Genovese e costruttore di terza generazione, è Presidente dei Giovani Imprenditori edili dell'Ance.
Crescita, sviluppo, innovazione e internazionalizzazione sono i quattro elementi sui quali la sua presidenza investe per favorire la ripresa del settore provato da una crisi durissima, che ha modificato
per sempre le abitudini e i comportamenti degli imprenditori.
Imprenditore di terza generazione, è Amministratore delegato e Direttore tecnico di Costruzioni
S.p.a., società specializzata nello sviluppo immobiliare di edilizia abitativa, commerciale e produttiva
ma anche attiva nel mercato degli appalti privati. Iscritto al Gruppo Giovani di Assimpredil Ance Milano dal 2004, Presidente dei Giovani Ance della Liguria dal 2006 al 2010, è stato Vicepresidente del
Gruppo Giovani Ance dal 2009. Arriva al vertice dei Giovani Ance al culmine di una crisi durissima
che dal 2007 a oggi ha registrato la perdita di 500mila posti di lavoro. Eppure Delle Piane ha le idee
chiare. Per poter giocare un ruolo chiave in vista della ripresa bisogna credere nel modello associativo e investire tempo e risorse nello studio di modelli che sappiano affrontare le mutate condizioni
del mercato con gli strumenti più idonei.
Filippo Delle Piane, who comes from Genoa and is a third-generation developer, is the President of
the Young Building Entrepreneurs of ANCE (the Italian National Association of Builders). Growth,
development, innovation and internationalisation are the four areas in which his presidency is focused, with the aim of promoting recovery in this sector, which has endured a very harsh crisis, a crisis
that has changed for ever the habits and practices of entrepreneurs.
A third-generation entrepreneur, Filippo Delle Piane is CEO and Technical Director of Costruzioni
S.p.A., a company that specialises in real estate development in the housing, retail and
manufacturing sectors, but is also active in the market for private commissions. In 2004 he became a member of the Youth Group of Assimpredil Milano (the Association of Builders of Milan) within
ANCE (to which he still belongs), and in the years 2006-2010 he was President of the ANCE Youth
Group for Liguria; later, from 2009, he was Vice-President of the main ANCE Youth Group. He reached the top of that group at the lowest point of a very difficult crisis, which since 2007 has seen
the loss of 500,000 jobs. Filippo Delle Piane, however, has clear ideas. In order to play a key role in
the expectation of the recovery, it is necessary to believe in the collaborative model and to invest
time and resources in devising models that can address the changed market conditions with the
most suitable tools.
