MOTIVATION LETTER
Please, write the motivation letter according to the following structure:
1. INTRODUCTION
 Address the letter to: Eurosportello della Provincia di Pescara, Via del Concilio 10 - 65121
Pescara. (Please note that the letter must be delivered to the Administration Office of your
school);
 Where and how did you learn about the Leonardo Project Qu.A.Li.T._TOUR.? Mention some
facts about it, in order to show that you have explored the Call and the project activities and that
you are interested in participating in the vocational training;
2. GENERAL PART
 Shortly introduce yourself – who you are and what you are studying?
 Motivate – why have you decided to do a Leonardo project?
 Have you ever gone abroad? If so, explain where, for how long and what you did;
 Which are your interests and hobbies?
3. DEVOTED PART TO PROJECT Qu.A.Li.T._TOUR. – show your motivations:
 According to you, which are the advantages of participating in the Leonardo programme?
 Have you had previous studying or professional experience in the fields proposed by the
Project?
 Which of the activities offered you think are especially interesting?
 Which language did you choose? Why?
 Which are your expectations? And what scares you most?
 What is the added value you think you can bring to the project? Why do you think you are fit for
the Leonardo traineeship?
4. CLOSING
 Say goodbye, sign the letter and add you personal contacts.
