beschreibung:
Züblin Phasenpumpen sind eine Eigenentwicklung und werden als pneumatisch
betriebene Unterwasserpumpen zur Förderung von aufschwimmender Leicht- oder
absinkender Schwerphase eingesetzt. Bisher wurden damit über 2.000.000 l Phase
gefördert. Je nach Schichtdicke kann die organische Phase alleine oder zusammen
mit wässriger Phase gefördert werden.
Funktionsweise: Die Züblin Phasenpumpen werden komplett mit dazugehöriger
Systemsteuerung geliefert und benötigen zum Betrieb lediglich eine Druckluft- und
eine Stromversorgung. Eine intelligente Steuerung regelt die Phasenpumpe automatisch in Abhängigkeit des Phasenstands im Brunnen. Druckluft wird nur dann benötigt,
wenn der Phase gefördert wird, so dass der Energiebedarf minimiert wird. Hochwertige
Materialien sorgen für ein robustes System mit einer hohen Verfügbarkeit und langer
Lebensdauer. Die Züblin Phasenpumpe ist sowohl für Leicht- als auch für Schwerphase (Top- bzw. Bottom Loader-Ausführung) erhältlich. Das umfangreiche Zubehör
ermöglicht eine Anpassung an spezifische Anwendungssfälle und Kundenwünsche.

DESCRIPTION:
Züblin phase pumps – our own inhouse development – are used as pneumatically
operated submersible pumps for the withdrawal of floating light phase or sinking
heavy phase. So far a total of more than 2,000,000 litres of phase have been
withdrawn. Depending on the thickness of the layer, the organic phase can be
pumped on its own or together with aqueous phase.
Function: Züblin phase pumps are delivered complete with the corresponding
system control and merely require a compressed air and electricity supply. An
intelligent control regulates the phase pump automatically in dependence on the
phase level in the well. Compressed air is only needed while phase is being
pumped, so that the energy demand is minimized. Top quality materials ensure
that the system is robust with a high degree of availability and a long lifetime.
Züblin phase pumps can be supplied both for light and heavy phase operation
(top or bottom loader design). The extensive accessories enable adaptation to
specific applications and customer wishes.

DESCRIPTION:
Les pompes d’extraction de phase (PP2) ont été entièrement conçues par nos
soins pour l’extraction de phase légère surnageante ou de phase dense en fond
de nappe. Elles ont permis le pompage de plus de 2.000.000 de litres de phase
depuis le début de leur utilisation. Selon son épaisseur, la couche de phase peut
être extraite pure ou mélangée avec les eaux de nappe.
Mode de fonctionnement: les pompes d’extraction de phase Züblin sont livrées
complètes avec leur système de commande et nécessitent seulement une alimentation électrique et pneumatique. Un système de commande intelligent permet de
réguler automatiquement la pompe suivant le niveau de phase dans le puits. L’air
comprimé n’est utilisé que lors de l’extraction de phase, permettant de minimiser
les besoins en énergie. La haute qualité des matériaux de construction garantit
la robustesse du système pour une grande disponibilité et une longue durée de vie.
La PP2 est disponible aussi bien pour l’extraction de phase surnageante que de
phase lourde. Ses nombreux accessoires permettent d’adapter son fonctionnement
à des utilisations et des exigences spécifiques.

DESCRIZIONE:
Queste pompe per il recupero di prodotto in fase libera sono state completamente
sviluppate da Züblin ed operano come pompe sommerse ad azionamento pneumatico per il recupero di prodotto in fase libera leggera o pesante. Ad oggi sono
stati recuperati piú di 2.000.000 L di fase separata utilizzando queste pompe.
A seconda dello spessore dello strato, il prodotto in fase separata puó essere
recuperato da solo oppure assieme alla fase acquosa (pompa total fluid).
Funzionamento: Ciascuna pompa viene fornita con sistema di controllo dedicato
e necessita per il funzionamento solo di aria compressa ed alimentazione elettrica.
L’evoluto sistema di controllo incorporato regola la pompa automaticamente in
funzione della presenza di prodotto libero nel pozzo. L’aria compressa viene consumata solo se il corpo della pompa é riempito di liquido, allo scopo di minimizzare
i consumi energetici. Materiali di alto valore assicurano un sistema robusto con
un’alta affidabilitá ed una lunga durata di vita. Ciascuna pompa é adatta sia per fase
leggera (esecuzione Top-Loader), sia per fase pesante (esecuzione Bottom-Loader).
Gli accessori per i casi applicativi piú diversi rendono possibile un’alta flessibilitá
e l’utilizzo in un vasto spettro di problematiche reali.
