COOKING BOOK OF FAVOURITE RECIPES BY BEGINNER COMPUTER CLASS 2003 -CHINESE SWEET & SOUR PORK -HAMBURGER -SPAGHETTI DAVID-ALDO-AILEEN-HONLE-HUYEN Chinese cooking for sweet sour pork Half a kilo of pork Two eggs Three cups of self raising flour One cup of water mixing with the flour Half cup of vinegar Half cup of water One cup of sugar Half a litre of vegetable oil Add a pinch of salt METHOD 1. Slice pork into small pieces add pinch of salt, eggs, self-raising flour and mixing with water. 2. To prepare the sauce heat up water add sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce. 3. Heat the oil and cook the pork. 4. Once the meat is cooked add pineapple pieces and sauce on top. To Die for Burgers This recipe was submitted by Shannon Timmons in last years Hamburger Contest. 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup minced onion 2 garlic cloves, pressed Montreal Steak Seasoning 2 Avocados 1 red onion, sliced thin 1 jar roasted red peppers 6 large onion rolls Mix together ground beef, minced onion and pressed garlic. Pat into patties and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Grill to your liking. Place on an onion roll and top with red onion, lots of roasted red peppers, and avocado slices.
