L’AZIENDA
Nata nel 1987, AZICHEM srl è inserita in un gruppo industriale, il “Gruppo Pattarini”, articolato
con attività nell’ambito dell’estrazione e della lavorazione dei materiali lapidei (PATTARINI srl www.pattarini.it) e nell’ambito del calcestruzzo preconfezionato e delle pavimentazioni industriali
(NOVABETON srl - www.novabeton.it), operante nel settore delle costruzioni edili dal 1956.
L’attività specifica di produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti speciali per l'edilizia e la
bioedilizia di AZICHEM, comprende la produzione di prodotti in polvere e di prodotti in soluzione,
affiancata dalla distribuzione di altri svariati prodotti e tecnologie che coprono, in gran parte, le
esigenze quotidiane dell’edilizia sia tradizionale che quella specializzata e delle grandi opere
infrastrutturali. La qualità aziendale è certificata dal 2002 da MOODY INTERNATIONAL
CERTIFICATION secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001, per le attività di “Sviluppo, produzione e
commercializzazione di prodotti speciali per l’edilizia e la bioedilizia, per le nuove costruzioni, il
restauro ed il risanamento di edifici civili, industriali, d’epoca e monumentali”.
THE COMPANY
Established in 1987, AZICHEM srl is included in an industrial group, “Gruppo Pattarini”, operating
in the extraction and working of stone materials (PATTARINI srl - www.pattarini.it) and in readymixed concrete and industrial flooring (NOVABETON srl - www.novabeton.it), that have been
active in the construction industry since 1956. The specific production and marketing of
AZICHEM’s special construction and bio-construction products, includes the production of
powder products and solution products, along with the distribution of other various products and
technologies that mostly cover the everyday needs of both traditional and specialised
construction and of large infrastructural works. The company’s quality has been certified since
2002 by MOODY INTERNATIONAL with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, for the “Development,
production and marketing of special products for construction and bio-construction, for new
constructions, restoration CERTIFICATION in accordance and the reconstruction of public,
industrial, historic and monumental buildings.

LA PRODUZIONE
Automazione, accuratezza, adattabilità, sono gli imput che caratterizzano il centro di produzione
Azichem, progettato per assecondare le differenti necessità di clienti che operano nei cantieri di
costruzione e possono quindi trovarsi di fronte ad esigenze di forniture particolarmente
tempestive, sia di elevate che di limitate quantità di prodotti. Automazione, accuratezza,
adattabilità, caratterizzano pertanto anche il dimensionamento degli impianti inerenti i prodotti in
polvere e quelli in soluzione: sistemi di elevata automazione per il dosaggio, la miscelazione, il
confezionamento e la pallettizzazione, agevolmente coniugabili per fornire risposte flessibili e
tempestive in ogni circostanza.
PRODUCTION
Automation, precision and flexibility are the inputs that characterise the Azichem production
plant, designed to back the different needs of customers working on the building sites and that
could therefore find themselves requiring particularly rapid supplies of both high and limited
amounts of products.
Therefore, automation, precision and flexibility also characterise the size of the systems relevant
to the powder and solution products: highly automated dosage, mixing, packaging and palleting
systems that can be smoothly united to give a flexible and timely response in all circumstances.

Il programma di produzione Azichem, un documento dinamico, aperto alle innovazioni per un
continuo miglioramento degli standard costruttivi, nasce da una scelta meditata di filosofia
aziendale condensabile nell’assunto: “non un improbabile prodotto per tutte le esigenze ma il
prodotto specifico per ciascun problema”.
È un programma che, attraverso gli ambiti dell’edilizia usuale e dell’edilizia ecologicamente

The dynamic Azichem production program, open to innovations for the continual improvement of
production standards, was created from a meditated company ideology summed up in the
supposition: “not an improbable product for all needs but the specific product for each problem”.
This is a program that, through customary building and ecologically orientated building, Bioconstruction, is aimed at new constructions such as the restoration of existing buildings, public
buildings such as factories, hydraulic works and infrastructures, with a particular and important

IL CONTROLLO DI QUALITA’, LA RICERCA
Azichem controlla la qualità dei propri prodotti sia attraverso il proprio laboratorio che attraverso
la collaborazione coordinata di un laboratorio esterno particolarmente qualificato. La gestione
della qualità, informata alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001 ed alla continua evoluzione delle norme CE, è
controllata e certificata da MOODY INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION per le attività di: Sviluppo,
produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti speciali per l’edilizia e la bioedilizia, per le nuove
costruzioni, il restauro ed il risanamento di edifici civili, industriali, d’epoca e monumentali. Il
laboratorio interno, così come quello esterno coordinato, rappresentano gli ambiti preposti al
perfezionamento di una ricerca quotidianamente attiva anche in cantiere, in Italia ed ovunque,
