It is important that this instruction booklet is kept with the bathroom furniture for future consultation.
These instructions are given so that the units can be installed correctly and properly looked after. Kindly read this
information before installing your bathroom furniture.
• Electric and hydraulic connections must be made by qualified technicians when installing the furniture.
• The IDEA company is not liable for any installation errors.
• Before replacing electric parts such as transformers, light bulbs, etc., make sure that they have been disconnected
from the mains.
• Although the furniture has specific characteristics allowing it to be used in the bathroom (“IDROPAN” structure which
protects it from humidity) continuous and excessive contact with water can alter the product in the course of time.
• All the units, lacquered or the more so if in wood, can change colour slightly if subiect to intense light for long periods.

Il est important de conserver ce livret d’instructions avec le meuble. Ces recommandations sont fournies pour
permettre une installation et un bon entretien du meuble. Celles-ci doivent être lies avec attention avant
l’installation.
• Les raccordements électriques et hydrauliques pour l’installation du meuble doivent être effectués par des
techniciens qualifiés.
• En cas de mauvaise installation, la société IDEA décline toute responsabilté.
• Pour tout remplacement de parties électriques, transformateurs, ampoules etc. s’assurer toujours que le
raccordement au réseau soit interrompu.
• Tout en ayant des caractéristiques particulières qui lui permettent de vivre dans la salle bain (caissons en
IDROPAN qui garantit la meilleure étanchéité), une excessive et continue utilisation de l’eau peut créer à la
longue des altérations au meuble.
• Le coloris ou la teinte de tous les meubles, aussi bien laqués qu’en essence, peuvent varier légèrement après
une longue exposition à une intense source lumineuse.

• Tutti i mobili, sia laccati che in essenza, rimanendo esposti per diverso tempo ad una fonte di intensità
luminosa, possono variare leggermente la colorazione o la tinta.

Diese Anweisungen werden mitgeliefert, um eine korrekte Installation und gute Instandhaltung des Möbles zu
ermöglichen. Sie sind daher vor der Installation aufmerksam durchzulesen.
• Der Anschluss an die Strom- und Wasserleitung für die Installation des Möbles muss von qualifizierten Fachleuten
durchgeführt werden.
• Eine eventuelle fehlerhafte Installation entbindet die Firma IDEA von jegliche Haftung.
• Vor dem eventuellen Auswechseln von elektrischen Teilen, Transformatoren, Leuchten etc. muss immer sichergestellt
werden, dass der Netzanschluss unterbrochen ist.
• Obwohl es sich um ein Möbel handelt, das alle besonderen Merkmale für einen Aufenthalt in Bädern aufweist
(Strukturen in IDROPAN, das besten Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit garantiert), kann eine übermäßige und andauernde
Belastung durch Wasser mit der Zeit Veränderungen an dem selben hervorrufen.
• Alle Möbel, sowohl jene in Dekorlack als auch vor allem jene in Holz, können sich in der Farbe leicht verändern, wenn
sie für längere Zeit starken Lichtquellen ausgesetzt sind.

cerniere.Il nostro tipo di cerniera è l’articolo 600 della ditta Salice S.p.A.E’ composta da acciaio nichelato opaco con coprivite in plastica
personalizzato IDEA. Le caratteristiche: antiscivolo e tripla regolazione frontale +2,5mm (fig. A), verticale +1,5mm -1,5mm (fig. B),
laterale +5mm (fig. C). Seguendo gli esempi sottoriportati si potrà capire come si regola un’antina e su quali viti si deve agire.

very hard and is usually finished by polishing it only.To clean it use a very diluted neutral detergent.
• WATER-RESISTANT UNICOLOR: these are highly guaranteed products which belong to the E1 W100 class with a
low formaldehyde content (they are both damp and water resistant).
We suggest you use neutral detergents.
• CLEANING YOUR FURNITURE: we recommend you use non-abrasive neutral detergents.
Do not use acetone, aggressive detergents or solvents in general.

• PIETRE, MARMI E MARMI TECNICI: evitare l’impiego di prodotti acidi che, al contatto con i nostri materiali,
li aggredirebbero rovinandoli.
Si consiglia l’impiego di detergenti neutri; non usare prodotti deceranti o alcalini che possono intaccare la
lucidatura.
• GRANITI: per le loro caratteristiche, questi materiali vanno considerati a sè stanti; sono infatti pietre naturali,
poco porose ed estremamente dure, che di regola vengono finite con la sola lucidatura.
Il lavaggio di base viene realizzato con detergente neutro ad elevata diluizione.

