Peel potatoes and ·boil them in salty water.
Drain and cut into thin slices. Grease' a

dish with a layer of potatoes, cover with
cheese, then parsley.
Continue in layers
finishing with a layer of potatoes. Beat
the eggs and milk together. Season wit!t
salt and pepper and· pour' this mixture o~er
the potatoes. Bake in a pre-heated oven
190°C/Gas Mark 5 for about 35 'minutes.

500 gr spaghetti 0 tagliatelle
1 cipolla tritata
1 scatola di salmone spezzat,ato
1 scatola di tonno spezzatato1 manata di prezzemolo ·tritato
1 scatola di pelati passati al set,accio
2 foglie d' alloro
4 cucchiai di olio
sale/pepe
lib spag!tetti, tagliatelle etc.
1 onion finely chopped
1 tin salmon chopped
l' tin ,tuna fish chopped
1 handful parsely chopped
1 x 14,oz tin peeled tomatoes (sieved)
2 bay leaves
4 tablespoons oil
salt/pepper

Method

salmone, il tonno, ilprezzemolo, le foglie ,d'
alloro, sale e pepe.
Fate insaporire per
qualche minuto.
Aggiungete il passato' di
pomodoro e cuccinatela per circa 15 minuti.
Togliete le foglie d '.alloro dal sugo.

Fate cuocere la pasta al d,ente in abbondante acqua salata. Scolatela. Aggiungete il
sugo eservitela ben calda.

and pepper. Lightly, fry for a few minutes.

further 15 minutes.B-emove the bay leaves.
