Blueberry S.r.l. - Condizioni Generali di Vendita
1. GENERALITA’
Queste condizioni generali si applicano a tutti i contratti di acquisto di materiali della Blueberry s.r.l. di seguito definita anche “la società”.
2. OFFERTE PREVENTIVI
Le offerte della società sono valide per un periodo massimo di 30 giorni dalla data d’invio.

3. ORDINI
Il contratto di vendita si perfeziona con la conferma d’ordine scritta da parte di Blueberry o con l’esecuzione dell’ordine da parte della società. Gli ordini
indirizzati e firmati dai clienti a Blueberry costituiscono proposta ferma ed irrevocabile per 30 giorni dalla data della loro ricezione da parte della società.
Qualsiasi modifica o integrazione di singole disposizioni di queste condizioni generali di contratto o di singole disposizioni dell’ordine originariamente indirizzato
dal cliente, sono prive di efficacia se non approvate per iscritto dalla società. In caso di modifiche all’ordine la società si riserva il diritto di annullare sia le
modifiche sia l’ordine originario.
La data di consegna della merce indicata negli ordini ha sempre e comunque valore esclusivamente indicativo ed eventuali ritardi rispetto a tale termine
non potranno mai giustificare richieste di risarcimento o di risoluzione del contratto. In particolare la società si riserva la proroga dei termini di consegna o
l’annullamento dell’ordine nel caso di: cause di forza maggiore o eventi non dipendenti dalla volontà della società, cambiamento di situazione giuridica del
Cliente; difficoltà di approvvigionamento di materie prime e componenti.
4. LIMITI DI COMMERCIALIZZAZIONE
I prodotti Blueberry NON possono essere oggetto di commercializzazione elettronica B2C.
5. CONSEGNA E SPEDIZIONE
Luogo di adempimento per la consegna delle merci è il luogo di produzione o la sede della società. La merce viaggia a costo, rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente
“ex works” ai sensi degli Incoterms 2010. Salvo diverso accordo, la società stabilisce in nome e per conto del cliente il tipo di spedizione, la via di trasporto e
il vettore. La società si riserva la possibilità di effettuare esecuzioni o consegne parziali degli ordini, emettendo fattura separata per ogni consegna: in questo
caso tutte le consegne parziali verranno fatturate autonomamente ed i termini di pagamento decorreranno dalla data di ciascuna fattura; il cliente non potrà
quindi differire il pagamento delle consegne parziali, all’ultimazione delle consegne relative all’ordine originario.
6. PREZZI E LISTINI
I prezzi si intendono per la merce resa franco sede della società, IVA esclusa, imballaggio normale compreso, escluse le spese di spedizione. Ogni riferimento ai
prezzi di listino si intenderà fatto ai prezzi dell’ultimo listino emesso dalla società, che annulla quelli precedenti.
7. LIMITE DI FORNITURA
L’importo minimo per ogni singola fornitura è di € 1’000.00 di listino (IVA esclusa). Per eventuali importi inferiori, saranno valutate singolarmente le condizioni
di fornitura.
8. PAGAMENTO
Il mancato pagamento entro il termine pattuito, determinerà l’applicazione del saggio di interesse previsto dal D.Igs. 09/10/2002 n. 231 e successive modifiche/
aggiornamenti, quindi gli interessi moratori verranno addebitati in ragione del tasso BCE in vigore, aumentato di 7 punti in automatico. Il cliente non potrà
sottoporre domande né sollevare eccezioni nei confronti della società, se non dopo aver provveduto al pagamento della merce acquistata. La società si riserva
il diritto di bloccare tutte le spedizioni in corso, tutti gli ordini di fornitura in corso, in caso di irregolarità nei pagamenti, senza alcun preavviso né diritto di
risarcimento di alcun danno.
9. RESI E RECLAMI
Tutti i reclami devono essere formulati per iscritto entro 8 giorni dalla ricezione della merce, siano essi relativi alla quantità o alla qualità delle merci
consegnate. I resi di merce verranno accettati dalla società solo previo accordo scritto, comunque per merci nuove e complete di imballaggio originale. I resi
vanno accompagnati dall’apposito documento di trasporto, indicante l’autorizzazione scritta al reso della società e la qualità e quantità della merce resa. I resi
non potranno considerarsi accettati dalla società se non effettuati con le modalità di cui sopra ed in particolare non potrà intendersi quale accettazione di resi,
la presa in consegna di merce presso la sede o depositi della società.