Al giorno d’oggi, essere all’avanguardia in campo tecnologico e qualitativo non è sempre facile, in questo settore
infatti si progredisce con un ritmo sostenuto, che rende sempre più agguerrita la concorrenza. Per questo la
IDEA s.r.l., ha cercato di scegliere le proprie materie prime da trasformare ed i prodotti tecnici attraverso
fornitori selezionati con marcata affidabilità. In questo paragrafo vogliamo farvi capire quali tipi di prodotti
vengono utilizzati nella realizzazione del nostro mobile da bagno, il perché e le fondamentali caratteristiche.
SPECCHIERE:
Specchiera antinfortunistica, in caso di rottura accidentale, lo specchio, si frammenta ma rimane incollato.
Il vetro della specchiera è tipo argentato bianco 4mm OPTIMIRROR, la cornice è un profilo in alluminio
anodizzato e lo schienale è in eplak nero. Lo spazio interno fra specchio e schienale viene riempito con
schiuma poliuretanica in modo da formare un unico blocco ed ottenere la massima solidità con il minimo peso.
SCOCCA MELAMINICA:
Scocche in melaminico IDROPAN. Idropan garantisce la migliore difesa all’umidità alla quale il mobile può
essere accidentalmente sottoposto. Il prodotto è garantito, avendo sostenuto vari collaudi al “CATAS” centro
assistenza tecnica settore mobile in legno, con riconoscimento nazionale ed internazionale. Tra i collaudi più
importanti sostenuti da IDROPAN, vogliamo ricordarvi: rigonfiamento flessione statica, assorbimento acqua,
formaldeide EN 120/92 (a basso contenuto 6,7 mg. il valore minimo richiesto dalle normative europee per
poter essere definito E1 : inferiore a 10mg), resistenza al calore umido Uni 9117, resistenza al calore secco
Uni 9116, resistenza all’abrasione Uni 9115.
ELETTRIFICAZIONE SPECCHIERA:
• La presa e l’interruttore sono installati o meno rispettando le esigenze di ogni singolo Stato, anche
nell’ambito dei paesi comunitari;
• L’apparecchio di illuminazione risponde ai requisiti fondamentali della direttiva CEE-73/23, CEE-93/68, EN
60598-1A 12 (2002).
SCOCCA IMPIALLACCIATA:
Scocche con pannelli ecologici “Idropan” ottenuti da trucioli legnosi incollati con resine sintetiche
termoindurenti tramite elevatissima compressione fra piani di presse fortemente riscaldati e rivestiti con fogli
di legno (impiallacciatura), derullati o tranciati, di spessore costante generalmente inferiore ad un millimetro.
Questo mobile è costruito con Idropan. Idropan
garantisce la migliore difesa all’umidità alla quale il
mobile può essere accidentalmente esposto. Una
sicurezza in più per proteggere un mobile di qualità.
CERNIERE:
Tra i particolari tecnici che compongono il nostro mobile, le cerniere sono sicuramente al primo posto. Le
nostre cerniere sono prodotte dalla ARTURO SALICE S.p.A. e sono certificate (Uni EN 29001-iso, 9001-BS,
5750 Part. 1).
ANTE:
Le ante dei nostri modelli sono prodotte in varie tipologie di materie prime, questi materiali vengono scelti
per caratteristiche estetiche, tecniche e qualitative.
• M.D.F.: sono pannelli ottenuti da fibre ligno-cellulosiche incollate tra di loro, sotto l’effetto di pressione e
calore elevato, mediante adesivi.
• IMPIALLACCIATURA: fogli di legno, derullati o tranciati, di spessore costante utilizzati per rivestire strutture
tipo (truciolari, m.d.f. ecc.).
• FINITURE: ricordiamo inoltre che tutti questi materiali vengono rivestiti di uno strato di vernici, destinate a
conferire al componente un particolare colore e aspetto (lucido o opaco).
TOPS:
I tops adoperati nella nostra produzione si dividono in materiali naturali (marmo, pietra),marmi tecnici e
cristallo-legno.
• MARMO: roccia calcarea a grana fine uniforme capace di essere ottimamente levigata e lucidata.
• PIETRA: roccia di varia composizione mineralogica non inseribile in alcuna classificazione. Di norma non
lucidabile, si divide in due categorie, rocce tenere e poco compatte e rocce dure e compatte.
• MARMO TECNICO: materiale ottenuto mescolando particelle di marmo con resine sintetiche, può
assumere qualsiasi forma e colore, ha doti di resistenza e flessione, superiori a quelle del marmo naturale.
• LAMINATO: supporto in truciolare IDRO E1 di lino, rivestito e bordato con laminato tuttocolore.
• IMPIALLACCIATO: supporto in truciolare IDRO E1 di lino, impiallacciato con fogli di legno o precomposto.
• VETRO: cristallo Float, trasparente, o di vari colori, di spessore 15 mm, sottoposto a processo di cottura in
forni a 600° che conferiscono al cristallo robustezza e flessibilità. In forno il colore viene fissato al cristallo
formando una pellicola vetrificata antigraffio. Inattaccabile dai normali prodotti di cosmesi e impermeabile a
tutti i liquidi garantisce perfetta pulizia ed igiene.

