LOCATION
Compact units and sirens: Place in the engine compartment passenger side above the lamp.
Modular units and accessories: Place under the dashboard driver side.
POWER SUPPLY
Positive: Connect to the Red pos. 66 in the black connector 73 poles marked A on the ECU behind the
fuse box under the dashboard driver side (se fig.1)
Negative: Connect to the Brown pos. 63 in the black connector 73 poles marked A on the ECU behind
the fuse box under the dashboard driver side (se fig.1)
IGNITION (+15)
Connect to the Red/Black pos. 13 in the black connector 73 poles marked A on the ECU behind the fuse
box under the dashboard driver side (se fig.1)
IMMOBILIZER
Starter Motor :
Cut the Violet/Blue pos. 6 in the black connector 6 poles behind the Start/Stop push button.
CENTRAL DOOR LOCKING (Only for remote controlled alarm)

PASSIVE ALARM (Only for alarm units armed by vehicle original remote)

INDICATORS
FOR ALARM UNITS WITH BLINKER COMMAND ONLY:
Blinker Command : Connect to the Violet/Yellow pos. 42 in the black/white connector 73 poles marked C on
the ECU behind the fuse box under the dashboard driver side. (see fig. 3)
Feedback : Connect to the Black/Green pos. 31 in the black/white connector 73 poles marked C on the
ECU behind the fuse box under the dashboard driver side. (see fig. 4)
DOOR AND BOOT PROTECTION
Installing the EASYCAN EVO alarm the doors and boot signals are detected by can bus.
Analog signal (green wire of the alarm unit) must be isolated.
BONNET PROTECTION
Bonnet : Installing the EASYCAN EVO alarm the bonnet signal is detected by can bus.
ELECTRIC WINDOWS
Managed by the original remote control.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EASYCAN EVO DIGITAL ALARM
After completing connections, set the alarm unit for 57 - VOLKSWAGEN “9” commands. (see LINKING UP
THE VEHICLE CAN in the fitting instruction for more details) by PRG007 rev 23 on.