10. DATI COSTRUTTIVI, CARATTERISTICHE
I dati tecnici, anche se contenuti nei cataloghi, si intendono sempre forniti a titolo indicativo e non vincolante. Blueberry si riserva il diritto di apportare in
ogni momento qualsiasi modifica nella costruzione dei propri prodotti senza che il Compratore possa avanzare eccezioni di sorta. Blueberry non è tenuta
ad apportare eventuali modifiche ai prodotti già costruiti. Eventuali difformità tra i dati forniti e le caratteristiche della merce venduta non comporteranno
alcuna responsabilità per Blueberry ed è tassativamente esclusa per il Compratore la facoltà di revocare l’ordine, di chiedere la risoluzione del contratto, la
diminuzione del prezzo o il risarcimento di danni per tale difformità. Blueberry si riserva, a termini di legge, ogni diritto su tutti gli elaborati o scritti tecnici, i
quali non potranno essere copiati, riprodotti o comunicati a terzi senza autorizzazione scritta specifica.
11. GARANZIA
La società garantisce il buon funzionamento dei prodotti forniti, in rapporto alle caratteristiche tecniche espressamente indicate dalla società nelle schede
tecniche dei prodotti. La garanzia non può essere addotta nel caso di interferenze ambientali di qualsiasi natura, che provochino disturbi di funzionamento
alle installazioni esistenti o future (frequenze radio, vicinanze di linee elettriche ecc). La garanzia è esclusa per il caso di normale usura dell’attrezzatura, di
errori commessi in fase di montaggio, assemblaggio, installazione o per difetto di manutenzione e comunque in tutte le ipotesi in cui i difetti di funzionamento
siano riconducibili a fattori estranei a quelli inerenti alla produzione. I termini di decadenza per la denuncia dei vizi e di prescrizione delle azioni spettanti
all’acquirente sono quelle previste dalla normativa italiana. La società a sua scelta, potrà decidere di ritirare le merci fornite e verificate difettose, sostituendole
con altre, o di riparare i difetti riscontrati. Il cliente non potrà chiedere il risarcimento di danni indiretti, mancati profitti, perdite di produzione, ed in ogni caso
non potrà pretendere a titolo di risarcimento somme superiori al valore dei componenti o dei prodotti forniti.
12. RIPARAZIONI
Le riparazioni degli articoli acquistati richieste dalla cliente verranno effettuate dalla società previo accordo sul prezzo dell’intervento. In ogni caso le spese per
la manodopera e quelle di porto (andata e ritorno) saranno a carico del cliente.

13. RISERVA DI PROPRIETA’
Per convenzione espressa, le merci consegnate rimangono di proprietà della società fino al saldo integrale del relativo prezzo da parte del cliente, chiunque ne
sia nella detenzione. Le spese di trasporto e le altre necessarie al recupero dell’attrezzatura, così come le spese straordinarie e quelle ripetibili, saranno a carico
del cliente.
14. DIRITTO APPLICABILE - REGOLAZIONE DELLE CONTROVERSIE
Qualsivoglia questione dovesse insorgere in relazione al contratto di vendita, sarà regolata secondo le norme del diritto italiano, con esclusione di qualsiasi altro
diritto e a titolo suppletivo dalla convenzione di Vienna sulla vendita internazionale delle merci. Tutte le controversie saranno soggette alla giurisdizione italiana
e rimesse alla competenza esclusiva del Tribunale di Bologna (Italia).
Blueberry terms and conditions of sale
1. GENERAL
The terms and conditions as set forth herein shall constitute the entire contract between Blueberry S.r.l. (hereinafter “Blueberry”) and any Buyer whose order is
accepted by Blueberry by means of a written order confirmation..
2. QUOTATIONS
The price, quantity and any specification for the goods is as set out in the offer sent by Blueberry.