made in this sector makes competition harder and harder. For this reason, IDEA S.r.l. has been choosing the
raw materials and technical products it uses, from highly reliable selected suppliers. In this paragraph, we would
like to explain the types and basic features of the products we use in manufacturing our bathroom furniture,
including the reasons for our choice.
MIRRORS:
Accident-proof mirror. If broken by accident, the mirror shatters but remains in one piece.
The mirror is made of “OPTIMIRROR” 4mm white silver-finish glass with an anodized aluminium profile frame
and a black eplak back.The internal space between the mirror and the back is filled with polyurethane foam
in order to form a single block and obtain maximum solidity with minimum weight.
MELAMINE BODY:
“IDROPAN” melamine body. “Idropan” ensures the best defence against occasional humidity that may affect
the unit. The product is guaranteed, after undergoing various tests at “CATAS”- the Technical Assistance
Centre for the wood furniture sector, which is acknowledged nationally and internationally. Among the most
important tests carried out on “IDROPAN” are: static bending/bulging, water absorption, EN 120/92
formaldehyde (low content: 6.7 mg, the minimum value required by European regulations to qualify as E1
Class: less than 10mg), Uni 9117 norm resistance to humidity, Uni 9116 resistance to dry heat and Uni 9115
resistance to abrasion.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS FOR THE MIRROR:
• The socket and switch are installed, or not installed, in compliance with the requirements of each individual
country, EU countries included;
• The lighting appliance conforms to the basic requirements of CEE-73/23, CEE-93/68, EN 60598-1A 12 (2002)

VENEERED BODY:
Bodies with “Idropan” ecological panels made of wood-shavings glued with thermosetting synthetic resins
using extremely high compression between pressing tables heated to a high temperature and coated with
rotary cut or sliced wood sheets (veneering) of uniform thickness usually less than one millimetre.
PACKAGING:
All packaging used for our products shows the symbols that identify recycling, in accordance with the
regulations of the law in force on this matter.

HINGES:
The hinges definitely take first place among the technical details comprising our unit. Our hinges are produced
by ARTURO SALICE S.p.A. and are Uni EN 29001-ISO, 9001-BS, 5750 Part. 1 certified.
DOORS:
The doors for our models are produced using different raw materials, these materials are selected for their
aesthetic, technical and quality features.
• MDF: panels made of wood fiber cellulose glued together using glues and subject to pressure and high
temperature.
• VENEERING: rotary cut or sliced wood sheets, of uniform thickness used to cover structures in chipboard,
MDF etc.
• FINISHES: remember that all these materials are coated with a layer of lacquer in order to give the
component its particular colour and appeal (glossy or matt).
INSULATION CLASSES FOR APPLIANCES:
CLASS 1: connect the appliance to a power supply network provided with an adequate earth
system
CLASS 2: protection against electric shock is guaranteed by double reinforced insulation.
TOPS:
The tops used in our production are divided into natural materials (marble, stone),marble agglomerate and
glass-wood.
• MARBLE: uniform fine-grained calcareous rock excellent for smoothing and polishing.
• STONE: rock with different mineral content not included in any specific category. It is not generally polished
and is divided into two categories, soft rock with little compaction and hard compact rock.
• MARBLE AGGLOMERATE: a material obtained from mixing marble particles with synthetic resins. It takes
on any shape or colour, its resistant and bending exceeds that of natural marble.
• LAMINATE: support in IDRO EI linen chipboard, coated and edged with plain-coloured laminate.
• VENEER: support in IDRO EI linen chipboard, veneered with wood sheets or pre-composed.
• GLASS: “Float” transparent glass or a choice of colours,15 mm thick, baked in ovens at 600° to make the
glass strong and flexible. The colour is fixed to the glass in the oven, forming a non-scratch vitrified film. It
is resistant to normal cosmetic products and waterproof (all liquids) guaranteeing perfect cleaning and
hygiene.

