1.1 IMPORTANZA DEL MANUALE, USO E CONSERVAZIONE DELLO STESSO.
Questo manuale Vi aiuterà a conoscere e ad usare con il miglior rendimento la centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “ prodotta da PROJECT 2000.
Leggerlo attentamente prima di utilizzare la macchina.
Il manuale è destinato all’utilizzatore e/o manutentore della centralina “Light & Comfort” ed è considerato parte integrante dello stesso.
Il presente manuale ha la funzione di fornire informazioni per un uso corretto della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “ ed un’appropriata
manutenzione, nonché di tutelare la sicurezza dell’operatore.
A CHI E' INDIRIZZATO
Il presente manuale e' indirizzato all'utente della macchina, ai responsabili incaricati dello spostamento, installazione, uso, sorveglianza,
manutenzione e smantellamento finale della macchina.
FINALITA' DEL MANUALE
Il manuale serve per indicare l'utilizzo della macchina previsto dalle ipotesi di progetto e le caratteristiche tecniche, fornisce istruzioni per lo
spostamento, l'installazione adeguata e sicura, il montaggio, la regolazione e l'uso; fornisce informazioni per indirizzare gli interventi di
manutenzione, facilita l'ordinazione dei ricambi e fornisce indicazioni circa eventuali rischi residui.
RISPETTO DELLA LEGISLAZIONE
Unitamente alle regole del presente manuale dovranno essere rispettate le disposizioni legislative specifiche nel campo della prevenzione degli
infortuni sul lavoro
CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
Il manuale e' considerato parte dell'apparecchio e deve essere conservato in buono stato fino allo smaltimento finale dell'apparecchio.
Il manuale dovrà essere conservato in luogo protetto, asciutto, al riparo dai raggi del sole e dovrà essere sempre reperibile e disponibile per la
consultazione nei pressi della macchina.
COME CHIEDERE UNA COPIA ULTERIORE DEL MANUALE
Nel caso di danneggiamento della presente copia del manuale una nuova copia potrà essere richiesta alla ditta fornitrice a spese del Richiedente.

Viene demandato all'utilizzatore di garantire che:
 Tutte le operazioni di trasporto, allacciamento, manutenzione e riparazione vengano eseguite da personale qualificato ed autorizzato.
 Per personale qualificato si intende (come da IEC 364) quel personale che per formazione, istruzione, esperienza, conoscenza di norme,
prescrizioni, provvedimenti antinfortunistici e condizioni di utilizzo e servizio, sia in grado di effettuare ogni intervento necessario
riconoscendo ed evitando ogni possibile pericolo e/o danno.
 Tali persone dispongano di tutte le istruzioni ed informazioni del caso.
Il manuale deve essere conservato per tutta la vita della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “ e deve essere passato a qualsiasi altro utente o
successivo proprietario.
Le indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale non sostituiscono le disposizioni di sicurezza ed i dati tecnici per l’installazione ed il funzionamento,
applicate direttamente sul prodotto e sugli imballi.
Il presente manuale rispecchia lo stato della tecnica al momento attuale e non potrà essere considerato inadeguato solo perché successivamente
aggiornato in base a nuove esperienze.
Il costruttore si riserva altresì il diritto di modificare il manuale senza l’obbligo di aggiornare le edizioni precedenti.
Un uso improprio della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “ o difforme da quanto descritto nel presente manuale preclude ogni condizione di
garanzia o responsabilità del costruttore; l’utilizzo deve essere effettuato da parte di una persona adulta e responsabile.
E’ necessario conservare con cura il presente manuale, poiché il costruttore non risponde di danni arrecati a persone o cose, o subiti dalla
centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT“ se utilizzato in modo difforme da quanto in esso descritto o nel caso non vengano rispettate le prescrizioni di
manutenzione e sicurezza.
La conoscenza del prodotto e l’osservanza delle istruzioni contenute in questa documentazione sono condizioni necessarie per garantire i
requisiti di sicurezza e di corretto funzionamento.
E’ quindi necessario attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni riportate nel seguito.
Per qualsiasi inconveniente od avaria che dovesse verificarsi, a meno che non sia di ordinaria manutenzione, ci si dovrà rivolgere direttamente al
nostro “Servizio Assistenza Clienti” allo scopo di evitare possibili alterazioni a livello di sicurezza, affidabilità e funzionalità del prodotto.
In ogni caso tutti gli interventi sul prodotto dovranno essere eseguiti da
personale qualificato ed autorizzato.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità in caso di
inosservanza di detto divieto.
Ogni eventuale modifica, che non comprometta l’esistenza e l’efficienza dei dispositivi installati, dovrà comunque essere sottoposta
all’approvazione del costruttore e al collaudo degli enti preposti, a norma di legge, a cura e spese dell’acquirente.
Il costruttore fornisce, della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “, una garanzia di due anni per difetti di fabbricazione.
Il presente manuale deve essere sempre a disposizione dell’utilizzatore e/o manutentore, il quale deve essere informato sull’uso corretto del
prodotto e su eventuali rischi residui.
Deve essere conservato in luogo asciutto, pulito e protetto dal calore.
Impiegare il manuale in modo tale da non danneggiarne tutto o in parte il contenuto.
Non asportare, strappare o riscrivere per alcun motivo parti del manuale. In caso di smarrimento del manuale o di richiesta di ulteriori
informazioni, contattare il rivenditore di zona oppure il costruttore.