All quotations confirmed by Blueberry in writing will be firm for 30 days thereof and constitute offers.
3. ORDERS
All product orders placed by the Buyer are subject to total acceptance of these conditions.
No order shall be deemed to be accepted until an order confirmation is issued by Blueberry and Blueberry confirms to the Buyer the date of dispatch of the
goods or (if earlier) Blueberry delivers the goods to the Buyer. Each order for goods by the Buyer to Blueberry shall therefore be deemed to be a firm and
irrevocable offer by the Buyer to purchase goods subject to these conditions within 30 days of the order confirmation. No variation or qualification of these
conditions or of any quotations or orders shall be valid unless otherwise agreed in writing by Blueberry. Blueberry reserves the right to cancel the order if
any change is established after the date of the order. All quoted delivery dates are estimates only and Blueberry will not assume liability, consequential or
otherwise, because of any delay or failure to deliver all or any part of any order for any reason. Blueberry reserves the right to postpone delivery dates or to
cancel the order in its entirety or partially if performance of the contract shall be prevented or hindered by any cause beyond Blueberry’s reasonable control,
including, without limitation: war, government controls, restrictions or prohibitions, fire, accident, strike, Act of God, interruptions in communications or failure
of computer systems; or if the Buyer ceases or threatens to cease to trade; or if Blueberry determines that its ability to obtain any or a sufficient quantity of
any material used directly or indirectly in the manufacture of products is hindered, limited or made impracticable.
4. LIMITATION
The Buyer is not authorized to resell Blueberry’s products online (B2C).
5. DELIVERY TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered ex works (Incoterms 2010) from Blueberry’s premises and at Buyer’s risk and expense. Unless otherwise
stated in writing, Blueberry reserves the right to select the means of transportation and routing and shall not be liable for it. Blueberry shall not be liable to the
Buyer for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the Buyer or in any way whatsoever for late delivery of the goods. Blueberry will endeavour to dispatch all
orders complete or as complete as reasonably possible. Blueberry, however, reserves the right to deliver incomplete orders and shall be entitled to invoice the
Buyer at any time after dispatch of the goods and payment thereof made accordingly. Payment is due in full without any deduction or deferment on account of
partial delivery and shall be made according to the terms stated on the invoice.
6. PRICES
All prices are quoted ex works, standard packing included and exclude VAT and any applicable taxes, levies, duties or imposts relating to the export or import of
goods, insurance and freight charges. All orders accepted shall be subject to prices ruling at the time of the order.
7. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum order value for each supply amounts to € 1’000,00 net of discount. Orders of lower value will be evaluated separately.
8. PAYMENT
If the Buyer fails to make payment in full for the price of the goods on the due date, or a payment made by the Buyer fails to be honoured, Blueberry reserves
the right to claim interests in accordance with the D.lgs 09/10/2002 no. 231, at the Bank Official Discount rate effective from time to time plus 7%. Title to
the goods shall remain with Blueberry until all sums owing by the Buyer to Blueberry have been paid in full, without any deduction for or on account of any
counterclaim. Blueberry may at any time suspend or cancel the provision of the goods without prior notice and liability if the Buyer is late in making any
payment due to Blueberry and until the outstanding amount has been received.
9. RETURNS
In case of complaint, the Buyer shall notify Blueberry in writing within 8 days of delivery.
If approved written authorization is obtained, the Buyer shall return the goods that are the subject of a claim carriage paid within 8 days of delivery and written
notice must be given on the driver’s delivery documents detailing in full the nature of any defect or damage and the number of goods affected. All returns
shall be delivered in the original condition and packaging and exclusively to Blueberry’s premises or warehouse location. All products returned to Blueberry

15. DISPOSIZIONI SULLA PROTEZIONE DI DATI INDIVIDUALI
Ai sensi della vigente legislazione per la protezione dei dati personali, il cliente è informato che i dati personali a lui attinenti vengono inseriti nella banca dati
della società, essendo ciò necessario per il corretto svolgimento del rapporto contrattuale e per l’adempimento di alcune disposizioni di legge, oltre che per
finalità di tipo statistico, commerciale, marketing, promozionale, di tutela del credito, di gestione e cessione del medesimo. I dati personali della parte acquirente
sono trattati attraverso strumenti automatizzati e cartacei da soggetti autorizzati, con l’impiego di misure di sicurezza atte a garantirne la riservatezza. I dati

10. TECHNICAL DATA
All drawings, specifications, advertising and descriptive matter whatsoever issued by Blueberry and any descriptions or illustrations contained in any of
Blueberry’s literature are for illustrative purposes and are indicative only. They do not form part of the contract and Blueberry shall not have any liability for
any differences between literature and products. The Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order in its entirety or partially and Blueberry shall not be liable
for any claims to price reduction, order cancellation or refund for such differences. Blueberry reserves the right to modify its products without prior notice and
liability. In no circumstances Blueberry shall be liable for any claims or special, consequential, incidental damages caused by such substitutions or modifications.