de notre meuble de salle de bain, les raisons pour lesquelles ils sont utilisés et leurs principales caractéristiques.
MIROIRS :
Miroirs prévus contre les incidents en cas de rupture accidentelle, le miroir se fragmente mais reste collé.
Le verre du miroir est de type argenté blanc 4mm OPTIMIRROR, la corniche est un profil en aluminium anodisé et
le panneau arrière est en eplak noir. L’espace intérieur entre miroir et panneau arrière est rempli de mousse en
polyuréthane de façon à former un unique bloc et obtenir une solidité maximum avec le poids minimum.
CAISSON MELAMINÉ :
Caissons en mélaminé IDROPAN. Idropan garantit la meilleure défense contre l’humidité à laquelle le meuble peut être
accidentellement soumis. Le produit est garanti, ayant soutenu les différents essais au “CATAS” centre d‘assistance technique
dans le secteur du meuble en bois,avec reconnaissance nationale et internationale.Parmi les essais les plus importants effectués
par IDROPAN, nous tenons à vous rappeler : gonflement flexion statique, absorption eau, formaldéhyde EN 120/92 (à bas
contenu 6,7 mg. la valeur minimum demandé par les normes européennes pour pouvoir être défini E1 : inférieur à 10mg),
résistance à la chaleur humide Uni 9117, résistance à la chaleur sèche Uni 9116, résistance à l’abrasion Uni 9115.

Les portes de nos modèles sont produites dans différentes typologies de matières premières, ces matériaux
sont choisis pour leurs caractéristiques esthétiques, techniques et qualitatives.

pression et chaleur élevée, à l’aide d’adhésifs.

PLANS DE TOILETTE :
Les plans de toilette présents dans notre production se divisent en matériaux naturels (marbre, pierre),
marbres techniques et verre-bois.
• MARBRE : roche calcaire à graine fine uniforme capable d’être parfaitement polie et cirée.
• PIERRE : roche de différente composition minéralogique n’appartenant à aucun classement. En général non
cirable, elle se divise en deux catégories, roches tendres et peu compactes et roches dures et compactes.
• MARBRE TECHNIQUE : matériau obtenu en mélangeant des particules de marbre avec des résines
synthétiques, il peut assumer n’importe quels forme et couloris, il est caractérisé par sa résistance et sa
flexion, supérieures à celles du marbre naturel.
• STRATIFIÉ : support en aggloméré IDRO E1 de lin, revêtu et bordé avec stratifié d’un seul coloris.
• PLAQUÉ : support en aggloméré IDRO E1 de lin, plaqué avec des feuilles de bois ou pré-composé.
• VERRE : verre Float, transparent, ou de différents coloris, de 15 mm d’épaisseur, soumis à un procédé de
cuisson dans des fours à 600° qui rendent le verre robuste et flexible. Dans le four la couleur est fixée au
verre en formant une pellicule vitrifiée anti-rayures. Inattaquable par les produits de cosmétique normaux
et imperméable à tous les liquides il garantit un nettoyage et une hygiène parfaits.
EMBALLAGES :
Tous les emballages de nos produits présentent les symboles qui distinguent le recyclage de ceux-ci, comme les