3.0 INFORMAZIONI TECNICHE

La scheda è un controllore dotato di:

Alimentazione 12Vdc, 12A max;

Doppio ingresso per il segnale di apertura e chiusura del camper.

Ingresso per il sensore dello sportello di guida.

Ingresso per il sensore della porta cellula.

Ingresso per il segnale “sotto chiave.

Ingresso per il segnale di configurazione dell’ingresso apertura per i telecomandi con un solo impulso.

Uscita tramite relè per l’accensione della luce interna;

Uscita tramite relè per l’accensione della luce esterna;

Uscita tramite due relè per il controllo e ripetizione della chiusura centralizzata, per l’utilizzo di ulteriori motorini (gavoni ecc)

Doppia uscita per il controllo del gradino di accesso

4.0 MOVIMENTAZIONE E TRASPORTO
Il prodotto viene spedito in perfette condizioni di funzionamento dopo essere stato sottoposto a collaudo presso la nostra azienda.
Tipo di imballaggio:
- Il prodotto viene imballato in scatola di cartone.
Il trasporto deve essere affidato ad una ditta specializzata.
All’arrivo segnalare al trasportatore eventuali danni e controllare che il prodotto sia completo e in perfetto stato.
Accertarsi che l'apparecchiatura non presenti segni di danneggiamento e che la fornitura sia completa e annotare sul documento di trasporto e/o
fattura accompagnatoria eventuali anomalie.
Se il danno e’ evidente, conservare l’imballaggio affinché possa essere ispezionato dalla Compagnia di trasporto che Vi ha consegnato la
macchina. Contattare la Compagnia di trasporto immediatamente, per una richiesta di risarcimento danni.
Se la fornitura non e' conforme all'ordine, rivolgersi immediatamente al fornitore.
Ogni danno o discordanza devono essere tempestivamente segnalate.

Gli eventuali materiali inseriti a protezione dei colli dovranno essere smaltiti secondo le loro qualità.
Gli elementi di imballo possono tagliare, ferire o divenire pericolosi se non maneggiati con cura o usati impropriamente; non lasciare alla portata
di bambini o persone non responsabili.
La macchina non e' stata progettata, costruita e collaudata per il funzionamento in ambienti non veicolari, con alto grado di inquinamento da
sostanze chimiche gassose quali cloro, ammoniaca ed assimilati, in locali con pericolo di incendio e di esplosione, in ambienti a rischio elettrico
elevato.
In ogni caso il trasporto della centralina “Light & Comfort” deve essere effettuato da personale qualificato ed autorizzato.

5.0 INSTALLAZIONE
Tutte le operazioni di installazione devono essere effettuate
da personale qualificato ed autorizzato.
Il funzionamento della centralina “Light & Comfort” è controllato tramite “la chiave telecomando” originale del veicolo, attraverso il comando
delle chiusure centralizzate.
Questo dispositivo molto utile gestisce l’accensione della luce intera ed esterna temporizzandola, dove presente anche l’apertura e la chiusura del
gradino. Inoltre funziona anche come azionatore per i motorini della chiusura centralizzata.
Il dispositivo può essere azionato nei seguenti modi:

Attraverso la chiusura centralizzata originale del veicolo utilizzando il telecomando a chiave di serie con 2 pulsanti.
Attraverso il telecomando dell’antifurto anche se questo a 1 pulsante solo collegando il dispositivo all’uscita della centrale d’allarme che
comanda la chiusura centralizzata
Utilizzando un radiocomando a codice variabile nostro Art. 080-30032 a 2 pulsanti.

5.1.1 IMPULSO CHIUSURA CENTRALIZZATA
Per il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo, è necessario collegare ai contatti 7 e 3 del connettore CN1 il segnale di apertura e chiusura del
mezzo.
Tale segnale può essere l’uscita della chiusura centralizzata normalmente destinata ai motori apri porta, oppure può essere l’uscita di un
ricevitore radio opportunamente configurato e collegato.
L’uscita della chiusura centralizzata verso i motori può essere positiva o negativa, ovvero entrambi i fili possono essere collegati al positivo
dell’alimentazione ed essere collegati a massa uno per volta, oppure possono essere entrambi a massa ed essere collegati al positivo uno per
volta. La centralina Light & Comfort funziona autonomamente con entrambi i sistemi senza bisogno di configurazioni particolari.
Per il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo è necessario collegare:
al contatto 3 il filo che diventa positivo rispetto all’altro quando è presente il segnale di apertura;
al contatto 7 il filo che diventa positivo rispetto all’altro quando è presente il segnale di chiusura.
La combinazione dell’uso dei comandi di apertura e chiusura controlla il funzionamento del dispositivo, che accende la luce interna dopo il primo
comando di apertura e accende anche la luce esterna e comanda l’apertura dello scalino dopo il secondo comando di apertura. Inoltre spegne la
luce e chiude lo scalino dopo il comando di chiusura.