Blueberry reserves the right to reject orders for goods specially manufactured or modified. The information contained in Blueberry’s technical drawings, data
sheets or manuals are the sole property of Blueberry in accordance with the directives of Italian Law. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without the
prior written consent of Blueberry.

11. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Blueberry warrants that unless otherwise stated, the goods will be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date
of production. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the dispatch note undamaged, in good order and condition without any
shortage and to the Buyer’s satisfaction unless Blueberry receives written notice to the contrary in accordance with the directives of Italian Law. All warranties
cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, acts of nature, electrical
overload, radio or any other environmental interferences, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation or damage caused by the Buyer, or repairs
made by anyone other than Blueberry. Blueberry shall either repair or replace the defective goods at its sole discretion and on its premises at no charge to the
Buyer. In no circumstances Blueberry shall be liable for any claims or any special, consequential, incidental or other damages including loss of profit, breach
or repudiation of contract. This exclusion includes any liability that may arise out of party claims against the Buyer. In any case Blueberry’s liability under any
contract shall not exceed the total amount of the items or goods purchased by the Buyer.
12. REPAIRS
All products to be repaired must be returned to Blueberry carriage paid. All repairs shall be subject to prior acceptance by the Buyer of all repair costs. In any
case Blueberry shall charge the Buyer all repair and delivery costs of the repaired goods.
13. TITLE
Unless expressly otherwise stated in writing, legal ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Blueberry has received in full all sums due in respect
of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to Blueberry from the Buyer on any account. Blueberry shall charge the Buyer delivery costs,
any cost for repossessing the goods as well as any extra cost.
14. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian Law and with the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of
Goods. Bologna court will have exclusively jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising from this Contract and the Buyer hereby consents to the jurisdiction
of such court.
15. DATA PROTECTION
By entering into this contract, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the collection and processing of its personal data by Blueberry. The Buyer
acknowledges and agrees that details of its name, address and payment record may be submitted to a credit reference agency, and that personal data may be
collected and processed by and on behalf of Blueberry. Blueberry stores and process the Buyer’s personal information on its computers and Blueberry protects
it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable Italian regulations. Blueberry authorizes access to personal
information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. The Buyer can review and correct its personal information at any time.
If the Buyer does not want Blueberry to share its personal information, the Buyer can notify it to Blueberry and delete. In no circumstances Blueberry shall be
liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from or related to inaccuracies, errors and out-of-date information.
Blueberry S.r.l. - Conditions générales de vente
1. GENERALITES
Ces conditions générales s’appliquent à tous les contrats d’acquisition de matériels de Blueberry s.r.l., qu’on définit aussi par la suite comme “la société”.
2. OFFRES PROVISOIRES
Les offres de la société sont valides pendant une période maximale de 30 jours à compter de la date d’envoi.
3. COMMANDES
Le contrat de vente prend effet lors de la confirmation de commande écrite de la part de Blueberry ou lors de l’exécution de la commande par la société. Les
commandes envoyées et signées par les clients à Blueberry constituent une proposition ferme et irrévocable pendant 30 jours à compter de la date de leur
réception par la société. Toute modification ou intégration de simples dispositions de ces conditions générales de contrat ou de simples dispositions de la
commande initialement émise par le client, sont dépourvues d’efficacité si elles ne sont pas approuvées par écrit par la société. En cas de modifications de la
commande, la société se réserve le droit d’annuler les modifications aussi bien que la commande initiale.
