La serie di gambe metalliche del sistema Format, comprende tre diverse
tipologie - metallica a T, conica dritta, conica sagomata - per rispondere
adeguatamente a tutte le esigenze sia di natura estetica che funzionale.
La versione metallica, disponibile sia fissa sia regolabile in altezza, è
dotata di piedini livellatori e di canaline passacavi, ed è predisposta per
l’inserimento del supporto per pc tower. La versione conica è invece
disponibile sia con piedini livellatori sia con ruote piroettanti.
There are three different kinds of metal leg in the Format system - T shaped in metal, straight taper, shaped taper - to respond appropriately
to all aesthetic and functional requirements. The metal version, avalaible
with fixed or adjustable height, is fitted with levelling feet and cable ducts
and is pre-set for the inclusion of the support for tower-type PCs. The
taper version, on the other hand. is available with levelling feet and swivel
castors.
La série de pieds métalliques du système Format comprend trois
différentes typologies – métallique en T, conique droit, conique profilé
– pour répondre à toutes les exigences d’un point de vue esthétique et
fonctionnel. La version métallique, disponible en modèle fixe ou réglable
en hauteur, est dotée de pieds réglables et de canaux porte-câbles et fils
électriques, et dispose aussi d’un emplacement spécial pouvant accueillir
un support pour la tour du PC. La version conique est en revanche
disponible avec pieds réglables ou roues pivotantes.

Ogni piano di progetto Format costituisce l’elemento base di un sistema
modulare per la creazione di postazioni di lavoro più o meno strutturate
ed attrezzate, a seconda delle esigenze, ad ogni piano è possibile,
infatti, aggregare diverse tipologie di partizioni verticali, ogni piano
poggia su fianchi attrezzati o su gambe metalliche predisposte per il
cablaggio, ad ogni piano se ne possono affiancare altri moltiplicando le
configurazioni di base in modo lineare e/o speculare.
Every top in the Format project is the base element for a modular
system used to set up more or less structured and equipped
workstations, depending on requirements; each top, for example, can
be matched with different kinds of vertical partition; every top rests on
equipped sides or metal legs designed to hide cables; every top can
be combined with other tops to extend base configurations in a linear
and/or mirror fashion.
Chaque plateau du projet Format constitue l’élément de base d’un
système modulaire pour la création de postes de travail plus ou moins
structurés et équipés en fonction des besoins. Les plateaux peuvent
en effet s‘associer avec différents types de divisions verticales. Ils
s’appuient par ailleurs sur des panneaux latéraux équipés ou sur des
pieds métalliques disposant de canaux porte-câbles. Ils peuvent enfin
être disposés côte à côte, en multipliant ainsi les configurations de base
de manière linéaire et/ou spéculaire.

Il lato più caratteristico della personalità del sistema Format è la
possibilità di integrare ed intercambiare tra loro tutti gli elementi che lo
compongono. Tutto è compatibile con tutto. Qualunque sia la soluzione
scelta per una specifica funzione lavorativa, è sempre possibile variare
le configurazioni, spostando i vari componenti e creando nuove
separazioni. Aggregando diversamente piani e paretine, otterremo spazi
riunione laddove avevamo spazi di lavoro.

Differisce da quest’ultima per la presenza di gambe metalliche di sostegno dotate di
puntali di rinforzo montati ad incastro . La struttura metallica è in colore ARGENTO
METALLIZZATO. La schiena realizzata in pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 è
ancorata alla struttura metallica tramite giunzioni metalliche.

sp. mm 12 rivestite in PVC nero, il fondo è in fibra dello spessore di mm 3. Le guide
scorrevoli sono del tipo in metallo con cuscinetti in nylon dotati di fine corsa in estrazione e self-closing in chiusura.
I cassetti in metallo sono dotati di serratura centralizzata e completi di guide scorrevoli
ad estrazione semplice o totale.
Le cassettiere laterali vanno completate con top di finitura per l’accostamento ai piani
di lavoro o utilizzate come sostegni sottopiano (cassettiera-base).
MANIGLIA:
Di disegno esclusivo, composta da due parti: quella posteriore realizzata in polimeri semitrasparente effetto satinato, quella anteriore in zama con marchio LAS verniciata colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO. L’accoppiamento avviene mediante spine di riscontro
presenti sulla parte posteriore.
MOBILE BASSO A GIORNO SU RUOTE:
Struttura costituita da: due fianchi attrezzabili con ruote, due ripiani fissi, una schiena
e un cappello.

