DONA UN ALBERO A ROMA (DONATE A TREE TO ROME ) – INSTRUCTIONS
When submitting your request to join the project as a donor, please e-mail the following files to
[email protected]:
1. copy of the bank transfer receipt (pdf, jpeg format);
2. application form duly completed throughout (pdf format);
3. scanned copy of ID document (pdf format).
The office in charge of the “Donate a tree to Rome” project, headed by Resp. F.S.A. (environmental services
supplier manager) Loretta Ubaldi, tel. 06 6710 2232, will send e-mail confirmation with the donation CODE.
If no specific type of tree has been selected, the message will include a request for users to contact the
parks and gardens planning office (Servizio programmazione e gestione Verde Urbano), headed by
Francesco Messina, Resp. F.S.A. (environmental services supplier manager), tel. 06 6710 9354, to select the
tree from the sample plants on display at the tree nurseries (Vivai di S. Sisto) located in Piazza di Porta
Metronia n.2.
The tree types available are indicated in the list, and can be viewed in the photo gallery on the project
website.
We advise users to make the bank transfer and then scan the receipt and ID document before filling in the
application form and sending it together with all the attachments.