La date de livraison de la marchandise indiquée sur les commandes a toujours et de toute façon valeur exclusivement indicative, et d’éventuels retards
correspondant à ce terme ne pourront jamais justifier des demandes de remboursement ou de résiliation du contrat. En particulier, la société se réserve la
prorogation des termes de livraison ou l’annulation de la commande en cas de: cause de force majeure ou d’événements indépendants de la volonté de la
société, changement de situation juridique du Client; difficulté d’approvisionnement en matières premières et en composants.
4. LIMITES DE COMMERCIALISATION
Les produits Blueberry ne peuvent faire l’objet de commercialisation électronique B2C.
5. LIVRAISON ET EXPEDITION
Le lieu de mise en oeuvre pour la livraison des marchandises est le lieu de production ou le siège de la société. La marchandise transitera aux frais, aux risques
et périls de l’acquéreur “Ex Works”, conformément aux Incoterms 2010. Sauf en cas d’accord autre, la société établit au nom et pour le compte du client le type
d’expédition, le mode de transport et le transporteur.
La société se réserve la possibilité d’effectuer des exécutions ou des livraisons partielles des commandes, en émettant une facture séparée pour chaque
livraison: dans ce cas, toutes les livraisons partielles seront facturées de manière autonome, et les termes de paiement partiront à compter de la date de

chaque facture; le client ne pourra donc pas différer le paiement des livraisons partielles, une fois effectuées les livraisons relatives à la commande initiale.
6. PRIX ET CATALOGUES
Les prix s’entendent pour la marchandise franco de port, hors taxe, emballage normal compris, frais d’expédition exclus. Toute référence aux
prix de catalogue s’entendra en conformité avec les prix du dernier catalogue émis par la société, qui annule ceux qui précèdent.
7. LIMITE DE FOURNITURE
Le montant minimal pour toute commande simple est de € 1 000,00 de prix catalogue (hors taxe). Pour d’éventuels montants inférieurs, on évaluera au cas par
cas les conditions de livraison.
9. RETOURS ET RECLAMATIONS
Toutes les réclamations doivent être formulées par écrit dans un délai de 8 jours à compter de la réception de la marchandise, si elles sont relatives à la
quantité ou à la qualité des marchandises livrées.
Les retours de marchandise seront acceptés par la société seulement après accord écrit, toutefois pour des marchandises neuves et accompagnées de leur
emballage d’origine. Les retours seront accompagnés du document correspondant de transport, indiquant l’autorisation écrite du retour de la société et la
qualité et la quantité de marchandise retournée. Les retours ne pourront pas être considérés comme acceptés par la société s’ils ne sont pas effectués selon
les modalités susmentionnées et en particulier, on ne pourra entendre comme acceptation de retours la prise en charge de marchandise auprès du siège ou des
dépôts de la société.
10. DONNEES DE CONSTRUCTION, CARACTERISTIQUES
Les données techniques, même si elles sont contenues dans les catalogues, s’entendent toujours comme fournies à titre indicatif et non contraignant. Blueberry
se réserve le droit d’apporter à tout moment toute modification dans la construction de ses produits, sans que l’Acheteur ne puisse alléguer d’exception
d’aucune sorte. Blueberry ne saurait être tenue d’apporter d’éventuelles modifications aux produits déjà construits. d’éventuels écarts entre les données
fournies et les caractéristiques de la marchandise vendue n’entraînent aucune responsabilité pour Blueberry, et il est formellement exclu pour l’Acheteur
de pouvoir révoquer la commande, de demander la résiliation du contrat, une diminution du prix ou le dédommagement des préjudices pour un tel écart.
Blueberry se réserve, conformément à la loi, tout droit sur toutes les techniques élaborées ou écrites, lesquelles ne pourront pas être copiées, reproduites ni
communiquées à des tiers sans autorisation écrite spécifique.