5.1.2 SEGNALE CONFIGURAZIONE MODALITÀ APERTURA E CHIUSURA
La centralina Light & Comfort può essere usata anche quando il comando di apertura del mezzo dispone di un solo pulsante che funziona da
apertura e chiusura alternativamente.
In questo caso occorre configurare la centralina per questo tipo di funzionamento collegando a massa il contatto n. 5 del connettore CN1.
5.1.3 PULSANTE PORTA CELLULA
Lo stato della porta cellula, aperta o chiusa, è controllato tramite un pulsante collegato a massa e al contatto n. 6 del connettore CN1. Quando la
porta è aperta viene accesa la luce interna per 60”. Quando la porta viene chiusa, la luce viene accesa per 30”. Se la porta viene chiusa prima
dell’esaurimento dei 60”, la luce viene mantenuta accesa per i 30” previsti, quindi viene spenta.
Se la porta viene accesa quando il segnale “sotto chiave” è attivo, la luce sta accesa per i 60” previsti. Quando la porta viene chiusa la luce resta
accesa solo per ulteriori 3”.
5.1.5 SEGNALE SOTTO CHIAVE
Il segnale “sotto chiave” va connesso al contatto n. 1 del connettore CN1, attiva lo spegnimento dopo 3” delle luci se ancora accese e se le porte
sono chiuse.
5.1.6 ALIMENTAZIONE
La tensione di alimentazione va applicata fra i pin 4 e 8 del connettore CN1, con il filo di massa sul contatto n. 8 e il +12Vdc sul contatto n. 4.
Il dispositivo è protetto contro l’inversione di polarità.

5.1 Segnali per lo scalino
I contatti 6 e 3 del connettore CN2 sono dedicati alla gestione dello scalino.
Il contatto n. 6 va collegato al contatto n. 4 del connettore 8 poli della centralina di controllo dello scalino;
Il contatto n. 3 va collegato al contatto n. 1 del connettore 8 poli della centralina di controllo dello scalino.
N.B. Questa funzione e’ applicabile solo sulla centralina gradino Project 2000 cod . 12542
La scheda “Light & Comfort” comanderà l’apertura dello scalino ad ogni secondo impulso di apertura della chiusura centralizzata, e lo chiuderà ad
ogni impulso di chiusura.
Tale uscita di comando è isolata tramite foto accoppiatori.
5.2 Segnali per la chiusura centralizzata
La scheda “Light & Comfort” è in grado di pilotare direttamente i motori della chiusura centralizzata tramite due uscite a relè.
Per l’uso di tali uscite è sufficiente collegare la coppia di fili dei motori fra i contatti 2 e 5 del connettore CN2, collegando sul contatto n. 5 il filo
che deve andare positivo rispetto all’altro per aprire, e sul contatto 2 il filo che deve andare positivo rispetto all’altro per chiudere la chiusura
centralizzata.
Questa coppia di fili verrà pilotata dalla scheda coerentemente ai segnali che vengono ricevuti in ingresso dalla chiusura centralizzata.

5.3 Luce interna
Il contatto n. 4 del connettore CN2 è dedicato all’accensione della luce interna. Da questo contatto esce il +12 tramite un relè, per l’accensione
diretta delle luci, le quali potranno essere collegate a massa esternamente alla scheda.
Il massimo carico collegabile è di 70 Watt.

Lo schema di Fig. 3 riassume tutti i collegamenti da realizzare fra la scheda e gli altri elementi per ottenere un impianto correttamente
funzionante.
Attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni fornite a corredo DELLA CENTRALINA “LIGHT & COMFORT “, (schema di collegamento).
Nell’operazione di installazione attenersi alle attuali normative CEI in materia.
La Ditta costruttrice declina ogni responsabilità in caso di malfunzionamento della centralina “Light & Comfort” o del veicolo dovuto a
collegamenti a impianto elettrico non in perfetto stato di funzionamento e ad una installazione sul veicolo non corretta.
PRIMA DI INIZIARE QUALSIASI INTERVENTO della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “,
TOGLIERE SEMPRE LA TENSIONE.

Il prodotto viene consegnato al cliente integralmente collaudato e pronto per la messa in servizio. Le operazioni di messa in servizio e collaudo
del prodotto, una volta installato sul veicolo, dovranno essere effettuate da personale specializzato per eliminare i rischi collegati alla prima
messa in servizio del prodotto.
Tutte le operazioni di messa in servizio e collaudo devono essere effettuate da personale qualificato ed autorizzato.

7.0 CAMPO D’IMPIEGO E USO PREVISTO
Il prodotto dovrà essere destinato al solo uso ED ESCLUSIVO USO per il quale è espressamente concepito.
Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni derivanti da usi impropri o erronei ed irragionevoli.
L’utilizzatore deve attenersi alle norme di sicurezza vigenti nel paese d’installazione, oltre alle regole dettate dal comune buonsenso e assicurarsi
che vengano effettuate correttamente le periodiche operazioni di manutenzione.
L’installatore, l’utilizzatore o il manutentore hanno l’obbligo di segnalare al costruttore eventuali difetti o deterioramenti che possano
compromettere l’originale sicurezza d’impianto.
Le responsabilità derivanti dai componenti commerciali montati sul prodotto sono delegate ai rispettivi costruttori; le responsabilità del
personale autorizzato all’uso del prodotto sono delegate al cliente.

