Congress Venue
The Congress will be held at the Conference Center of the
Camera di Commercio of Perugia, Via Pellas, 83 - Perugia.
Registration
In order to participate in the congress, registration is
free but obligatory.
To register for the congress, fill in the attached enrolment
form and send it by fax to the Organizing Secretariat at
075/5730619.

Note: Congress registrations will be accepted until December 5th 2008. After this date, registration can only be
accepted at the conference venue and only if places are
still available.
Attendance certificate
To obtain the certificate, participants must present their
badges to the Secretariat at the end of the Congress.

The final amount due for accommodation, after deduction
of the deposit, should be paid directly to the hotel.
The Organizing Agency will assign rooms on a first come/
first served basis.
The Organizing Agency will send vouchers for the confirmed reservation, notifying participants of the name and
address of the assigned hotel. In order to ensure comfortable accommodation we advise participants to send in the
hotel reservation form as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
For hotel reservation cancellations received by the Organizing Secretariat no later than November 30th, 2008, the
amount already paid as deposit shall be reimbursed after
deduction of double the amount of the agency fee. After
this date, no refunds shall be possible.
CME (ECM Educazione Continua in Medicina)
The Italian Health Ministry has received the application for
recognition of the event for CME (Continuing Medical Education) purposes for 100 participants.
Main topic: Radiotherapy
Secondary topics: Oncology, General Surgery
The CME certificate shall be issued only to those participants who have attended the entire congress as verified
by specific checks, and who have given at least 70% correct answers in the questionnaire.
It is obligatory to provide all of the information requested
in the application form in order to obtain credits. The certificate shall be sent by mail to the address given in the
application form in compliance with the foregoing specifications.

The Consensus Process timetable according to the Delphy method is:
• First run 22nd September 2008 - 13th October 2008.
All Scientific Members will vote singly
• Second run 3rd November 2008 - 24th November 2008.
In this second run all members of the Scientific Committee will compare their own proposal
with the outcome of the whole Committee after the first run.
• Perugia Meeting 11-13 December 2008
• Final third run 15th January 2009 - 10th February 2009.
