OUR CRM Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is represented by a management software, web-based, aimed at integrating the management information system of the Contract tender. This software can be adapted according to specific operational and administrative user requirements and allow us to manage and audit the flow of operational and administrative order from a remote location. Our CRM can ensure: • complete computer tracking of all activities relating to performances given; • management of all administrative documentation to support billing; • unlimited numbar of access; • interaction (to each according to his profile) for the implementation of such services; • homogeneity in management procedures.