Alla ricezione del primo impulso di apertura viene aperta la chiusura centralizzata e vengono
accese le luci interne per 30”.
Alla ricezione del secondo impulso di apertura viene aperto lo scalino e viene accesa la luce
esterna per 60”.
Quando viene aperta la porta cellula, la luce interna viene accesa per 60”.
Se la porta viene chiusa durante la temporizzazione dei 60” impostati dopo l’apertura, la luce
rimane accesa per altri 30”.
Se la porta viene chiusa dopo lo spegnimento della luce, la luce viene accesa per 30”.
Se la porta viene chiusa quando la luce è ancora accesa ed è presente il segnale “sotto chiave”, il
tempo di accensione si riduce a 3”, sia per la luce interna che per la luce esterna se ancora accesa.
Quando viene aperto lo sportello di guida viene accesa la luce interna e rimane accesa finché lo
sportello resta aperto.
Quando viene chiuso lo sportello di guida, la luce interna rimane accesa per 30”.
Quando viene chiuso lo sportello di guida ed è presente il segnale “sotto chiave”, il tempo di
accensione della luce interna si riduce a 3”.
Alla ricezione dell’impulso di chiusura la luce interna si accende per circa 3” dopo i quali si ha lo
spegnimento anche della luce esterna se ancora accesa, e si ha la chiusura dello scalino.

10.0 SMANTELLAMENTO E DEMOLIZIONE
La Ditta costruttrice ha progettato e realizzato la centralina “Light & Comfort” per una durata di almeno 500 ore di funzionamento intermittente
e comunque esclusivamente se sono state rispettate le procedure di manutenzione riportate nel presente manuale.
Prima di iniziare le operazioni di smantellamento provvedere a scollegare l’impianto elettrico della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “, dalla
batteria del veicolo.
LA DITTA COSTRUTTRICE NON RISPONDERA’ DI EVENTUALI RIUTILIZZI DI COMPONENTI O MATERIALI.
SMALTIMENTO PARTI ELETTRICHE ED ELETTRONICHE:
Sono definiti “rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche” o “RAEE” le apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche considerate rifiuti ai
sensi dell’articolo 6, comma 1, lettera a), del decreto legislativo 5 febbraio 1997, n. 22, e successive modificazioni, inclusi tutti i componenti, i
sottoinsiemi ed i materiali di consumo che sono parte integrante del prodotto; un uso improprio delle stesse apparecchiature o di parti di esse
può provocare gravi danni all’ambiente ed alla salute umana dovuti a causa della presenza di sostanze pericolose nelle stesse.
Ai sensi del decreto legislativo 151/2005 è pertanto obbligatorio non smaltire i RAEE come rifiuti urbani ed effettuare, per detti rifiuti, una
raccolta separata; si applicano altrimenti le sanzioni previste in caso di smaltimento abusivo di rifiuti come stabilito dal decreto legislativo 5
febbraio 1997, n. 22.
Sono stabiliti dalla pubblica amministrazione o, su base volontaria da privati, i sistemi di raccolta dei RAEE ed i “centri di raccolta di RAEE” quali
spazi, locali e strutture per la raccolta superata ed il deposito temporaneo di RAEE predisposti cui il privato può direttamente rivolgersi.
E’ data peraltro la possibilità ai privati di riconsegnare al distributore l’apparecchiatura all’atto dell’acquisto di una nuova.
Il simbolo che indica la raccolta separata delle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (AEE) è un contenitore di spazzatura su ruote barrato:
il simbolo è stato stampato in modo visibile, leggibile ed indelebile direttamente sul prodotto.
11.0 CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI GARANZIA
Il costruttore “Project 2000” garantisce 24 mesi i vari componenti della centralina “LIGHT & COMFORT “dalla data di acquisto del prodotto. I
particolari difettosi non dovranno essere manomessi e dovranno essere accompagnati dal numero di matricola posto sulla targhetta
identificativa. I particolari manomessi o parzialmente smontati saranno esclusi dalla garanzia. Saranno anche escluse dalla garanzia le centraline
elettroniche nel caso in cui venga riscontrato il non corretto collegamento all’impianto: in questo caso sarà addebitata la riparazione.
Il costruttore “Project 2000” può decidere di sostituire i particolari difettosi anziché di ripararli. Nel caso in cui la riparazione o la sostituzione
risulti negativa, il cliente può decidere la riduzione dell’addebito o l’annullamento dell’’acquisto.
Viene escluso assolutamente qualsiasi risarcimento per danni indiretti.
La garanzia comprende la riparazione o sostituzione del pezzo presso la Ditta costruttrice “Project 2000”. Le eventuali spese di spedizione
(per le parti di ricambio in garanzia) nonché i costi per la mano d’opera presso i rivenditori o altri costi di qualsivoglia natura richiesti
dall’utilizzatore non sono compresi nella garanzia.