Gambe coniche su ruote o con piedini:
Realizzate in tubo metallico conificato verniciate a polveri epossidiche disponibili nel
colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
GAMBA METALLICA PER SCRIVANIA:
Realizzata in lamiera stampata e verniciata a polveri epossidiche disponibile nel colore
ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
Dotata di piedini livellatori e di canalina passacavi in PVC coestruso di colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO alloggiata in apposita sede per la salita dei cablaggi. E’ possibile
agganciare alla stessa il supporto per pc tower.
Disponibile in due versioni da utilizzare per i piani di profondità cm 80 e cm 60.
Viene fornita imballata con cartone triplo e completa di viti per il fissaggio ai piani.
GAMBE CONICHE:
Realizzate in tubo metallico conificato decorato nella parte superiore tramite godronatura e verniciata a polveri epossidiche disponibili nel colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
Disponibili in due versioni : con piedino livellatore e con ruote piroettanti, dotate di
freno, per la realizzazione di tavoli nomadi.Viene fornita imballata con cartone triplo e
completa di viti per il fissaggio ai piani.
TRAVE DI SOSTEGNO ORIZZONTALE:
Realizzata in tubo rettangolare metallico telescopico. Tale caratteristica consente la
gestione di un solo elemento per il montaggio di qualsiasi piano compreso tra cm 120
e cm 180 di lunghezza. L’estensibilità della trave consente l’agevole l’utilizzo della trave
in posizione centrale tra due piani contigui.
Disponibile nel colore ANTRACITE.
CANALE PORTACAVI:
Optional in lamiera spess. mm 1 verniciata a polveri epossidiche, consente l’alloggiamento di kit di elettrificazione marchiati “GS” completi di prese SCHUCO e la raccolta
dei cavi in eccesso. Il montaggio avviene a sospensione sulla trave telescopica.
SCHIENE PER SCRIVANIE:
Realizzate con pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitati in melaminico finitura
cera, disponibili nei colori ARGENTO GOLF 01, NOCE 22, BIANCO BRIL 69, rifiniti

per aggancio ai piani e complete di viti per il fissaggio.
SCHIENE STRUTTURALI PER SCRIVANIE:
Realizzate con pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitato in melaminico finitura
cera, disponibili nel colore ARGENTO GOLF 01, rifinite perimetralmente con bordo melaminico mm 0,4. Consentono la realizzazione di scrivanie con gambe metalliche senza
l’usilio di travi telescopiche svolgendo contemporaneamente la funzione strutturale e la
funzione di modesty panel (Non utilizzabili su gambe con altezza regolabile).
SISTEMA PARETINE:
Il sistema comprende le seguenti tipologie:

* tappezzati con tessuto in microfibra nei colori: ROSSO 219 ,GRIGIO 221, BLU 223,
BEIGE 229;
-- Le paretine mono-pannello e gli schermi frontali sono dotati di montanti laterali in alluminio verniciato colore argento metallizzato dotati di cava attrezzabile per il supporto
piani di lavoro o accessori di complemento. Sulla parte superiore sono rifiniti con profilo
estruso in pvc e tappi di testa colore grigio. Nella parte a contatto con il pavimento sono
inseriti i piedini livellatori.
-- Le paretine attrezzabili con visive , sono dotate di montanti laterali in alluminio verniciato colore argento metallizzato con cava verticale attrezzabile per il supporto piani di
lavoro o accessori di complemento; le stesse sono rifinite sul lato orizzontale superiore
con profilo estruso di alluminio collegato ai laterali tramite giunti di connessione presso-fusi in zama con testate di finitura colore grigio.
Sui pannelli attrezzabili , in posizione trasversale parallela al livello di lavoro, e’ ricavata
una zona porta-accessori a cava singola. Le visive sono costituite da lastre di policarbonato alveolare spess. 5 mm incassato nella paretina. Le zone cieche sono in pannello melaminico. Nella parte a contatto con il pavimento sono inseriti i piedini livellatori.
La connessione lineare dei pannelli avviene tramite inserimento di profilo di collegamento in pvc rigido colore grigio. Le derivazioni a due, tre, quattro vie si realizzano con
profilo di raccordo in alluminio a sezione tonda dotato di cave verticali al quale vengono
ancorati i pannelli per mezzo del profilo di connessione lineare.
-- Gli schermi frontali, disponibili nelle stesse finiture dei pannelli paretina , sono utilizzabili frontalmente su tutte le tipologie di scrivanie ( sia con basamenti legno che in metallo) e sui lati lunghi dei piani Workstation; sono vincolati tramite staffe a “L” sottopiano ,
e sono integrabili con i pannelli tramite i profili di connessione lineare in dotazione.

