auf Fußbodenheizungen unter Einhaltung der
entsprechenden Normen (ÖNORM B 2218, DIN
18356, DIN 18560) bis zu einer Breite von 169mm
unter Einhaltung folgender Parameter geeignet:
- Max zulässige Estrichfeuchte:
Zementestrich 1,5% CM
Anhydrit- / Calciumsulfatestrich 0,3% CM
- Ein Aufheizprotokoll ist vorzuweisen
- Die Oberflächentemperatur des Holzfußbodens
darf max. 26°C betragen
- Luftfeuchte während der Heizperiode min. 50%
Bei der Verlegung von Holzfußböden auf Fußbodenheizung ist mit einem erhöhten Fugenbild
zu rechnen.
We hereby comfirm, that WEISS Natural Wood Flooring Boards (up to a board width of 169mm), in
compliance with the respective standards (ÖNORM
B 2218, DIN 18356, DIN 18560), are suited for installation over low-temperature radiant heated subfloor
screeds, under the following specific conditions:
- Maximum allowable moisture content of the
screed (Carbide-Moisture-Meter-Measurement):
· Cementitious (concrete) screed 1,5% CM
· Anhydrite (Calciumsulphate) screed 0,3% CM
- A heating-up protocol must be presented
- The temperature of the installed wooden
flooring must not exceed a maximum of 26°C.
- The relative humidity of the air (R.H.) must be of
minimum 50% during the heating season.
Note: When installing solid wood floorings over
radiant heated subfloors, an increasing occurrence
of gaps must be expected.
In conformità alle normative vigenti (ÖNORM
B 2218, DIN 18356, DIN 18560) si dichiara che i
pavimenti WEISS in legno massello (fino ad una
larghezza di 169 mm) sono adatti al montaggio
su sistemi di riscaldamento radiante a pavimento.
- Max. umidità consentita per pavimenti in cemento:
Massetto in cemento 1,5% CM
Massetto in anidrite/solfato di calcio 0,3% CM
- Deve essere redatto un Protocollo di riscaldamento
- La temperatura superficiale del pavimento
in legno non deve essere superiore a 26°C
- L´umidità atmosferica relativa durante il periodo

Per pavimenti in legno posati su riscaldamento a
pavimento si deve considerare la possibilità di un

ditta Weiss Naturholzboden è dunque in grado di
assicurare al momento della consegna del legno di
conifera, un’umidità del legno del 9% (+/-2%) e con

werden. Nach erfolgter Reinigung sollte der Boden trocken nachgewischt werden. Bei stärkerer Verschmutzung
kontaktieren Sie Ihren Fachberater.

liters of warm water. When cleaning is completed wipe the floor dry. In case of strong soiling please contact your

Drücken sie die Klammern ineinander und bilden sie Ketten im Abstand von 70 cm. Die Einspannstelle der Klammer
muss in Verlegerichtung zeigen, die nächstfolgende Klammer muss von unten in den gebogenen Teil gedrückt werden.
Die jeweils erste Klammer muss wandseitig abgeschnitten werden. Die Verlegung muss mit der Feder in Verlegerichtung
erfolgen. Drücken sie die ersten Klammern in die vorgesehene Ausfräsung auf der Unterseite der Dielen (ca. 25 mm hinter
der Feder). Halten sie dabei die notwendige Bewegungsfuge (min. 15 mm) zu allen aufsteigenden festen Bauteilen ein.
Die nachfolgenden Dielen werden mit der Nut in die Feder geschoben und anschließend mit einem kräftigen Schlag niedergedrückt (die Klammer rastet in die Ausfräsung auf der Dielenunterseite ein). Dabei werden Hammer und Schlagklotz
behutsam eingesetzt. Geben sie auf die miteinander zu verbindenden Stirnseiten der Dielen etwas Leim, damit sich die
Dielen nach der Verlegung nicht verschieben können. Keinesfalls Leim auf die Längsseite der Dielen geben. Die Stöße der
Dielen sollten einen Verssatz von min. 20 cm aufweisen (wilder Verbund). Verwenden sie das gekappte Stück von der letzten verlegten Reihe als Anfangsstück. Abschluss: Die letzte Diele wird passgenau eingesetzt und in voller Länge verleimt.
Nur bei dieser Reihe soll Nut und Feder längsseitig zusätzlich verleimt werden. Wandabstand von min. 15 mm einhalten.
Press the staples into each other to form rows with a separation of 70 cm. The contact points of the staples must point
in the installation direction, the next sequential staples must be pressed from below into the curved portion. Cut off the
first staple against the wall. The installation must proceed with the tongue in the installation direction. Press the first
staples into the provided recess (25 mm behind the tongue) on the underside of the floorboards while maintaining the
necessary play (min. 15 mm in the joint) from all higher-up, fixed components. Then push the next floorboard by the
groove into the tongue and press it down using a vigourous impact (the staple will snap into the recess on the underside
of the floorboard). Use the hammer and hammer block carefully. Apply a little glue onto the front faces of the floorboards
being joined, so that the floorboards cannot slip after laying. Do not ever apply glue onto the longitudinal side of the
floorboards. The joints of the floorboards should have an offset of min. 20 cm to each other (non-symmetrical joint). Use
the capped piece of the last laid row as starting piece. Completion: Cut the last floorboard to fit and glue it along its entire
length. For this row only the groove and tongueshould be additionally glued on the longitudinal side. Maintain a min.
spacing of 15 mm from the wall.