This manual will enable you to know and use your PROJECT 2000 control unit “LIGHT & COMFORT “.
Please read the manual carefully before using the device.
The manual has been written for users and/or product maintenance technicians and it is an integral part of the product.
This manual provides information for a correct and proper use and maintenance of the control unit “LIGHT & COMFORT”, as well as instructions
to protect operators.
TARGET READERS
Target readers of this manual are users and technicians in charge of transport, installation, use, surveillance, maintenance and final disassembling
of the system.
PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL
This manual describes the system purpose and use based on its project and technical features; it provides instructions for transport, proper and
safe installation, mounting, adjustment and use. It provides information for maintenance operations, it simplifies spare part order placement
procedures and provides insight on possible residual risks.
COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT LEGISLATION
Specific legislation related to work accident prevention must be complied with, as well as the guidelines provided in this manual.
MANUAL PRESERVATION
This manual is an integral part of the system and must be preserved until system final disposal.
The manual must be preserved in a safe and dry environment, protected against UV-rays and it must be available at hand near the machine.
HOW TO OBTAIN AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF THE MANUAL
If this copy of the manual is damaged, a new copy can be requested to the manufacturer at the requesting Customer's own expense.

The user shall guarantee that:
 All transport, connection, maintenance and repair operations are carried out by skilled and authorized staff.
 Skilled staff is understood as being (pursuant to IEC 364) the staff whose training, education, experience, information on law and regulations,
accident prevention measures and terms of use and service, and who is able to carry out necessary operations recognizing and avoiding any
possible danger and/or damage.
 All necessary instructions and information are available to the staff.
The manual must be preserved throughout the whole “LIGHT & COMFORT “ life and must be handed on to new users or owners.
The information provided in this manual does not replace safety regulations and technical specifications for installation and operation which
directly apply to the product and its packaging.
This manual is intended to reflect the current state of the art in technique and shall not be considered unsuitable due to future updates based on
new experiences.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the manual without incurring any obligation to update previous versions.
An improper use of the “LIGHT & COMFORT “ control unit or use different from what described in this manual will automatically invalidate any
warranty term or Manufacturer's responsibility. The system shall be used by responsible and adult staff.
It is necessary to carefully preserve this manual, as the Manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage to person or property or to the
“LIGHT & COMFORT “ control unit if this was used in an improper or unskilled way, other than described in this manual or in case of noncompliance with maintenance and safety rules.
Product knowledge and compliance with the instructions provided in these documents are prerequisite to ensure safety requirements and proper
functioning.
It is therefore necessary to keep strictly to the following instructions.
In case of any problem or failure - unless it is to be considered as routine maintenance - it is necessary to contact our "Customer Service
Department" in order to avoid any possible changes affecting product safety, reliability and function.
However, any operation on the product shall be carried out by
skilled and authorized staff.
The Manufacturer shall be held harmless in case of
breach of the aforementioned rule.
Any change not affecting installed products existence or efficiency shall however be subject to the Manufacturer's approval and to tests by
bodies responsible for testing, according to the current standards, at the Purchaser's own responsibility and expenses.
The Manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for control unit’s components.
This manual shall always be available to the user and/or maintenance technician, who shall always be informed about the correct use of the
product and about any possible residual risks.
It must be preserved in a dry, clean environment protected against heat.
Always use the manual so to protect it against partial or total damage.
Do not erase, tear or rewrite its content for any reason. In case of loss of the manual or if further information is required, please contact you
area retailer or the manufacturer.

4.0 MOVEMENT AND TRANSPORT
The product is dispatched in perfect operating conditions after being tested at our premises.
Packaging type:
- If individually dispatched, the product is packed in a cardboard box.
Transport shall be carried out by a specialized company.
It is necessary to inform the Manufacturer of any possible damage upon arrival of the goods and to make sure the product is perfectly preserved
and intact.
Make sure the device has no evident damage and the delivery is complete and write any possible problem on the shipping document and/or
invoice.
If the damage is visible, preserve the packaging so that it can be viewed by the transport Company that delivered the system. Contact the
transport Company immediately for a damage refund request.
If the delivery does not match with the order, contact the Manufacturer immediately.

Any possible material inserted as product protection must be disposed of based on their specific features.
Packaging parts may cut, cause injuries or become dangerous if they are not handled with care or improperly used; keep out of reach of children
and people who are not in charge of handling the system.
The device was not designed, manufactured and tested to operate in environments other than vehicles, with a high chemical gaseous materials
pollution level, such as chlorine, ammonia and similar materials, in environments with a high fire and explosion risk or with a high electric risk.

5.0 INSTALLATION
All installation operations shall be carried out by

The “Light & Comfort” control unit is operated by the standard remote control of the vehicle’s central locking
This very useful device controls the inside and outside lights of the vehicle by dimming them and also the opening/closing of the entry step when
present.