FIANCO SOTTOPIANO DX o SX:
Realizzato con pannello di particelle di legno sp. mm 25 nobilitato in melaminico finitura
cera, rifinito sui lati verticali con profili in alluminio che consentono l’attrezzabilità dell’apposita cava mediante elementi di sostegno per angoli di raccordo, penisole e accessori.
Disponibile nel colore ARGENTO GOLF 01, é dotato di piedini livellatori inseriti sui profili
in alluminio. L’ancoraggio alla paretina avviene tramite staffa metallica pressopiegata
sp. mm 2,5 colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO inserita sulla cava interna del fianco.
GAMBA SAGOMATA:
Realizzata in tubo metallico conificato e sagomato, dotata di piedino livellatore snodato,
è verniciata a polveri epossidiche disponibile nel colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
L’ancoraggio alla struttura del modulo base avviene tramite inserimento nella fuga orizzontale dei pannelli inferiori, ed il fissaggio al piano di lavoro per mezzo della piastra
superiore sp. mm 3 tutti a passo metrico. E’ reversibile DX e SX.
BARRE PORTA OGGETTI:
In tubo metallico rettangolare sez. mm 25 x 10 verniciato a polveri epossidiche, colore
ARGENTO METALLIZZATO, agganciabili direttamente al profilo verticale dei pannelli
paretine.
PORTA DOX, PORTA-PENNE, PORTA TELEFONO, PORTACD, PORTA PC TOWER:
Accessori realizzati in lamiera da mm 1 verniciata polveri epossidiche , colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO , agganciabili alle barre portaoggetti, o direttamente alla cava
presente sulla parte superiore dei pannelli paretina o degli schermi frontali .
LAMPADA:
In alluminio verniciato a polveri epossidiche colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO, con
lampada Classe 1 IP20 ,1 x 100 watt-230 V. tipo R7S da mm 117, completa di interruttore a cordicella , cavo di alimentazione a spirale e spina montata. La lampada
è agganciabile alle barre portaoggetti o direttamente alla cava presente sulla parte
superiore dei pannelli paretina o degli schermi frontali .
SISTEMA DI CANALIZZAZIONE:
Possibilità di inserimento sottopiano di canale raccolta cavi realizzato in lamiera da mm
1 verniciata colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO fissato al piano ed alla paretina tramite
viti autofilettanti. Disponibilità di kit elettrificazione marchiato “GS” completo di prese
“SCHUCO”.
PIANI RECEPTION:
Piani realizzati con pannelli di particelle di legno nobilitati in melaminico sp. mm 25.
Sono bordati perimetralmente in ABS mm 2 in tinta con la superficie e disponibili nei
colori: NOCE 22, GRIGIO 42, WENGE’ 45, ACERO TAKI 58, BIANCO BRIL 69.
I piani sono sostenuti da una coppia di staffe in lamiera metallica pressopiegata sp. mm
2,5 colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO inserite e fissate dentro la cava dei profili verticali
dei pannelli paretina.
MENSOLE PER PARETINA:
Realizzate con pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitati in melaminico finitura
cera, rifiniti perimetralmente con bordo in ABS sp. mm 2 in tinta con la superficie. Sono
disponibili nei colori: ARGENTO GOLF 01 e BIANCO BRIL 69.
CONTENITORI PORTADOX A SERRANDINA:
Struttura realizzata con pannello di particelle di legno sp. 18 mm nobilitato in melaminico nei colori ARGENTO GOLF 01 e BIANCO BRIL 69. Chiusura tipo serrandina in PVC
colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO. Sono disponibili anche con serratura.
SOPRALZI IN VETRO:

SISTEMA DUPLEX
La paretina open-space sistema Duplex é costituita da:
Moduli base di H. cm 82 per alloggiamenti cablaggi, aggancio piani integrati e altre
funzioni strutturali;
Parte superiore modulare ,sostenuta da montanti, in due tipologie:
A)- Moduli ciechi o vetrati “DUPLEX”
B)- Moduli superiori trasparenti “DUPLEX LIGHT”.
MODULI BASE:
Sono disponibili in 3 versioni:
*con copertina ispezionabile per elettrificazione su 1 solo lato.
*con copertina ispezionabile per elettrificazione su 2 lati.
*cieco su entrambi i lati (con pannelli rimovibili).
Tutte le versioni sono costituite da una struttura metallica , con piedini regolabili in
altezza, e da elementi di tamponamento.
Gli elementi di tamponamento sono:
1) -pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitati in melaminico finitura cera disponibili nel colore ARGENTO GOLF 01 rifiniti perimetralmente con bordo melaminico mm
0,4 in tinta con la superficie.
2) -copertine per elettrificazione realizzate in PVC coestruso nel colore BIANCO TRASLUCIDO.
3) -pannello in lamiera piegata sp. mm 1 verniciata nel colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
I moduli base sono disponibili nelle larghezze da cm 60-70-80- 90-100-120 e con
altezza di cm 82.
MONTANTI DI SOSTEGNO:
Disponibili in 2 tipologie.
1) -Montante in tubo di lamiera sp. mm 1,5 di colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO idoneo
a sostenere elementi ciechi e vetrati.
Sono disponibili nelle altezze per moduli di cm 108-135-160-186.
2) -Montante in profilato di alluminio estruso a sezione circolare dotato di cave verticali
idonee a sostenere elementi “leggeri” (policarbonato “Ice sceen”). Sono disponibili nelle
altezze per moduli di cm 135-160-186.
ELEMENTI CIECHI (DUPLEX):
Realizzati con pannelli di particelle di legno sp. mm 18, accoppiati fra loro da 2 profili
verticali in plastica stampata colore GRIGIO CHIARO 42. Sono disponibili in 2 versioni:
*nobilitati in melaminico finitura cera disponibili nei colori: ARGENTO GOLF 01 e BIANCO BRIL 69 rifiniti perimetralmente con bordo in ABS sp. mm 0,6 in tinta con la superficie.
*rivestiti in tessuto microfibra nei colori: ROSSO 219 ,GRIGIO 221, BLU 223, BEIGE
229;
Gli elementi ciechi sono disponibili nelle larghezze da cm 60-70-80- 90-100-120 con
altezza di cm 26.
Nelle due lunghezze inferiori sono situate guarnizioni in PVC morbido di colore grigio.
L’assemblaggio dei moduli avviene per sovrapposizione di questi elementi su montanti
di sostegno verticali.
Tutti gli elementi ciechi sono integrabili con quelli vetrati.
ELEMENTI VETRATI (DUPLEX):
Telaio realizzato in profilato di alluminio estruso di colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
Nelle due lunghezze inferiori sono situate guarnizioni in gomma para-polvere di colore
grigio.
Il vetro é trasparente e temperato di sp. mm 4.
Gli elementi vetrati sono disponibili nelle larghezze da cm 60-70-80- 90-100-120 e in
2 altezze: H. cm 50 e cm 76.
Tutti gli elementi vetrati sono integrabili con quelli ciechi per sovrapposizione.
ANGOLI DI RACCORDO, MONTANTE TERMINALE E PROFILO DI COPERTURA SUPERIORE:
Realizzati in profilati di alluminio estrusi di colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
Gli angoli di raccordo si utilizzano per connessioni a 2-3-4 vie, il montante terminale per
concludere una serie di moduli, il profilo di copertura superiore per rifinire una sovrapposizione di moduli ciechi e vetrati.
Gli angoli di raccordo e il montante terminale sono disponibili nelle seguenti altezze: cm
82-108-135-160-186.
Il profilo di copertura superiore é disponibile nelle larghezze da cm 60-70-80- 90-100
e 120.
MENSOLE PER MODULI CIECHI (DUPLEX):
Costituite da un piano, 3 staffette posteriori e da 2 tralicci metallici.
Il piano é realizzato con pannello di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitato in melaminico finitura cera disponibile nei colori: ARGENTO 01 e BIANCO BRIL 69. I bordi
perimetrali sono in ABS mm 2 in tinta con la superficie.
Le staffette posteriori ancorate al piano, sono in lamiera metallica pressopiegata sp.
mm 2 colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
I tralicci metallici sono realizzati con tubolari in alluminio a sezione quadrata mm10x10
con staffe avvitate nella parte superiore che consentono l’aggancio della mensola su
elementi ciechi.
Le mensole sono disponibili nelle seguenti larghezze: cm 60-70-80-90-100.
Struttura a giorno costituita da base, fianchi e cappello realizzati con pannello di particelle di legno sp. mm 18 nobilitato in melaminico finitura cera disponibile nei colori:
ARGENTO GOLF 01 e BIANCO BRIL 69. I bordi perimetrali sono in melaminico mm
0,4 in tinta con la superficie. Sono dotati di fori di riscontro per spine faggio e bussole
filettate premontate in zama mm. 8x13 6MA per il montaggio.
Si utilizzano solo con montanti di sostegno in alluminio estruso a sezione circolare.
Sono dotati di una barra di rinforzo orizzontale in tubolare con sezione rettangolare
20x15 sp. 1,5 ,verniciate colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO fissata sotto la base tra i
due montanti di alluminio.
I pensili sono disponibili per moduli con larghezze da cm 60-70-80-90-100.
MONTANTE DI INTEGRAZIONE PER CONNESSIONI LINEARI:
Realizzato in profilato di alluminio estruso di colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO.
Presenta due cave per l’inserimento di profili di collegamento in PVC coestruso di colore grigio per la connessione di pannelli paretina tradizionali. E’ disponibile nelle seguenti
altezze: cm 82-108-135-160-186.
STAFFE DI SOSTEGNO PER PIANI DI LAVORO:
Realizzate in lamiera pressopiegata sp. mm 2,5 finitura zincata, si fissano internamente
ai moduli base mediante viti e fuoriescono attraverso la fuga della copertina di elettrificazione per il fissaggio sotto i piani di lavoro. Vengono fornite in confezioni da 2, da 4
e da 12 pezzi.
FIANCO SOTTOPIANO DX o SX:
Realizzato con pannello di particelle di legno sp. mm 25 nobilitato in melaminico finitura
cera, rifinito sui lati verticali con profili in alluminio che consentono l’attrezzabilità dell’apposita cava mediante elementi di sostegno per angoli di raccordo, penisole e accessori.
Disponibile nel colore ARGENTO GOLF 01 é dotato di piedini livellatori inseriti sui profili
in alluminio. L’ancoraggio alla paretina avviene tramite staffa metallica pressopiegata
sp. mm 2,5 colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO inserita sulla cava interna del fianco e
fissata al modulo base.
La sua forma consente l’apertura della copertina di elettrificazione.
LAMPADA PER DUPLEX E DUPLEX LIGHT:
In alluminio verniciato a polveri epossidiche colore ARGENTO METALLIZZATO, con
lampada neon Classe 1 IP20 ,1 x 18 watt-220 V Ømm26, completa di interruttore,
cavo di alimentazione lungo mt 4 e spina smontata. La lampada è agganciabile alle
barre portaoggetti o direttamente alla cava presente sulla parte superiore dei pannelli
o con fissaggio a bandiera.
ELEMENTI “LEGGERI” (DUPLEX LIGHT):
Policarbonato trasparente sp. mm 6 (ICE SCREEN);
La parte superiore é sostenuta da una traversa realizzata in profilato di alluminio colore
ARGENTO METALLIZZATO che consente l’ancoraggio ai montanti di sostegno laterali, i
quali devono essere necessariamente del tipo in alluminio estruso a sezione circolare.
Gli elementi “leggeri” sono disponibili nelle larghezze da cm 60-70-80- 90-100-120 e
in altezza per moduli H.135-160-186.
IMBALLO
Tutti i componenti sono forniti smontati ed imballati con involucro pieghevole in cartone
triplo, listelli di protezione perimetrale e per i riempimenti ove occorre. Gli angoli sono
protetti , ove occorre, con paraspigoli anti-urto. La chiusura dell’imballo avviene mediante nastro adesivo e reggetta in nylon termosaldato.
Le cassettiere sono fornite montate, protette sui lati con angolari in polistirolo ed imballate con foglia di polietilene termoretraibile.

