HYDRAULISCHE AUFHÄNGUNG
L’efficienza del telaio di un veicolo è legata soprattutto
alla qualità delle sue sospensioni.
I gruppi sospensione di ADR sono progettati per
ottimizzare la sicurezza di marcia dei veicoli con tutti i
tipi di carico, di pneumatici e di impiego.
Le sospensioni oleodinamiche ADR si distinguono
per un’elevata ampiezza di oscillazione degli assi
(fino a 280 mm) in tutte le condizioni di carico
ed assicurano una marcia stabile e confortevole
soprattutto ai rimorchi, che per il loro baricentro molto
alto presentano spesso situazioni critiche per la tenuta
di strada.
Due sono le versioni di Hydrokey:
- Il modello base compatto e versatile.
- Il modello “K frame” con stabilizzatore meccanico
degli sforzi trasversali, particolarmente adatto ai
veicoli con elevato carico per asse, equipaggiati con
pneumatici a bassa pressione di grandi dimensioni.
Tutte le sospensioni sono compatibili con tutta la
gamma Black Bull di assi ADR sia fissi che sterzanti.
The performance of a chassis is basically grounded on
the quality of suspensions.
ADR suspension units have been designed for a safe
drive in every working condition, with all kind of tyres.
ADR hydraulic suspensions perform a wide stroke of
the axles (up to 280 mm) in all load conditions and
assure a safe and comfortable drive especially to the
trailers that often meet critical road holding situations.
Two Hydrokey versions are available:
- Basic model, compact and versatile.
-“K frame” model with mechanical cross action
stabilizer, designed for high axle-load vehicles, fitted
with oversize low-pressure tyres.
All the suspensions are compatible with all the range
of Black Bull axles, both fixed and steering.
Die Effizienz eines Fahrzeugrahmens hängt vor allem
von der Qualität seiner Federung ab.
Die Federungsaggregate von ADR wurden für eine
optimale Fahrsicherheit der Fahrzeuge bei allen Belastungszuständen, mit allen Reifentypen und jeglicher
Verwendungsart konzipiert.
Die hydraulischen Federungen von ADR zeichnen sich
bei allen Belastungszuständen durch lange Achsenhubwege aus (bis zu 280 mm) und garantieren besonders für die Anhänger ein stabiles und komfortables
Fahrverhalten, die wegen ihrer hohen Schwerpunktlage oft eine kritische Straßenlage haben.
Es gibt zwei Hydrokey - Versionen.
Das kompakte und vielseitige Basismodell.
Das Modell “K frame” mit mechanischem Stabilisator gegen die auftretenden Querkräfte, besonders gut
geeignet für Fahrzeuge mit einer hohen Achslast und
großen Niederdruckreifen.
Alle Federungen sind mit der kompletten Black Bull
- Serie der ADR Starr- und Lenkachsen kompatibel.

Hydrosafe è una sospensione idraulica a bracci
indipendenti. Le ruote sono incollate al terreno in tutte
le condizioni di servizio: stabilità senza paragoni in
curva e frenata sicura anche su terreni irregolari. Ideale
per le macchine operatrici da cava o per le agricole
soggette a forti squilibri di carico.
Tuttavia, la stabilità di una macchina non è assicurata
solo dalla particolare geometria delle sospensioni
indipendenti. La robustezza in agricoltura è un “must”
irrinunciabile: un rigoroso programma di test sul
campo ha condotto rapidamente a far evolvere il
prodotto fino alla realizzazione di quella che lo staff
tecnico ADR ritiene essere oggi la sola degna di
esprimere appieno il significato del nome Hydrosafe.
Un originale sistema di stabilizzazione oleodinamica
fa di Hydrosafe una sospensione attiva che controlla
automaticamente le oscillazioni trasversali in marcia
riducendo il rollìo ed assicurando così la massima
sicurezza dei veicoli con baricentro molto alto, delle
cisterne e delle macchine per la zootecnia.
Implementato con un sistema elettronico di controllo
dell’assetto Hydrosafe è una delle più avanzate
sospensioni di cui può disporre l’agricoltura ed il
macchinario da cantiere.
Hydrosafe is an independent arm hydraulic
suspension. The wheels adhere to the ground in all
service conditions; this results in cornering stability
beyond comparison and safe braking even on irregular
grounds. Suitable for quarry machines or farming
machines subjected to large load unbalances.
However, the stability of a machine does not depend
only on the particular geometry of the independent
suspensions. In agriculture sturdiness is very
important: a rigorous test program on the field has
quickly led to the manufacture of what ADR technicians
consider nowadays the only product, which can fully
express the meaning of term Hydrosafe.