Mantenere la fuga necessaria (min. 15 mm) in base a tutti gli elementi strutturali fissi. Le tavole successive vengono spinte
con il taglio nella linguetta e successivamente premute verso il basso con un colpo secco (la grappa s’innesta nel taglio
sul lato inferiore della tavola). Utilizzare martello e blocchetto con cautela. Applicare un po’ di colla sui lati frontali delle
tavole che devono essere collegate una all’altra in modo che non possano spostarsi dopo la posa. Non applicare
in nessun caso colla sul lato longitudinale delle tavole. I giunti delle tavole dovrebbero presentare un distanza
minima di 20 cm (disposizione casuale). Utilizzare il pezzo ritagliato dell’ultima fila di tavole posate come pezzo
di partenza. Conclusione: l’ultima tavola viene inserita perfettamente ed incollata su tutta la lunghezza. Solo
in questa fila il taglio e la linguetta devono essere incollati anche longitudinalmente. Mantenere una distanza
minima di 15 mm dalla parete.

1. Angebote und Auftragsbestätigungen:
Unsere Angebote sind freibleibend. Alle Vereinbarungen, auch die unserer Handelspartner,
werden erst durch schriftliche Bestätigung für
uns bindend. Die Bestellung ist für den Käufer
verbindlich.
2. Preise
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro/m2 (soweit
nicht eine andere Verkaufseinheit angegeben
ist) zzgl. der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
Sondervereinbarungen gelten nur für den jeweiligen Auftrag. Preise ab Werk bei paketweiser Abnahme.
3. Beanstandung von Lieferungen:
Bei Mängelrügen ist der Käufer verpflichtet,
die Lieferung in jedem Fall anzunehmen und
mit der üblichen Sorgfalt zu behandeln. Die
Mängelrüge hat spätestens innerhalb von
8 Tagen nach Ankunft der Ware am Bestimmungsort und vor deren Verarbeitung schriftlich unter genauer Angabe der einzelnen mängel zu erfolgen. spätere Rügen werden nur
berücksichtigt, wenn der Mangel verborgen
war. Sie haben auf die Erfüllung der vereinbarten Zahlungsbedingungen keinen Einfluss.
4. Versicherung
Eine Transportversicherung wird nur auf ausdrücklichen Kundenwunsch abgeschlossen.
5. Zahlung
Bei Zahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen gewähren
wir 2% Skonto; innerhalb von 30 Tagen netto.
6. Lieferbedingungen
Lieferung ab Werk Flachau. Die Lieferzeiten sind
ohne Gewähr. Teillieferungen sind zulässig.
Im Fall höherer Gewalt, sowie, wenn wesentliche Änderungen der Vertragsbestandteile
eintreten, die außerhalb unseres Einflusses
liegen bzw. wenn Umstände eintreten, welche
die Lieferung erschweren, teilweise oder ganz
unmöglich machen, sind wir berechtigt, vom
Vertrag zurückzutreten. Bei Lieferungen ins
Ausland liegen, falls nicht anderes vereinbart
ist, die Incoterms der letzten und geltenden
Fassung zu grunde.
7. Allgemeine Bestimmungen
Irrtum, Preis und technische Änderungen vorbehalten. Holz ist ein Naturprodukt. Abweichungen
bei Farbe und Maserung können vorkommen.
ACHTUNG
Warenrücknahme bzw. Warengutschrift kann
nur auf unverarbeitete Ware gestattet werden.
Gutschriften werden nur in Form von Materialgutschriften bei den nachfolgenden Aufträgen
berücksichtigt.

3. Complaints regarding deliveries
In case of complaints, the purchaser is bound

product at its destina-tion and before processing of the product occurs. late complaints will
only be considered if the fault was not immediately noticeable. This will have no influence on
the fulfillment of the agreed-upon conditions

Transport insurance is available only at the explicit request of the purchaser.
5. Payment
For payments within 14 days we offer 2% reduction; payment within 30 days: full.

is subject to change. partial deliveries are allowed. in case of natural disasters, essential
changes to part of the contract which are beyond our control or new conditions which make
the delivery more difficult or impossible, we
have the right to terminate the contract. Deliveries to foreign countries are based on the
incoterms in the most recent and valid edition,
except for other agreements.
7. General regulations
Errors, prices and technical changes are subject
to alteration. Wood is a natural product; changes to the colour and grain can occur.

The products can only be taken back or be credited when the articles have not been treated
in any way. credits can only be accorded in the
form of material credits which will be considered within the following orders.

della merce e prima di ogni lavorazione precisando per iscritto i singoli difetti riscontrati.
Reclami successivi verranno considerati solo
se il danno era nascosto. i reclami non modificano le condizioni di pagamento concordate.
4. Assicurazione
Un’ assicurazione per il trasporto viene solo
effettuata su richiesta espressiva del cliente.
5. Pagamento
Per i pagamento entro 14 giorni offriamo uno
sconto del 2%; pagamento netto entro 30 giorni.
6. Condizioni di consegna
Franco fabbrica Flachau.
I termini di consegna non sono garantiti. Consegne parziali sono ammesse. nel caso di forza
maggiore o di cambiamenti importanti anche
di una parte del contratto che sono fuori della nostra influenza o nel caso che subentrino
certe condizioni che rendano la consegna difficile o parzialmente o totalmente impossibile,
abbiamo il diritto di recedere dal contratto. per
le consegne all’estero valgono - se non accordato diversamente - gli incoterms nell’ultima
edizione valida.