corners, coated with black Toupan paper on the lower part and with 400 my thick single-layer pressed thermoformed PVC sheet on the visible part. Available in the colours
WALNUT 22, WENGE’ 45, TAKI MAPLE 58, BRIL WHITE 69.
- Support sides
Made of 25 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in the colours
GOLF SILVER 01, WALNUT 22, BRIL WHITE 69, vertically finished with aluminium profiles. The sides are fitted with levelling feet.
- Modesty panel
Made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in the colours GOLF SILVER 01, WALNUT 22, BRIL WHITE 69, finished with 0,4 mm melamine

DIRECTIONAL DESKS WITH METAL BASE WITH OR WITHOUT EXTENSION
Composed of a desktop and extension, metal legs and modesty panel;
The desktop, extension top and the modesty panel have the same characteristics as
the version with wooden base.
If differs from the latter in the metal support legs fitted with reinforcement ferrules mounted by lock-joint. The metal structure is in METALLIC SILVER. The modesty panel is
made of 18 mm thick chipboard and is anchored to the metal structure by means of
metal joints.
DESKS AND WORKSTATIONS WITH EDGED SIDES:
Composed of top, side panels and modesty panel.
SHAPED TOPS:
- Linear shaped worktops
Made of 28 mm thick chipboard coated on the outside with laminate of 0,7 mm nominal
thickness, the lower side coated with 0,7 mm thick phenolic resin. The long sides are
shaped by post-forming, the short sides finished with 2 mm thick ABS edging strip with
rounded corners matching the surface. Available in the depths 60 and 80 cm and in the
colours: WALNUT 22, GREY 42, WENGE’ 45, TAKI MAPLE 58, BRIL WHITE 69.
- Shaped workstation tops
Made of 29 mm thick fibreboard type MDF with shaped edging strip coated with black