5.1.1 CENTRAL LOCKING IMPULSE
In order to operate the device correctly, it is necessary to connect the vehicle opening/closing signal to terminals 7 and 3 in the CN1 connector.
This signal will either be the central locking output normally used for the door opening motorized mechanism, ,or the output of a radio receiver
which is properly set up and connected.
The central locking output towards the motorized mechanisms can be positive or negative, i.e. both cables can either be connected to the power
supply positive pole and to earth one by one, or can be both connected to earth together and to the positive pole one by one. The Light &
Comfort control unit works independently with both connection types with no need of specific set ups.
For the device to operate correctly it is necessary to connect:
the wire that becomes positive against the other at opening signal presence to terminal 3
the wire that becomes positive against the other at closing signal presence to terminal 7
The opening/closing impulse controls the device operation. After the first opening control the internal light turns on. After the second
opening control also the external light turns on and the step comes out. With the closing control instead, the lights turns off and the
step retracts.
5.1.2 OPENING/CLOSING MODE SET UP SIGNAL
The Light & Comfort control unit can be used also when the vehicle opening control has only one key which is used both for opening and closing
in turn.
In this case it is necessary to set up the control unit for this type of functioning by connecting terminal n. 5 of the CN1 connector to earth.
5.1.3 ENTRY DOOR SWITCH
The entry door, open or closed, is controlled by a switch connected to earth and to terminal n. 6 of the CN1 connector. When the door is open,
the internal light is on for 60”. When the door is closed, the light is on for other 30”. If the door is closed before the 60”, the light is on for the
standard 30” and then it dims down.
If the door is open when the key on/key off is on, the light is on for the standard 60” . When the door is closed the light is on only for other 3”.
5.1.5 KEY ON/KEY OF SIGNAL
The “key on/key off signal ” must be connected to terminal n. 1 of the CN1 connector and it turns off the lights after 3” if they are still on and
and if the doors are closed.
5.1.6 POWER SUPPLY
The power supply must be applied between terminal 4 and 8 of the CN1 connector , with the earth cable on terminal n. 8 and the +12Vdc on
terminal n. 4.
The device is now protected from inverted polarity

5.1 Signals for the step
Terminals 6 and 3 of CN2 connector are used to control the step.
Terminal n. 6 must be connected to terminal n. 4 of the step control unit 8 way connector;
Terminal n. 3 must be connected to terminal n. 1 of the step control unit 8 way connector
P.S. This function can only be set up on Project 2000 control unit item n. 12542
“Light & Comfort” circuit board will control the step opening at every second opening impulse of the central locking and step closing at every
first impulse.
The exit from this mode is isolated through opto-isolators.
5.2 Signals for central locking
“Light & Comfort” circuit board is able to control directly the motorized mechanisms of the central locking through 2 relay exits.
In order to use these exits it is sufficient to connect the two motor wires between terminal 2 and 5 of the CN2 connector, the wire that must be
positive against the other in order to open to terminal n. 5 and the wire that must be positive against the other in order to close the central
locking to terminal 2.
This wire couple will be controlled by the circuit board coherently to the signals that are received as inputs from the central locking.

5.Internal light
Terminaln. 4 of the CN2 connector are used to to turn on the internal lights. From this terminal comes out the +12 through a relay needed to
directly turn on teh lights, which can be therefore connected to earth outside the circuit board.
The maximum load that can be connected is of 70 Watt.

The wiring diagram n. 3 indicates all necessary connections between the circuit board and the other elements in order to obtain a system that
works correctly.
Please follow attentively the instructions given with the LIGHT & COMFORT “CONTROL UNIT, (wiring diagram).
During fitting operations please follow the current CEI directives on the matter.
The manufacturer declines every responsibility in case of malfunctioning of the “Light & Comfort” control unit or of the vehicle due to
connections to a not well functioning electrical system or due to a not correct fitting.
BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION ON on the “LIGHT & COMFORT “ control unit,
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY .
6.0 START-UP AND TESTING
The product is delivered to the customer fully tested and ready for start-up. Start-up operations and product testing shall be carried out - once
the system has been mounted on the vehicle - by specialized staff in order to reduce risks related to product start-up

7.0 APPLICATION FIELD AND PURPOSE

The Manufacturer shall be held harmless for any possible damages due to improper, unskilled or unreasonable use.
The user shall comply with current safety regulation in force in the installation country and also to common sense rules and make sure regular
maintenance is performed correctly.
The installer, user or maintenance technician shall inform the Manufacturer about any possible defects or deterioration that might compromise
the original safety of the system.
In case of commercial components mounted on the product, the component manufacturers are liable; the customer is liable for authorized staff
using the product.
8.0 STARTING AND OPERATING
The table below shows the reaction of the control unit to the listed events:

When the first opening impulse is received, the central locking is opened and the internal lights
turn on for 30”.
When the second opening impulse is received, the step comes out and the external light turns on
for 60”.

If the door is closed after the light turns off, the light turns on again for 30”.
If the door is closed when the light is still on and at presence of the key on /key off signal, the on
timing of the light is reduced to 3” both for the internal and external light if still on.
When the driver door is open, the internal light turns on and lasts until the door is closed again
When the driver door is closed, the internal light is on for 30”.
When the driver door is closed and at presence of the key on /key off signal, the on timing of the
light is reduced to 3”
When the closing impulse is received, the internal light is on for 3”and then turns off. Afterwards
also the outside light, if still on, turns off and the step closes.
9.0 0 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

10.0 DISASSEMBLING AND DEMOLITION
The Manufacturer designed and developed bed lifting systems having a life of at least 500 intermittent working hours and however only if the
maintenance guidelines provided in this manual are complied with.
Before starting with the dismantling operations, do disconnect the “LIGHT & COMFORT electrical system from the engine battery.
THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT RESPOND FOR ANY REUSE OF COMPONENTS OR MATERIALS.
DISMANTLING OF ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC PARTS:
Electric and electronic devices classified as waste pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter a) of the Legislative Decree of February 5th 1997, No. 22 and
following modifications are defined as "Waste electrical and electronic equipment" or "WEEE", including all components, subgroups and
consumables that are integral part of the product; an improper use of the equipment or part of the equipment can cause serious damage to
environment and health due to the presence of hazardous materials contained.

