HE IS RISEN!
ALLELUIA!
Today is the most important feast, the day of
Christ, the Lord, par excellence; for in no one
else is there true joy, peace and salvation.
The Risen Christ is the main event of our faith.
Though the whole Christian message brings life
and joy, with the Easter Celebration this
message reaches especially its fullness.
To celebrate Easter, for the Christians, means
to truly commit ourselves to life, where any kind
of violence and hatred is conquered, and
instead, love, justice and harmony will triumph
in everyone.

FACCIAMO FESTA NEL SIGNORE!
Oggi e’ la festa delle feste, il giorno per eccellenza di Cristo Signore; in nessun altro c’e` gioia, pace e
salvezza. Cristo risorto e` l’evento centrale della nostra fede. Tutto il messaggio cristiano e` un annuncio di
vita e di gioia, ma e` sopratutto nella Pasqua che questo annuncio raggiunge la sua pienezza. Fare la Pasqua,
deve significare per i cristiani, un impegno maggiore perche` nella vita di ogni giorno sia vinta ogni forma di
violenza e di odio e trionfi l’amore, la giustizia e la concordia con tutti.

and talents during Easter week, and also to all the volunteers who helped make it happen.

Vi invitiamo a celebrare con solennita’ la festa della Divina
Misericordia. Venite con fiducia per ricevere da Gesu’ il
dono straordinario della Sua Misericordia. Per ottenere
questo grande perdono, (la remissione totale dei nostri debiti), occorre prepararsi con una novena di preparazione che
inizia Venerdi’ Santo, recitare la coroncina alla Divina
Misericordia, confessarsi durante la settimana e comunicarsi durante la festa.

Our Parish goal this year is $26,474.07
We have collected to date $ 5,866.00
188 parishioners have responded to this appeal for the
poor. We still have quite a way to go!!!
We encourage everyone to respond with generosity
to this important fund raising .
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS LUNCHEON
SUN. APRIL 21st Instead of a pancake
breakfast we will be holding a Luncheon
from 11:00 to 2:00. Tickets are $10 for 14 and older,
$5 for 5 to 13, and free for 4 and under. Tickets will
be on sale at the Saturday and Sunday masses.
WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES Saturday April 20
This occasion is meant to recognize, honour and
celebrate the vocation of Christian marriages.
At the 4:30 mass on April 20th we will bless the
married couples who are celebrating milestone
wedding anniversaries of 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45
50 and any other year after the 50th. If you
