Prodotto stagionato tipico, ottenuto dalla fesa equina.
La salagione viene effettuata manualmente utilizzando una preziosa miscela di spezie ed erbe aromatiche
per un periodo di circa 15 giorni, quindi ogni singolo
pezzo viene insaccato in budello e fatto asciugare e
stagionare in condizioni di temperatura e umidità ottimali, tali da favorire le caratteristiche organolettiche
tipiche del prodotto. La bresaola equina è un salume
molto ricco di proteine, ferro e sali minerali. Data la facile digeribilità è consigliata per chi necessita una dieta ricca di tali nutrienti.

and aromatic herbs for 15 days, every single piece is stuffed in gut and is put in ripening rooms with the best conditions of temperature and humidity for the organoleptic
characteristics typical of this product. The Horse Bresaola
