thermal spa Merano which is just a 10 minutes drive away. 1 day ticket per
person and stay. A local visitor tax of Euro 1,85 per person and day is also

natural and cultural treasures of the region.

CANCELLAZIONE: Non è previsto un diritto ai sensi del
Codice del Consumo - nonostante ciò Le accordiamo le seguenti
condizioni di recesso: Fino a 2 settimane prima dell`arrivo, il
deposito del 25% verrà restituito; tratteniamo solo una commissione
di gestione di Euro 26,00. Da 2 settimane a 4 giorni prima
dell`arrivo, verrà trattenuto il deposito del 25% del totale.
Se si annulla il soggiorno, cosí come in caso di partenza
anticipata o arrivo ritardato, verrà addebitato l´80% dell´importo
totale. I pasti non consumati non possono essere rimborsati.

CANCELLATION: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘
Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following
condidtions for withdrawal: Your reservation is free of charge up to 2 weeks
prior to arrival. The deposit of 25% of the total amount will be
refunded minus a processing fee of Euro 26,00. 2 weeks to 4 days
before the arrival we will charge the deposit of 25%
of the total amount. For short-term cancellation, as well as
for late arrival and early departure we will charge 80% of
the total amount. Not consumed meals can not be refunded.
