La lucentezza del vetro, il suo colore, le sfumature che esso può assumere, sono senz’altro alcune delle caratteristiche fondamentali della vetrofusione artistica.
Tuttavia, l’elemento che forse più contraddistingue questa lavorazione artistica, ed in molti casi la differenzia da tutte le altre creazioni d’arte, è la
molteplice varietà di forme e dimensioni in cui l’artista può trasformare il vetro.
Questa trasformazione del vetro avviene tramite appositi stampi in materiale refrattario, che vengono progettati e realizzati in modo da sopportare
le elevate temperature necessarie per la vetrofusione.
La speciale composizione dell’impasto refrattario, combinata alla particolarità del processo produttivo, fanno degli stampi Sebino Arte® dei prodotti
unici, durevoli, ed in grado di sopportare facilmente rapide variazioni di temperatura senza per questo essere soggetti a rottura.
Forme quadre e rettangolari, ovali e concave, per realizzare vassoi o lavabi, portacandele o portacenere; non c’è davvero limite alla fantasia del
reparto artistico Sebino, che può così offrire una gamma talmente vasta e completa di stampi, in grado di soddisfare anche l’artista più esigente.
The brightness of glass, its colour, the shades it can take, doubtless are some of the most peculiar features of glass fusing artistic work. However, the
characteristic that probably better identifies this form of art, and in most cases, makes it different from the other artistic creations, is often due to the
wide variety of shapes and dimensions in which the artist can turn the glass to.
This transformation of glass is possible through specific slumping moulds in refractory material, which are designed and manufactured to withstand high
temperatures needed for glass fusing.
Special composition of the refractory mixture combined to uniqueness of the manufacturing process, make the slumping moulds of Sebino Arte® , unique
and long-lasting products, suitable to withstand rapid changing of temperature without cracking.
Square and rectangular shapes, ovals and concave, for trays or wash-basins, as candle holders or ash trays, there is really no limit to the fantasy of
Sebino’s artistic department, which is so able to offer a huge and complete range of slumping moulds, needed to satisfy even the most demanding artist.

Una volta applicata la quantità necessaria sulla superficie del forno si può usare per un minimo di 15/20 infornate senza bisogno di vuotare e
pulire il forno dopo ogni utilizzo.
La quantità necessaria è di circa 2 kg al m2
The Flosing Plus is a new formulation for a dry shelf primer to obtain maximum transparency in fusing.
The utilization is guaranteed for a minimum of 15 to 20 kiln sessions. Once you applied the necessary amount on the surface of the kiln, you don’t
need to empty and clean after each session. You need about 2 kg/m2
