www.romawebfest.it PRESENTATION OF THE THIRD EDITION PROGRAMME Venice, Saturday, September 5th 2015, 4pm Tropicana Room 1 – Hotel Excelsior Spazio Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo The Roma Web Fest, arrived at its third edition, presents a very intense programme, rich of innovative products, previews, meetings with foreign productions, and even a Market Space for meeting producers, broadcasters and, above all, brands that want to invest in the new languages. In addition to the RWF Art Director, Janet De Nardis, Maria Giuseppina Troccoli (Mibac executive), Chris Marchich (Director and Managing Director of MPA), Cristina Priarone (Roma and Lazio Film Commission General Director), Federico Bagnoli Rossi (Fapav Secretary-general) will participate. Moreover, Andrea Minuz (Professor of History of Cinema at Sapienza University of Rome) will talk about the partnership between the Roma Web Fest and Sapienza University (DASS), with the support of A.S. for Cinema, in order to start the first university course dedicated to web series and digital products. Guests participating: - President and Secretary-general of the Port Authority of Livorno, Doctor Massimo Provinciali; he will present “Alice in Tuscany” (project for the territory promotion) - A representative from the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, Equal Opportunities Department, who will present the web series Cose da uomini, chosen by the government for the campaign against violence on women - Giacomo Durzi (CDA Cento Autori), who will introduce the collaboration between the RWF and Cento Autori about the new formats and the young talents’ promotion During the meeting, the panel of judges for the Web Series section in concourse will be announced.
