CONDI ZI ONI DI I SCRI ZI ONE/ TERM S OF ENROLMENT I SCRI ZI ON E/ EN ROLMENT L’iscrizione deve essere effettuata per iscritto, inviando alla segreteria per fax, e­mail o posta il modulo di iscrizione interamente compilato e firmato unitamente a copia della ricevuta di pagamento, entro i termini indicati nei dettagli del seminario/corso. Dopo il pagamento della quota, i partecipanti riceveranno la conferma definitiva dell’iscrizione, unitamente ai dettagli e all’eventuale lista di strumenti e materiali necessari. L’ordine di iscrizione definitivo sarà determinato dall’ordine di pagamento. Se un seminario fosse al completo, gli ulteriori studenti interessati ad iscriversi verranno informati della possibilità di essere inseriti in lista d’attesa. Enrolment must be in writing by sending to the secretary Professione Libro by fax, e­mail or letter a fully completed and signed registration form with the copy of the payment quittance, by the terms indicated in the details of the workshop/course. After the workshop fee has been received, students will receive a confirmation of the enrolment in the workshop, with the course details and, in case, the tools and materials list. The order of definite enrolment will be determined by the order of payment. If a workshop has already been fully enrolled, then further students wishing to enrol will be informed that their names can be placed on a waiting list, if they so wish. DI SDETTA / CAN CELLATION DA PARTE DEGLI ALLIEVI/BY STUDENTS L’iscrizione deve essere annullata per iscritto. Seminari internazionali Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita quattro o più settimane prima dell’inizio del seminario, la quota sarà restituita trattenendo il 15% come tassa di annullamento. Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita meno di quattro ma più di due settimane prima dell’inizio del seminario, la quota sarà restituita trattenendo il 50% come tassa di annullamento. Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita meno di due settimane prima dell’inizio del seminario, la quota non sarà restituita. Seminari/corsi nazionali Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita tre o più settimane prima dell’inizio del seminario/corso, la quota sarà restituita trattenendo il 15% come tassa di annullamento. Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita meno di tre settimane prima dell’inizio del seminario/corso ma entro i termini di chiusura delle iscrizioni, la quota sarà restituita trattenendo il 50% come tassa di annullamento. Se la lettera di disdetta viene spedita oltre i termini di chiusura delle iscrizioni, la quota non sarà restituita. Se il pagamento non fosse ancora stato effettuato, la tassa (di partecipazione o di annullamento) verrà addebita allo studente. Nessun rimborso è previsto per gli allievi che si siano iscritti ma, senza ulteriore comunicazione, non partecipino al seminario/corso (nazionale o internazionale). Enrolment must be cancelled in writing. International workshops If the cancellation letter is posted four or more weeks before the workshop begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge. If the cancellation letter is posted less than four weeks but more than two weeks before the workshop begins, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge. If the cancellation letter is posted less than two weeks before the workshop begins, then the participation fee will not be refunded, or will be charged to the student. National workshops/courses If the cancellation letter is posted three weeks or more before the workshop/course begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge. If the cancellation letter is posted less than three weeks before the workshop begins but before the closing date for the enrolments, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted after the closing date for the enrolments, then the workshop fee will not be refunded. If the payment had not yet been made, the fee (for participation or cancellation) will be charged to the student. No refund is provided for students who are enrolled but, without further notice, do not participate at the workshop. DA PARTE DELL’ORGANIZZATORE/BY THE ORGANIZER Se Professione Libro, inaspettatamente e/o per motivi imprevisti, fosse costretta ad annullare il seminario, la quota di partecipazione sarà restituita interamente. If Professione Libro, unexpectedly and/or for unforeseen reasons, be obliged to cancel the workshop then the participation fee will be refunded in full. RESP ONSA BI LI TÀ / LI ABI LI TY La partecipazione al seminario è a proprio rischio. Gli organizzatori non sono responsabili per danni corporei, o perdita o danneggiamento agli oggetti di proprietà degli allievi durante il seminario. Participation in the workshop is at students’ own risk. The organizers cannot accept liability for bodily harm, or loss of or damage to students’ personal property during a workshop. UBI CA ZI ON E/ LOCATION Il seminario si svolge nel luogo indicato nella scheda descrittiva. Se l’ubicazione venisse modificata, i partecipanti ne riceveranno comunicazione, e saranno liberi di annullare la propria iscrizione; la quota di partecipazione sarà restituita. The workshop shall take place at the location named in the description form. If this location is changed, students will receive a communication notifying them of the change, and they will be then free to cancel their enrolment; the workshop fee will be refunded. LI NGUA/ LAN GUAGE I corsi si tengono principalmente in italiano e/o inglese; nella scheda descrittiva di ogni seminario è indicato quando i docenti possono assistere i partecipanti anche in altre lingue. The courses are mainly be given in Italian and/or English; in the workshop description form is indicated when the teachers can assist students also in others languages.
