thanks to the plasticized wire baskets (instead of expensive stainless steel tub

CHEST FREEZER: DOLCE VITA is the best system to keep the organoleptic features of the ice cream over a long period. The conservation
without light and air exposure avoids the product oxidation, giving the possibility to keep the ice cream inside the cabinet during closing hours (in
the ventilated cabinets ice cream has to be removed as air dries the product)