Heutzutage ist es nicht einfach, in technologischer und qualitativer Hinsicht immer auf den neuesten Stand zu sein,
da sie unsere Branche sehr rasch weiterentwickelt und die Konkurrenz immer größer werden lässt. Aus diesem
Grund hat die IDEA s.r.l. versucht, die in der Verarbeitung eingesetzten Rohmaterialien und die technischen Produkte
bei extrem zuverlässigen Lieferanten zu wählen. In diesem Absatz möchten wir Ihnen erklären, welche Produkte und
warum diese in der Herstellung unserer Badezimmermöbel werden und welche deren grundlegende Merkmale sind.
SPIEGEL:
Sicherheitsspiegel - bei Bruch geht der Spiegel kaputt, bleibt aber angeklebt.
Das 4-mm-Spiegelglas ist weiß versilbert (OPTIMIRROR), der Rahmen besteht aus einem eloxierten
Aluminiumprofil und die Rückwand aus schwarzem Eplak. Der Freiraum zwischen Spiegel und Rückwand wird mit
PU-Schaum ausgeschäumt, sodass ein einziger, stabiler Block mit geringem Gewicht entsteht.
MELAMINKORPUS:
Melaminkorpus aus IDROPAN. Idropan gewährleistet beste Beständigkeit gegen die Feuchtigkeit, der die Möbel
ungewollt ausgesetzt werden können. Das Produkt ist, nachdem es die diversen Tests des „CATAS“, dem
technischen Prüfinstitut der Möbelbranche, bestanden hat, auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene genehmigt. Zu
den wichtigsten Tests, denen IDROPAN unterzogen wurden, wollen wir Folgende nennen: Quellungen, statische
Biegung,Wasseraufnahme, Formaldehyd EN 120/92 (geringer Gehalt mit 6,7 mg - der erforderliche Mindestwert
für die Klassifizierung als E1 laut EU-Bestimmungen: unter 10 mg), Beständigkeit gegen feuchte Hitze UNI 9117,
Beständigkeit gegen trockene Hitze UNI 9116,Abriebfestigkeit UNI 9115.
STROMANSCHLUSS SPIEGEL:
• Die Montage der Steckdose und des Schalters hängt von den Anforderungen jedes einzelnen Staats auch innerhalb
der EU-Länder ab;
• Der Beleuchtungskörper entspricht den grundlegenden Anforderungen der Richtlinien 73/23/EWG, 93/68/EWG,
EN 60598-1A 12 (2002).
FURNIERTER KORPUS:
Korpus aus umweltfreundlichen „Idropan“ Platten, die aus Holzspänen mit wärmehärtenden Kunststoffharzen in
stark erhitzten Pressen gepresst und mit einem Holzblatt (Furnier), geschält oder geschnitten, mit gleichmäßiger
Stärke, allgemein unter einem Millimeter beschichtet werden.
Dieses Möbel ist mit Idropan-Platten hergestellt.
Idropan gewährleistet beste Beständigkeit gegen die
Feuchtigkeit, der die Möbel ungewollt ausgesetzt
werden können. Eine weitere Sicherheit zum Schutz
erstklassiger Möbel.
SCHARNIERE:
Unter den technischen Details unserer Möbel nehmen die Scharniere sicherlich den ersten Rang ein. Unsere
Scharniere werden von der Firma ARTURO SALICE S.p.A. hergestellt und sind zertifiziert (UNI EN 29001 - ISO
9001 - BS 5750 Teil 1).
FRONTEN:
Die Fronten unserer Modelle sind mit verschiedenen Rohstoffen gefertigt, die je nach ästhetischen, technischen und
qualitativen Eigenschaften gewählt werden.
• MDF: Platten aus unter Druck und Hitze verleimten Holz- und Zellulosefasern.
• FURNIER: Holzblätter, geschält oder geschnitten, mit gleichmäßiger Stärke, zur Beschichtung von Strukturen aus
Spanholzplatten, MDF usw.
• AUSFÜHRUNGEN: außerdem werden alle diese Materialien lackiert, wodurch die Möbel ihre glänzende oder
matte Farbe erhalten.
ABDECKPLATTEN:
Die eingesetzten Abdeckplatten bestehen entweder aus Naturmaterial (Marmor, Stein), Gussmarmor und Glas bzw.
Holz.
• MARMOR: gleichmäßig feinkörniger Kalkstein, kann geschliffen und poliert werden.
• NATURSTEIN: Stein mit verschiedenartiger Mineralzusammensetzung, kann nicht klassifiziert werden. Kann in der
Regel nicht poliert werden; ist in zwei Kategorien unterteilbar: weicher und nicht sehr kompakter Stein und
harter, kompakter Stein.
• MARMORGUSS: Material aus Marmorpartikeln und Kunstharzen; kann jede Form und jede Farbe annehmen, ist
beständiger und biegsamer als Naturmarmor.
• LAMINAT: Trägermaterial aus Spanholzplatten IDRO E1, Beschichtung und Umleimer aus komplett gefärbtem
Laminat.
• FURNIER:Trägermaterial aus IDRO E1, furniert mit Holz in Ein- oder Mehrblattausführung.
• GLAS: transparentes oder buntes, 15 mm starkes Float-Kristallglas, bei 600° gebrannt, wodurch es robust und
flexibel ist. Im Ofen wird die Farbe gebunden und bildet einen gläsernen, kratzfesten Film. Beständig gegen
normale Kosmetika, weist alle Flüssigkeiten ab, gewährt einwandfreie Reinigung und Hygiene.