WEEE collection systems and "WEEE collection centers" have been defined by the public administration as areas, buildings and structures for
separate collection and temporary stocking of WEEE, opened to citizens.
It is furthermore possible to return the system to the retailer when purchasing a new one.
The logo for separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) is a crossed-out wheeled rubbish bin: this logo is printed directly on
the product in a visible position and it is well readable and indelible.
11.0 WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Manufacturer “Project 2000” guarantees the control unit “Light & Comfort” for 24 months after purchase. Defective parts shall not be
tampered with and they shall be returned together with the serial number indicated on the plate located on the bed lifting system.
Parts that have been tampered with or partially disassembled will not be covered under warranty. Electronic control units will not be covered
under warranty in case of incorrect connection detection to the system: in this case repair costs will be charged to the customer.
The Manufacturer "Project 2000" may decide to replace defective components instead of repairing them. Should replacement or repair have a
negative outcome, the customer can charge repair costs to the Manufacturer or cancel the purchase
The manufacturer will not be liable for any indirect damage..
The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts at the Manufacturer's (Project 2000) premises. Transport costs (for spare parts under
warranty) as well as retailer labour costs or other costs required by the user are not covered under warranty.

Ce manuel est destiné à l’utilisateur et/ou technicien de maintenance du dispositif « Light & Comfort » et fait partie

Le but de ce manuel est de fournir les informations pour une utilisation correcte du dispositif et un entretien adéquat, ainsi que de garantir la
sécurité de l’opérateur.

Ce manuel est destiné à l’utilisateur du dispositif, aux responsables compétents pour son déplacement, installation, utilisation, surveillance,
maintenance et dépose finale
OBJECTIF DU MANUEL
Le but de ce manuel est de définir le type d’utilisation prévue pour le dispositif en objet et ses caractéristiques techniques, de fournir les
instructions pour son déplacement et mise en place, son montage, son contrôle et utilisation. Il fournit également les informations nécessaires
pour diriger les interventions de maintenance, faciliter la commande de pièces de rechange et fournit toutes les indications concernant les
risques résiduels possibles.
RESPECT DE LA LEGISLATION
Au delà des règles mentionnées dans ce manuel , il faudra observer les dispositions législatives spécifiques dans le domaine de la prévention des
accidents du travail.
CONSERVATION DU MANUEL
Ce manuel fait partie intégrante du dispositif et il doit être conservé en bon état jusqu’à la dépose finale de ce dernier.
Il devra être conservé dans un endroit sûr, sec et protégé des rayons du soleil et être toujours accessible et disponible près du dispositif pour être
consulté.
COMMENT DEMANDER UN AUTRE EXEMPLAIRE DE CE MANUEL
En cas de dégradation de cette copie du manuel, un nouveau exemplaire pourra être demandé au fabricant en communiquant les coordonnées
indiquées sur la plaquette du dispositif, le frais de transport sont à charge de la partie requérante.

produit et sur les risques éventuels.
Il doit être conservé dans un endroit sec, propre et protégé contre la chaleur.

La carte est un contrôleur équipé avec:

Double entrée pour le signale d’ouverture ou fermeture du camping car.

Entrée pour le senseur sur la porte côté chauffeur.

Entrée pour le signal de configuration de l’entrée ouverture avec les télécommandes à une seule impulsion.

4.0 MANUTENTION ET TRANSPORT
Le produit est expédié en parfait état de fonctionnement après avoir été soumis à l’essai final dans notre atelier.
Type d’emballage:
- le produit est emballé dans une boîte en carton.
Le transport doit être confié à une maison spécialisée.
Au moment de la réception il faut signaler les dommages éventuels au transporteur et contrôler que le produit soit complet et en parfait état
S’assurer également de l’absence de dommages sur le dispositif et que la livraison soit complète et noter sur le document de transport et/ou
facture d’accompagnement les anomalies éventuellement présent.
En cas de dommage évident, conserver l’emballage pour qu’il puisse être inspecté par la Société de transport qui vous a livré l’appareil. Contacter
immédiatement celle-ci pour une demande de dommages-intérêts.

Les éléments d’emballage peuvent couper, blesser ou devenir dangereux s’ils ne sont pas maniés avec soin ou si utilisés avec négligence; ne les
pas laisser à la portée des enfants ou de personnes non responsables
Le mécanisme n’a pas été conçu, produit et testé pour le fonctionnement dans autres applications qui ne sont pas des véhicules et avec un haut
niveau de pollution des substances chimiques comme le chlore, l’ammoniaque et des produits similaires, ou dans enivrements à risque d’incendie
et explosions et endroits avec un haut risque électrique.