EXTENSIONS, TERMINALS AND JOINING SEGMENTS:

DRAWER UNITS:
Structure made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in
the colours : GOLF SILVER 01, WALNUT 22, BRIL WHITE 69, finished with 0,4 mm
melamine edging strip. The fronts are made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard
with wax finish available in the colours: GOLF SILVER 01, WALNUT 22, GREY 42,
WENGE’ 45, TAKI MAPLE 58, BRIL WHITE 69 . Edge-finishing in 2 mm ABS of the
same shade as the surface. The wooden drawers are fitted with central locking, the
side pieces are made of 12 mm thick fibreboard coated with black PVC, the bottom is
in 3 mm thick fibreboard. The runner tracks are metal with nylon bearings with a pull-out
end-stop and self-closing mechanism.
The metal drawers are fitted with central locking and come complete with runner tracks
with simple or total pull-out.
The lateral pedestal must be completed with finishing tops for joining to the worktops
or like undertop support (base-pedestal).
HANDLE:
With an exclusive design it is made up of two parts: The rear part is made of semi-transparent polymers with satin effect, the front in LAS-brand zamak painted METALLIC
SILVER. They are attached by means of surface pins on the front part.
LOW OPEN CABINET ON WHEELS:
Structure composed of: Two outfittable sides with wheels, two fixed shelves, one modesty panel and a top.
Side panels:
Made of 25 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish, finished on the vertical
sides with aluminium profiles under which the wheels with brake are fitted. Available in

Fitted with levelling feet and coextruded PVC cable duct in METALLIC SILVER housed
in a special housing for the cable rise. The PC-tower support can be fitted to the leg.
Available in two versions to be used for tops of 80 and 60 cm in depth.
Supplied packed in triple-layer cardboard and complete with screws for fixing to the
tops.
TAPERED LEGS:
Made of tapered metal tubing decorated at the top with knurls and epoxy powder
coated in METALLIC SILVER.
Available in two versions: with levelling feet and with wheels with brake for mobile
tables.
Supplied packaged with triple-layer cardboard and complete with securing screws for
the tops.
HORIZONTAL SUPPORT BEAM:
Made of telescopic, rectangular metal tubing. This feature allows using only one element to mount any top between 120 and 180 cm in length. Because the beam can
be extended it can easily be used in a central position between two adjacent tops.
Available in ANTHRACITE colour.
CABLEWAY CANAL:
Optional in 1 mm thick sheet metal, epoxy powder coated, for housing wiring kits
marked “GS” complete with SCHUCO sockets and for gathering excess cables. Assembly is by suspension on the telescopic beam.
MODESTY PANELS FOR DESKS:
Made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in the colours
GOLF SILVER 01, WALNUT 22, BRIL WHITE 69, finished with 2 mm ABS edging strip
matching the surface. They are fitted with brackets for fixing to the tops and complete
with fixing screws.
STRUCTURAL BACKS FOR DESKS:
Made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in the colour
GOLF SILVER 01, finished with 0,4 mm melamine edging strip.
These allow building desks with metal legs without the aid of telescopic beams, at the
same time having a structural and modesty panel function (Not usable structural backs
on legs with adjustable height).

