Vineyards altitude: 200 m above sea level
Grapes: Corvina - Corvinone - Rondinella - Molinara
Age of vines: 35 – 40 anni
Training: Pergola veronese
Yield: 100 q.li ha
Vintage: Middle of september,grapes harvest and sort by hands, place in 20 kg crates
Vinification: After making Amarone, the marcs are separated, placed in closed containers and
immediately distilled
Distillation: In small, copper, alembic stills as tradition dictates and strictly using the intermittent
bain-marie system
Production: 1200 bottles
Tasting notes: Color: transparent
Aroma and Taste: cherries dried plums spices and tobacco tipicals of Amarone
Serving suggestion: Deal as an aperitif,pasta, rice, grilled white meat, fresh cheese and seefood
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C
Lay down time: 15 - 20 years
