrà trasferito
pneumaticamente ed in forma completamente automatica non
appena il livello di scorta minimo viene raggiunto.
The products used in large quantity can be fed directly from an
external big bag. They are transferred automatically as soon as
the minimum level inside is reached.

La mescola può essere integrata anche con prodotti non
stoccati nei silos SAM. Il software di pesatura assistita e il
computer guidano l'operatore nell'operazione.
The compound can be implemented with products not stored
into SAM silos. The weighing software and the PC will drive the
operator in the procedure.

Color Service produce sistemi di pesatura polveri dal 1987,
anno della propria fondazione.
La lunga esperienza nel settore tessile, alimentare, cosmetico,
automobilistico e negli ultimi anni proprio nella gomma e la
capillare rete commerciale ci hanno permesso di installare
impianti in tutto il mondo (oltre 500 installazioni hanno risolto il
problema della pesatura manuale dei prodotti in polvere).
Le caratteristiche principali dell'impianto sono:
· Dosaggio contemporaneo di tutti gli ingredienti.
· Produzione di 1 sacchetto al minuto indipendentemente dal
numero di prodotti.
· Creazione e gestione automatica del sacchetto.
· Sistema di aspirazione polveri dotato di filtro autopulente.
· Precisioni di dosaggio elevate (bilance con risoluzione standard di
0.5 gr. con possibilità di estensione della precisione fino a 0.01 gr.).
· Sistema di erogazione polveri brevettato.
· Dispositivi di rottura ponti installati all’interno del silos.
· Garantito l’uso automatico di tutti i prodotti più problematici del
settore come cere, biossidi, acceleranti, pigmenti.
· Silos che assicurano un’adeguata autonomia lavorativa (250 lt.
capacità) e che possono essere caricati automaticamente da
big bag per i prodotti maggiormente usati.
· Sistema modulare. In caso di necessità future sono previsti
moduli aggiuntivi per aumentare il numero di prodotti gestiti.

Color Service has been producing powder dyes and chemical
weighing and delivery systems since our inception in 1987. Our
long experience in the textile, food, cosmetics, automotive and
in the last years in the rubber highlights our diverse capabilities
to meet the requirements necessary in today’s critical
manufacturing environments.
Our system are world famous in solving the problems associated
with the manual weighing and distribution of powder products.
We have over 500 complete systems in operation today.
Key features of the system are:
· Contemporary dosing of all ingredients.
· Production of 1 bag per minute, number of products is irrelevant
to the productivity.
· Creation and automatic management of the bag.
· Anti-dust device fitted with self‐cleaning filter.
· Elevated accuracy in the weighing (scale with standard resolution
of 0,5 gr. with possibility to extend the accuracy up to 0,01 gr.).
· Patented powder dosing device.
· Devices to prevent powder agglomerates inside the silos.
· It is guaranteed the automatic dosing of the most difficult
products, such as waxes, dioxides, pigments and accelerators.
· Silos with capacity 250 lt. Granting an adequate autonomy that
can also be loaded automatically from big bag, for the products
used in larger quantity.
· Modular system. In case of future requirements it is possible to
add modules to increase the number of products to be managed.
