RUBBER BEARINGS TecGOM A-G Series TECGOM-G TECGOM-AB TECGOM-A TECGOM-AC Description “TECGOM“ bearing systems are made in order to satisfy the demands related with the costruction of steel and concrete structures where are requested bearings capable of simuntaneus load and deformations features. TECGOM series barings assure elastic reaction both to vertical and orizzontal loads and may rotate such as a spherical hinge. “TECGOM-G” model is used in sector such as costruction of prefabricated structures and is made entirely of synthetic rubber. “TECGOM-A” is a bearing made of synthetic rubber reinforced with steel plates in order to support high loads and reach higher orizzontal stifness. These bearings are suitable for steel structure and bridge up to 30 meters. TECGOM-A may be manifactured also: • with a special pattern of outer steel plate (TECGOM-AB) in order to assure an adeguate adhesion to the structures also in presence of severe orizzontal loads. • with an outer steel plate provided with a mechanical restrain to link the bearings with the structures (TECGOMAC). TECGOM reinforced bearings are manifactured in single moulds by vulcanising process and not cut from a plate. Reinforcing layers are completely inglobated in rubber and burr-free in order to avoid damage to the rubber itself. In TECGOM-AB and TECGOM-AC models the outer steel plate are hot vulcanized to rubber. Standards • • • D.M.
