Cfconsulting requests/collets all deliverables, quarterly report,
annual report and send to Coordinator.
The Co-ordinator is in charge of revising/finalising and
circulate for final approval a PDF file to all PC (cc.
Cfconsulting)
When Cfconsulting receive emails on science items
sends it to relevant Principal Contractor. No copy to
Coordinator.