Construction
25mm particle board, available in two versions:
* Melamine faced panels in GOLF SILVER 01 and BRIL WHITE 69
* Upholstered panels with microfibre fabric in RED 219 , GREY 221 , BLUE 223 and
BEIGE 229;
-- Blind, glazed or half glazed panels have vertical frames finished in silver painted aluminium, with a slotted channel for connection to worktops or panel hung accessories.
Horizontal top frame is an extruded aluminium profile, linked to the vertical frame by a
die-cast “zamak” alloy connector with a grey finishing cap.
An optional toolbar at worktop height is available for fitting to the split panels in two
versions, single or multi channel .
-- Glazed elements are constructed from 5mm honeycomb polycarbonate.
-- Blind elements are constructed from melamine faced panels.
All screens have base mounted adjustable levellers.
The 2-3-4-way connections are made with a round aluminium connection profile fitted
with vertical slots to which the panels are anchored by means of the linear connection
profile.
The front panels, available in the same finish as the partition panels, can be used on
the front of all types of desks (both wood and metal base) and on the long sides of the
workstation tops; They are tied with L-brackets under the top and can be integrated
with the panels by means of the linear connection profiles provided.
RIGHT or LEFT UNDERTOP SIDE PANEL:
Made of 25 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish, finished on the vertical
sides with aluminium profiles which allow fitting support elements to the slot for connection corners, peninsulas and accessories. Available in the colour GOLF SILVER 01.
It is fitted with levelling feet inserted in the aluminium profiles. The partition is anchored
with a 2.5 mm thick die-cast metal bracket in METALLIC SILVER fitted to the internal
slot of the side panel.
and can be attached directly to the vertical profile of the partition panels.
FILE HOLDER, PEN HOLDER, PHONE STAND, CD RACK, PC TOWER SUPPORT:
Accessories made of 1 mm thick sheet metal, epoxy powder coated in METALLIC
SILVER, attachable to the multipurpose bars or directly to the slot on the top part of the
partition panels or the front panels.
LAMP:
In epoxy powder coated aluminium in METALLIC SILVER with lamp Class 1 IP20, 1 x
100 watt-230 V, type R7S, 117 mm, complete with cord switch and spiral power cable
with fitted plug. The lamp can be attached to the multipurpose bars or directly to the
slot on the top part of the partition panels or the front screens.
DUCTING SYSTEM:
Possibility to insert a cable gathering duct under the top made of 1 mm thick sheet
metal painted METALLIC SILVER fixed to the top and to the partition by means of
self-threading screws. Wiring kits marked “GS” are available complete with “SCHUCO”
sockets.
RECEPTION TOPS:
Are in particleboards, thickness 25 mm.
Are edge-finishing in 2 mm ABS matching the main shade, available in the following
colours: WALNUT 22, GREY 42, WENGE’ 45, TAKI MAPLE 58, BRIL WHITE 69.
Are equipped of set stirrup in metal sheet thickness 2,5 mm , available in colour METALLIC SILVER insert and fix in the vertical slot of the partition panels.
SHELVES FOR PARTITIONS:
Made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish with 2 mm thick ABS
edging strip matching the surface. Available in the colour GOLF SILVER 01 and BRIL
WHITE 69 .
SUSPENDED WALL UNITS WITH ROLLING SHUTTER:
Structure made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard in the colours GOLF SILVER
01 and BRIL WHITE 69. Sliding shutter in METALLIC SILVER PVC. Also available with
lock.
GLASS RAISED SECTION:
5 mm thick white toughened glass, acid-treated for satin effect, attachable to the top
slot of the partition panels or the front screens.
SHAPED LEG:
Made of tapered shaped metal tubing fitted with an articulated levelling foot, epoxy
powder coated in METALLIC SILVER. It is anchored to the structure of the base module
by inserting it in the horizontal joint of the bottom panels and fixed to the worktop by
means of the 3 mm thick top plate, all with metric pitch. RH and LH are reversible.
DUPLEX SYSTEM
The Duplex open-space partition is composed of:
82 cm high base modules for housing cables, fitting integrated tops and other structural
functions;
Modular top part supported by uprights in two types:
A) - “DUPLEX” blind or glazed modules
B) - “DUPLEX LIGHT” transparent top modules.

In 25 x 10 mm rectangular metal tubing, epoxy power coated in METALLIC SILVER,

All versions are made up of a metal structure with height-adjustable feet and filler panels.
The filler panels are made of:
1) - 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in GOLF SILVER
01 colour finished with 0,4 mm melamine edging strip matching the
surface.
2) - covers for electrical cables made of coextruded PVC in TRANSLUCENT WHITE.
3) - 1 mm thick bent sheet metal panel painted in METALLIC SILVER.
The base modules are available in the widths 60-70-80-90-100-120 cm and a height
of 82 cm.
SUPPORT UPRIGHTS:
Available in 2 types:
1) - 1.5 mm thick sheet metal tube in METALLIC SILVER suitable to support blind and
glazed elements.
Available in the heights for 108-135-160-186 cm modules.
2) - Upright in circular extruded aluminium section bar with vertical slots suitable to
support “light” elements (polycarbonate “Ice screen” ). Available in the heights for 135160-186 cm modules.
BLIND ELEMENTS (DUPLEX):
Made of 18 mm thick chipboard panels joined to each other by 2 moulded plastic
vertical profiles in grey
. Available in 2 versions:
*melamine-faced with wax finish available in the colours: GOLF SILVER 01 and BRIL
WHITE 69 finished with 0.6 mm thick ABS edging strip matching the surface.
* covered with microfibre fabric : RED 219 , GREY 221 , BLUE 223 and BEIGE 229;
The blind elements are available in the widths 60-70-80- 90-100-120 cm with a height
of 26 cm. Soft grey PVC strips are fitted in the two shorter lengths.
The modules are assembled by overlapping these elements on vertical support uprights.
All the blind elements can be integrated with the glazed elements.
GLAZED ELEMENTS (DUPLEX):
Frame made of extruded aluminium section bar in METALLIC SILVER. Grey antidust
rubber strips are fitted in the two shorter lengths.
The glass is transparent and toughened and 4 mm thick.
The glazed elements are available in the widths 60-70-80- 90-100-120 cm and in 2
heights: 50 cm and 76 cm.

