MODULA SHP-2 rappresenta le moderne ed
innnovative termosaldatrici per lavorare su doppia
pista sacchetti con maniglia soffice frontale in MaterBi o altri materiali biodegradabili in sostituzione dei
normali shopper in PE che secondo le normative
attualmente in vigore i Francia e in Italia saranno messi
al bando a partire dal 2010.
Le caratteristiche fondamentali sono date dalla
combinazione di due manigliatori per SOFT HANDLE
FRONTALI con macchina saldatrice con saldante a
piattina semplice con taglio a lametta circolare e due
manipolatori (destro e sinistro) che portano nelle zone
di applicazione delle maniglie contemporaneamente
ciascuna delle due piste di sacchetti. Caratteristica
principale è rappresentata dal raddoppio della
produzione in quanto viene eseguita effettivamente la
lavorazione di una pista contemporaneamente all’altra
senza sovrapposizione quindi di fasi e tempi di
lavorazione che costringono a ridurre sensibilmente la
produttività delle macchine simili oggi presenti sul
mercato.
La termosaldatrice è in grado di processare, grazie alla
ns. tecnologia innovativa materiali biodegradabili cioè
sono sostanzialmente impianti BIO READY.
MODULA SHP-2 represents the modern and
innovative Thermowelding machines to work on
double-lane bags with soft front handle in Mater-Bi
or other biodegradable materials as a substitute for
normal PE shoppers that, according to the Laws in
force in France and Italy, will be banished in the year
2010.
The basic feature is the combination of two handlemaking devices for FRONT SOFT HANDLE with simple
sealing wire welding machine, circular blade cut and
two handling systems (right and left) that bring
simultaneously in the area of handle application both
lanes of bags. The main feature is the doubling of the
production because the two lanes are processed
simultaneously without overlapping and consequently
without production phases and time that force to a
considerable reduction of the production capacity of
similar machines today available on the market.
This thermowelding machine are suitable for process,
thanks to our state-of-the-art technology, biodegradable
materials; this means that our plants are substantially
BIO READY.