The original hydraulic steering system renders
Hydrosafe an active suspension which automatically
controls transversal oscillations during running. This
reduces roll and ensures the utmost safety to vehicles
with a high barycenter, tank cars and zootechny
machines.
Implemented with an electronic attitude control
system, Hydrosafe is one of the most advanced
suspensions for agriculture and building yard
machines.
Hydrosafe ist eine hydraulische Federung mit
unabhängigen Armen. Die Bodenhaftung der Räder
ist unter den verschiedensten Betriebsbedingungen
gewährleistet: beispiellose Kurvenstabilität und
Bremssicherheit auch auf unebenem Gelände. Ideal
für Maschinen, die in Kiesgruben arbeiten oder für
Landmaschinen, die starken Gewichtsschwankungen
unterliegen.
Dennoch wird die Stabilität einer Maschine nicht nur
durch die besondere Geometrie der unabhängigen
Federungen garantiert. Widerstandsfähigkeit ist in
der Landwirtschaft ein unverzichtbares Muss: dank
rigoroser Testfolgen in der Praxis konnte das Produkt
schnell weiterentwickelt werden, bis eine Lösung
gefunden wurde, von der das Technikerteam von ADR
heute überzeugt ist, dass sie als einzige die Bedeutung
des Namens Hydrosafe voll erfüllt.
Ein neuartiges hydraulisches Stabilisierungssystem
macht aus Hydrosafe eine aktive Federung, die während
der Fahrt automatisch die seitlichen Schwankungen
kontrolliert und so das Schlingern reduziert. Das
garantiert Fahrzeugen mit einem hohen Schwerpunkt,
wie z.B. Güllefässern oder anderen Maschinen, die
bei der Tierzucht zum Einsatz kommen, maximale
Sicherheit. Mit einem elektronischen Kontrollsystem
ausgestattet macht es Hydrosafe zu einer der
fortschrittlichsten Federungen, die den Maschinen in
der Landwirtschaft und im Bauwesen heutzutage zur
Verfügung stehen.

SISTEMI DI GESTIONE DELLA SOSPENSIONE
OIL GEAR, I SISTEMI OLEODINAMICI ADR
Oil gear è la progettazione ADR, sviluppata dagli specialisti dell’oleodinamica per
ottenere il massimo di prestazione dai prodotti ADR più evoluti.
Sono possibili diversi livelli di equipaggiamento per rispondere alle esigenze sia
tecniche che economiche dell’utenza.
Sistema a regolazione manuale.
Il gruppo di regolazione è sul rimorchio e viene azionato dall’operatore a terra. Il
sistema non dispone di sistemi automatici di rilevamento e correzione dell’assetto
quindi il rimorchio varia la sua altezza da terra da vuoto a carico e le eventuali correzioni sono possibili solo manualmente.
Il gruppo è modulare e consente di realizzare funzionalità diverse a seconda del tipo
di sospensione alla quale è accoppiato.
1° livello: per la sospensione con cilindri tuffanti, che consente la distribuzione
equilibrata del carico sul terreno in tutte le condizioni di servizio per una frenata
efficace senza problemi di aderenza.
2° livello: sospensione con cilindri a doppio effetto, interconnessi sia longitudinalmente che trasversalmente che aggiunge ai vantaggi della sospensione di
1° livello, il comportamento attivo in curva, con effetto stabilizzante del veicolo.
3° livello: sospensione di 2° livello implementata da un dispositivo di blocco
della sospensione di uno o più assi per stabilizzare la macchina, ad esempio in
fase di ribaltamento del cassone.
Sistema a controllo automatico.
Tutte le operazioni di gestione della sospensione vengono effettuate dalla cabina del
trattore tramite una console con pulsantiera (vedi figura): sulla console di gestione
della sospensione è predisposto anche un display grafico sul quale si possono leggere le informazioni principali (livello istantaneo di marcia, asse sollevato, blocco
assale) ma anche verificare eventuali segnali di errore.
la sospensione a regolazione elettronica è disponibile in 2 versioni:
1° livello: sospensione autolivellante standard, interconnessa longitudinalmente
e trasversalmente dotata di sensori di assetto elettronici, per mantenere l’altezza
di marcia del veicolo costante in qualsiasi condizione di servizio, sia a vuoto che
a carico.
2° livello: sospensione di 1° livello implementata delle funzioni specifiche per
applicazioni speciali:
a) - il sollevamento di un o più assi allo scopo di modificare il carico sugli
assi a terra in funzione delle esigenze di servizio.
b) - Il blocco della sospensione di uno o più assi per stabilizzare la macchina
ad esempio in fase di ribaltamento del cassone.