11. GARANTIE
La société garantit le bon fonctionnement des produits fournis, par rapport aux caractéristiques techniques expressément indiquées par la société dans les
fiches techniques des produits. La garantie ne pourra être adoptée en cas d’interférences environnementales de quelque nature que ce soit, qui provoquent des
perturbations de fonctionnement des installations existantes ou futures (radiofréquences, voisinage de lignes électriques, etc.). La garantie est exclue pour le
cas d’usure normale de l’équipement, d’erreurs commises en phase de montage, d’assemblage, d’installation ou pour défaut de maintenance et toutefois dans
toutes les hypothèses dans lesquelles les défauts de fonctionnement seront attribuables à des facteurs étrangers à ceux inhérents à la production. Les termes
de déchéance pour la déclaration des vices et de prescription des actions incombant à l’acquéreur sont ceux prévus par la réglementation italienne. La société
pourra décider à sa discrétion de retirer les marchandises fournies, et dont on aura vérifié le caractère défectueux, en les remplaçant par d’autres, ou de
réparer les défauts rencontrés. Le client ne pourra demander de dédommagement pour des préjudices indirects, pour des manques à gagner, pour des pertes
de production, et dans tous les cas, il ne pourra prétendre au remboursement des sommes supérieures à la valeur des composants ou des produits fournis.
12. REPARATIONS
Les réparations des articles acquis demandées par le client seront effectuées par la société après accord sur le prix de l’intervention. Dans tous les cas, les frais
de main-d’œuvre et ceux de port (aller-retour) seront à la charge du client.
13. RESERVE DE PROPRIETE
Par convention expresse, les marchandises livrées restent la propriété de la société jusqu’au solde intégral du prix correspondant par le client, quiconque en
soit détenteur. Les frais de transport et les autres frais nécessaires à la récupération des marchandises, tels que les frais extraordinaires et ceux répétables,
seront à la charge du client.
14. DROIT APPLICABLE - REGLEMENT DES LITIGES
Quelle que soit la question qui se pose en lien avec le contrat de vente, on se rapportera aux normes du droit italien, à l’exclusion de tout autre
droit, et à titre supplémentaire, à la convention de Vienne sur la vente internationale des marchandises. Tous les litiges seront soumis à la juridiction italienne
et remis à la compétence exclusive du Tribunal de Bologne (Italie) ou le tribunal du siège social.
15. DISPOSITIONS SUR LA PROTECTION DES DONNEES INDIVIDUELLES
Selon la législation en vigueur régissant la protection des données personnelles, le client est informé que ses données personnelles sont insérées dans la
banque de données de la société, cela étant nécessaire pour le bon développement du rapport contractuel et pour l’exécution de certaines dispositions
légales, ainsi qu’à des fins statistiques, commerciales, de marketing, de promotion, de protection du crédit, de gestion et cession de ce dernier. Les données
personnelles de l’acquéreur seront traitées par des instruments automatisés et sur papier par des personnes autorisées, avec l’emploi de mesures de sécurité
aptes à en garantir la confidentialité. Les données personnelles du client peuvent être communiquées à des sociétés du groupe ou de recouvrement de
créances. Le titulaire du traitement est la société, à laquelle le client peut s’adresser pour exercer les droits que lui garantit la loi. A cette fin, la partie acheteuse
est informée qu’à tout moment, elle peut avoir accès à ses données personnelles, pour en réclamer la mise à jour, la rectification ou l’annulation et/ou pour
s’opposer à leur traitement. Toutes les données sont consignées et contrôlées avec le plus grand soin.
Blueberry n’assume cependant aucune responsabilité pour d’éventuelles erreurs et/ou omissions.

8. PAIEMENT
Le manquement au paiement dans le délai imparti, déterminera l’application du taux d’intérêt prévu par le décret D.Igs. 09/10/2002 n. 231 et de ses
amendements successifs /mises à jour, donc les intérêts moratoires seront débités selon le taux BCE en vigueur, augmenté de 7 points de manière automatique.
Le client ne pourra soumettre de demandes ni soulever d’exceptions vis-à-vis de la société sans avoir procédé au paiement de la marchandise acquise. La
société se réserve le droit de bloquer toutes les expéditions en cours, toutes les commandes de livraison en cours, en cas d’irrégularité dans les paiements,
sans aucun préavis ni aucun droit de remboursement d’aucun dommage.
