PRESENTAZIONE - OVERVIEW
DESCRIZIONE
Ventilatori centrifughi cassonati, direttamente accoppiati, a doppia aspirazione,
pale curve avanti, ventilatore serie CBD. Sono consigliati per le applicazioni
civili ed industriali dove l’aria da trattare è pulita ed è necessario installare una
macchina silenziosa ed affidabile. I ventilatori della serie CADN hanno portate
fino a 8.500 m3/h e pressioni statiche fino ai 550 Pa, con una temperatura
massima dell’aria trattata di 60°C.
COSTRUZIONE
Telaio: Struttura portante realizzata con profili in fusione di alluminio, al fine di
ottenere una buona solidità pur contenendo il peso dell’unità. I pannelli sono a
doppia parete in lamiera preverniciata esterna e lamiera zincata interna, con
interposti 25 mm di poliuretano espanso rigido ad alta densità, bordata con
profilo EPDM di tenuta per esterno. Porta di ispezione lato trasmissione con
chiusura a norme CE, completa di maniglia e blocchetti di fissaggio.
Ventilatori: Centrifughi a doppia aspirazione e coclee realizzati completamente
in lamiera zincata, le giranti sono a pale curve avanti in lamiera zincata,
direttamente accoppiate al motore elettrico, staffato alla coclea con uno
speciale supporto.
Motori: I motori impiegati sono in esecuzione monofase, 220V a condensatore
sempre inserito, 50Hz, a 4 o 6 poli. Le grandezze 12/9, 12/12 e 15/15 possono
anche usare un motore asincrono trifase a 230/400V. Conformi Erp. Le potenze
riportate nelle tabelle di prestazioni sono state dimensionate tenendo conto
del rendimento e di un ulteriore margine di sicurezza per compensare eventuali
anomalie dell’impianto.
Temperatura minima fluido: -20°C. Temperatura massima fluido: +60°C.

DESCRIPTION
Directly coupled box fans, double-inlet, forward curved blades, CBD fan series.
They are recommended for civil and industrial applications where the air to be
treated is clean and where a low-noise, reliable machine is necessary. The air
flow of the CADN series is up 8.500 m3/h with static pressures up to 550 Pa.
Maximum temperature of the treated air is 60°C.
CONSTRUCTION
Frame: The frame is made of aluminium profiles which reduces the overall
weight of the unit while guaranteeing the perfect robustness. The double-skin
outer panels in galvanized sheet steel, or pre-painted grey RAL 7032, with
a 25 mm rigid high density expanded polyurethane core and exterior EPDM
quality sealing profile. All models are equipped with handle, fixing blocks and
an inspection door on the transmission side with a lock system according to
EC standards.
Fans: Double-inlet centrifugal fans and casing (plugfan) made of galvanized
steel sheet with forward curved blade impellers made of galvanized steel
sheet, directly coupled to electric motor, fixed on the casing (plugfan) by
means of a special support.
Motors: Single-phase motors, 220 V with the condenser always active, 50 Hz,
4 pole or 6 pole. Sizes 12/9, 12/12 and 15/15 can also use a three phase
230/400 V asynchronous motor. Compliant with Erp. The power ratings shown
in the performance tables were sized taking into account the efficiency of
the transmission plus an additional safety margin to compensate for possible
anomalies of the system. Minimum fluid temperature -20°C, maximum fluid
temperature +60°C.
