PROCEDURA DI MONTAGGIO E TENSIONAMENTO CUSCINETTO TENDITORE
• Verificare che le tacche di fasatura (A e B) siano allineate.
• Montare la cinghia di distribuzione instradandola in senso antiorario, partendo dal
pignone albero motore.
• Verificare che la cinghia sia ben tesa lungo i due rami tra albero a camme e albero
motore.
• Agganciare la molla del cuscinetto tenditore alla piastra.
• Allentare il dado (C), posizionato lungo la losanga della piastra, consentendo al
cuscinetto tenditore di agire premendo la cinghia.
• Far ruotare di due giri l’albero motore in senso orario.
• Verificare che le tacche di fasatura (A e B) siano allineate.
• Bloccare il dado C con la coppia di serraggio di 11Nm.
• Bloccare la vite di fissaggio del cuscinetto tenditore D con la coppia di serraggio di
25Nm.
• Rimontare gli altri componenti in ordine contrario a quello di smontaggio.
• Bloccare le viti della puleggia albero motore con una coppia di serraggio di 16 Nm.

MODALITY OF ASSEMBLING AND TENSION-SETTING OF THE TENSIONER

Verify that the timing marks (A e B) are lined up.
Assemble the timing belt anti-clockwise, starting from the crankshaft - pinion.
Ensure that the belt is taut between the camshaft and the crankshaft.
Hook up the spring of the tensioner to the base plate.
Slacken the nut collocated on the oblong hole ( C ) in order to allow the
tensioner to press the belt .
Rotate the engine 2 revolutions.clockwise
Verify that the timing marks (A e B) are lined up.
Block for good the nut C (11 Nm).
Block for good the fixing bolt of the tensioner D ( 25 Nm).
Re-install other removed parts.
Block for good the crankshaft pulley bolts (16 Nm).
