HOW TO REACH US
By airplane
Milano Malpensa (MXP) airport is quite near (about 20 minutes by car) to
Ispra.
By train
FS railways: get off at Ispra or Sesto Calende station (quite near)
By car
From Milan
A8 “Milano-Varese-Laghi” motorway direction A26 “Gravellona Toce”: get
off at “Sesto Calende- Vergiate” exit.
From Genoa
A26 “Genova-Gravellona Toce” motorway: get off at “Sesto CalendeVergiate” exit.
From North Europe – Germany
Pass thought Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland direction Varese-Stabio.
Follow signs for A8 motorway direction “Milano” and then follow signs for
A26 motorway direction “Gravellona Toce”: get off at “Sesto CalendeVergiate” exit.
From “Sesto Calende- Vergiate” exit
Go straight on SS33 for 700m, then turn right in SS629-via Milano and go
straight on about for 10Km till “Travedona Monate”. Then turn left in SP36
direction “Cadrezzate-Ispra”. After about 4Km, and after having gone
around the JRC roundabout, turn left in “via Esperia” and follow signs for
“Budokai”.
The place is close to “C.C.R. Ispra” also know as “JRC Ispra”. If you get lost,
ask for it or follow signs to it.
TOURIST INFO
Ispra stands on the shore of lake Maggiore, into a region knowns as “seven
lakes region”. The panorama includes lakes and mountains. Near Ispra there
are several other tourist pearls like Verbania, Borromee Islands, Laveno,
Gavirate, Varese, Campo dei fiori park, etc.

SLEEPING
We have selected a camping, a Bed & Breakfast and some hotels in order to
guarantee you a comfortable and relatively cheap stay. Hotels fees varying
from 20 euro to 80 euro per night per person. For info about the camping

people come so that we can send you the right amount to pay.