CONNECTION CORNERS, TERMINAL UPRIGHT AND TOP COVERING PROFILE:
Made of extruded aluminium section bars in METALLIC SILVER.
The connection corners are used for 2-3-4-way connections, the terminal upright to
terminate a set of modules, the top covering profile to finish an overlap of blind and
glazed modules.
The connection corners and the terminal upright are available in the following heights:
82-108-135-160-186 cm.
The top covering profile is available in the widths 60-70-80- 90-100 and 120 cm.
SHELVES FOR BLIND MODULES (DUPLEX):
Composed of one shelf, 3 rear brackets and 2 metal lattices.
The shelf is made of 18 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish available in
the colours: GOLF SILVER 01 and BRIL WHITE 69. The edges are finished with 2 mm
ABS edging strip matching the surface.
The rear brackets anchored to the top are made of 2 mm thick die-cast sheet metal in
METALLIC SILVER.
The metal lattices are made of 10x10 mm square aluminium tubes with brackets
screwed into the top part to allow fitting the shelf on blind elements. The shelves are
available in the following widths: 60-70-80-90-100 cm.
“LIGHT” ELEMENTS” (DUPLEX LIGHT):
6 mm thick transparent polycarbonate (ICE SCREEN)
The top part is supported by a crosspiece made of aluminium section bar in METALLIC
SILVER which allows anchoring it to the side support uprights, which must necessarily
be the circular extruded aluminium type.
The “light” elements are available in the widths 60-70-80- 90-100-120 cm and in height
for 135-160-186 modules.
OPEN DOX- HOLDER WALL UNITS (DUPLEX LIGHT):
Open structure composed of a base, sides and top made of 18 mm thick melaminefaced chipboard with wax finish available in the colours: GOLF SILVER 01 and BRIL
WHITE 69. 0,4 mm melamine edging strip matching the surface. They have surface
holes for beech dowels and premounted threaded zamak bushings (8x13 mm 6MA)
for assembly.
They are used only with circular extruded aluminium support uprights.
They are fitted with a horizontal reinforcement bar in rectangular tubing, 20x15 mm 1.5
thick, painted METALLIC SILVER and fixed under the base between the two aluminium
uprights.
The wall units are available for modules with widths of 60-70-80-90-100 cm.
INTEGRATION UPRIGHT FOR LINEAR CONNECTIONS:
Made of extruded aluminium section bar in METALLIC SILVER.
It has two slots for fitting grey coextruded PVC connection profiles for connection of
traditional partition panels.
Available in the following heights: 82-108-135-160-186 cm.
SUPPORT BRACKETS FOR WORKTOPS:
Made of 2.5 mm thick galvanised die-cast sheet metal; they are fixed internally to the
base modules by means of screws and come out through the joint of the electrical cable
cover for fixing underneath the worktop. Supplied in packets of 2, 4 and 12 pieces.
RIGHT or LEFT UNDERTOP SIDE PANEL:
Made of 25 mm thick melamine-faced chipboard with wax finish, finished on the vertical
sides with aluminium profiles which allow fitting support elements to the slot for connection corners, peninsulas and accessories. Available in the colour GOLF SILVER 01. It is
fitted with levelling feet inserted in the aluminium profiles. The partition is anchored with
a 2.5 mm thick die-cast metal bracket in METALLIC SILVER fitted to the internal slot

of the side panel and fixed to the base module. Its shape allows opening the electrical
cable cover.
LAMP FOR DUPLEX AND DUPLEX LIGHT:
In epoxy powder coated aluminium in METALLIC SILVER with neon lamp Class 1 IP20,
1 x 18 watt-220 V, 26 Ø mm, complete with switch and 4 m long power cable with
disassembled plug. The lamp can be fitted to the multipurpose bars or directly to the
slot on the top part of the panels or with swing-type fixing.
PACKAGING
All the components are disassembled and packed when supplied, and have paper triple
type folding packaging, fillets for the perimetrical protection and for the fillings up, where
needed . The corners are protected, where needed, through shock resistant edges
protector. The packing closure occurs through sticky tape and welded nylon strap.
Pedestals are assembled, when supplied, protected through polystyrene angle bars on
the sides and packed using thermo-retractable polyethylene leave when provided.
