dipartimento ricerca, didattica e relazioni esterne Admission for Erasmus+ Incoming Students In order to be admitted, incoming students have to apply ON-LINE filling in both the application form and the learning agreement in full: ON LINE APPLICATION DEADLINES: -May 20th (starting from March 10th ) - first semester and for the whole academic year -November 20th (starting from September 1st ) - second semester After the on line application, students are asked TO SEND by ordinary mail: - Application Form (printed after the on line application) - Two Learning Agreements: 1. Proposal of Learning Agreement printed after the on line application 2. Learning Agreement available here: http://uniba.llpmanager.it/Incoming/docs/Learning_Agreement_Incoming.pdf - Transcript of Records, certifying all the exams passed at the Home University - an official document issued, signed and stamped by the home University, certifying that students have been awarded a LLP/Erasmus grant to study at the University of Bari and the duration and dates of the study grant - 3 identification photos (passport size) - Copy of ID or Passport - Copy of E-111/International card for health insurance or private health insurance All the above mentioned documents have to be sent to the following address: Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro Area Protocollo e gestione documentale Piazza Umberto I, 1 - 70121 Bari (ITALIA) DEADLINES: , -May 30th (First semester and for the whole academic year) -November 30th (Second semester) Please note: • The application forms will be accepted ONLY if the original documents are signed by the academic Coordinators of the home University. • Learning Agreement, signed by Italian coordinators, will be sent back to the home University, by fax or by e-mail, before the students arrival or as soon as they have been enrolled at the Erasmus Office of Bari. • The official acceptance letter will be sent to the students only after reception of the duly signed application.
