The MBA program combines alternating management training sessions between classrooms (4 months) and industry (6 months) – “Learning through Action” at our partner companies. The main goal of our training model is to help develop the managerial leaders of the future who are comfortable and flexible in an international environment. This is achieved by integrating the "technical" expertise acquired by the fellows during their university studies with a postgraduate education of theory and practice in the fundamentals of management based around team-work, ethics, innovation, multidisciplinary approach and value creation. Some of the other key aspects of the program are: - - The MBA faculty comes from top public & private universities (Harvard, North-western, INSEAD, Bocconi, Politecnico di Torino, University of Torino, University of Milano-Bicocca, St. Gallen, UNI Lausanne, etc.), experts and influential business leaders from Fortune 500 companies. Strong integration between classroom and on-field learning, to better orient the training activity towards the needs of companies and to accelerate the career growth of our fellows. Highly selective - Around 7-10% of applicants are selected through our intensive assessment sessions.
