OPENING TIMES The hotel is open every day. We close for one month during winter. Booking your stay directly with us is simple and fast. You must leave your name, your telephone number and your home address (depending on the season, or for longer stays, we might ask for a small advance payment). N.B. BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH US IS SAFE AND YOUR BOOKING IS GUARANTEED CHECK-‐IN -‐ On arrival you will be asked for identification papers for registration. The documents will be returned to you, either after settling the account on arrival, or on departure -‐ The room will be at your disposal after 12.30 p.m. This is to guarantee that the rooms are fully cleaned before your arrival -‐ You can leave your luggage in the reception if you arrive before 12.30 p.m. -‐ We kindly ask you to communicate your time of arrival in advance to avoid unnecessary waiting time for you on checking in. This is particularly important if you arrive outside of reception hours 9.00-‐ 15.00 / 18.00-‐20.00. CHECK-‐OUT On the day of departure the room must be vacated no later than 10:30 a.m. Depending on that day’s arrivals a later check-‐out might be granted. This must in any circumstance be requested in advance at the reception. TOURIST TAX From April to October, the municipality of Lazise requests a tourist tax of €0,50 per person per day. PAYMENT You will be asked to pay the balance for the full amount of your stay upon arrival. We prefer cash payments, but accept most major credit cards. In case of cancellation we do not reimburse down payments or advance payments.The hotel ask a little extra charge for baby max. 4 years old who sleep with parents. HOTEL SERVICES BREAKFAST Breakfast is buffet style, and is served from 8.00 to 10.00. Coffee is included in the breakfast. It is not allowed to bring food or beverages from outside the breakfast room. PARKING On arrival, we will provide you with a ticket (during summer season), giving you the right to park for free in the dedicated parking spaces in front of the hotel. You can park your motorcycle or bike in our garage free of charge.The garage is not accessible after 23.00 unless otherwise agreed with the reception WAKE-‐UP SERVICE Service free of charge to be requested at the reception. Your room phone will ring at the agreed time. The hotel does not assume responsibility for guests failing to wake up. POST Our staff is at your disposal to mail postcards or letters already provided with postage LUGGAGE On the day of departure, luggage can be deposited at the reception. HEATING AND AIR-‐CONDITIONING There is a thermostat in the rooms for regulation of temperature. We kindly ask you to keep the windows closed in order for the system to function correctly. Air-‐conditioning is guaranteed in the summer months. PHONE Your use of the phone to call hotel extension numbers is free. To reach the reception, dial 20. Contact our staff to receive or make external phone calls. TV Major national and international channels are available. For Italian channels: turn TV on / off by pressing the key on the main remote control, and select channels using the same remote control. For international channels: After turning the TV on using the main remote control, press «ON» on the smaller remote control (where present). To ensure that the channels can be accessed, the satellite must be kept at the «ASTRA» setting. PILLOWS AND MATTRESSES Our pillows are made of 100% cotton, and the mattresses are orthopedic. Both are of medium firmness. Should you want more pillows, do not hesitate to contact our staff. ROOM CLEANING A well-‐prepared team takes care of the cleaning of your room. Housekeepers will look after your room every day. The rooms with a «Do not disturb» sign on the door, will not be attended to. Our staff is at your disposal for requests for additional pillows, covers, towels, and hygienic products. Please,we kindly ask you to call us for any problems in your room (hydraulic,tv,air conditioning..etc) FIRE The hotel has obtained a fire safety certificate. In case of fire (actual or suspected), advise the reception. In your room you find a map showing the emergency exits. LAST NOTICE… REGRETFULLY… WE REMIND To OBSERVE THE PROHIBITIONS in YOUR ROOM Although we trust and esteem our guests, we must apply some rules to prevent any damages or misfortunes from that might occur due to improper strangers behaviour and that provoke discomfort and inconvenience for us, for other guests, and for hotel furnishings. WE REMIND YOU THAT: • Failure to comply with the rule ‘forbidden to smoke’ will bring with it the cost of cleaning curtains and linens (€80) in addition to a fine from breaking the law (from €27.50 to €275). Smoking is allowed in the rooms with balcony and on the balcony outher front of the hotel. In case of Faults and Damage the hotel will be ask you an extra payment. It is Forbidden to remove Towels,Blankets ,Objects, Furniture, Fabrics provided by the hote NON-‐GUESTS For security reasons it is not allowed for hotel guests to invite other people into their rooms at any time unless otherwise agreed with the reception.