Dans tous les cas, le transport du dispositif « Light&Comfort » doit être effectué par du personnel qualifié
et autorisé.
5.0 MISE EN PLACE
Toutes les opérations de mise en place doivent être effectuées par du personnel qualifié et autorisé.
Le fonctionnement de la centrale « Light & Comfort » est contrôlé par la « clé télécommande » original du véhicule à travers la commande de
la fermeture centralisée
Ce dispositif très utile gère l’allumage des éclairages internes et externes du véhicule et leurs temporisation, s’il y a un marchepied elle gère aussi
son ouverture et la rentrée. Elle fonctionne aussi comme actionneur des moteurs pour la fermeture centralisée.
Le dispositif peut être actionné selon les modalités suivantes:

Par la fermeture centralisée du véhicule en utilisant la clé de série avec les deux boutons.
Par la télécommande du dispositif antivol, même s’il a que un bouton en le reliant à la sortie de la centrale d’alarme qui commande la
fermeture centralisée

5.1.1 IMPULSION FERMETURE CENTRALISEE
Pour le bon fonctionnement du dispositif il faut connecter aux contactes 7 et 3 du connecteur CN1 le signal pour l’ouverture et la fermeture du
véhicule.
Ce signal peut être la sortie de la fermeture centralisée qui est d’habitude destinée aux moteurs pour ouvrir les portes, ou même la sortie d’un
récepteur pour la radio opportunément configuré et connecté.
La sortie de la fermeture centralisée vers les moteurs peut être positive ou négative, c’est à dire que les deux fils peuvent être connectés au pôle
positif de l’alimentation et être connectés à la masse un après l’autre, ou bien être les deux connectés à la masse et au positif un après l’autre. La
centrale Light & Confort marche autonome avec les deux solutions sans besoin d’aucune configuration spécifique.
Pour le correcte fonctionnement du dispositif il faut connecter:
Au contact 3 le fil qui devient positif par rapport à l’autre quand il y a le signal d’ouverture;
Au contact 7 le fil qui devient positif par rapport à l’autre quand il y a le signal de fermeture.
La combinaison dans l’emploi des commandes de fermeture et fermeture, contrôle le fonctionnement du dispositif qui allume l’éclairage interne
après la première commande d’ouverture et elle allume aussi l’éclairage externe et commande l’ouverture du marchepied après la deuxième
commande d’ouverture. En outre elle éteint l’éclairage et fait rentrer le marchepied après la commande d’ouverture.

5.1.2 SIGNAL CONFIGURATION MODALITE OUVERTURE ET FERMETURE
La centrale Light & Confort peut être utilisée aussi quand la commande d’ouverture du véhicule est équipé qu’avec un seul bouton qui fait la
fonction ouverture ou fermeture alternativement.
Dans ce cas il faut configurer la centrale pour ce type de fonctionnement en reliant à la masse le contact nr. 5 du connecteur CN1.
5.1.3 BOUTON PORTE CELLULE
L’état de la porte cellule, en position ouverte ou fermé, est contrôlé par le bouton relié à la terre et au contact n. 6 du connecteur CN1. Quand la
porte est ouverte, s’allume l’éclairage interne pour 60”. Quand la porte vient fermée, l’éclairage s’allume pour 30”. Si la porte vient fermée avant
le complètement des 60”, l’éclairage reste allumé pendant 30”, puis il s’éteint.
Si on ouvre la port lors de la mise du contact (clé sur ON), l’éclairage reste allumé pendant 60”. Quand la porte vient fermée l’éclairage reste
allumé que pour autres 3”.
5.1.5 SIGNAL DE LA MISE DU CONTACT
Le signal « de la mise du contact » doit être relié au contact n. 1 du connecteur CN1, il commande l’extinction après 3” des éclairages si ils sont
encore allumés et les portes sont fermées.
5.1.6 ALIMENTATION
La tension d’alimentation doit être mise entre les pin 4 et 8 du connecteur CN1, avec le câble relié à terre sur le contact n. 8 et le +12Vdc sur le
contacteur nr. 4.
Le dispositif est protégé contre l’inversion de polarité.

5.1 Signal pour le marchepied
Les contacts 6 et 3 du connecteur CN2 sont pour la gestion du marchepied.
Le contact n. 6 doit être relié au contact n. 4 du connecteur 8 pôles de la centrale pour le contrôle du marchepied;
Le contact n. 3 doit être relié au contact n. 1 du connecteur 8 pôles de la centrale pour le contrôle du marchepied.
Attention: Cette fonction peut être appliquée seulement à la centrale pour le marchepied de Project 2000 réf . 12542
La carte de la centrale « Light & Confort » commandera l’ouverture du marchepied à chaque deuxième impulsion pour l’ouverture de la
fermeture centralisée et le fera rentrer à chaque impulsion de fermeture.
Cette sortie de commande est isolée par des coupleurs optiques.
5.2 Signaux pour la fermeture centralisée
La carte de la centrale « Light & Confort » peut commander directement les moteurs pour la fermeture centralisée par deux sorties à relais.
Pour l’emploi de ces sorties il suffit de relier la paire des fils des moteurs entre les contacts 2 et 5 du connecteur CN2, en reliant sur le contact n. 5
le fil qui doit aller au positif par rapport à l’autre pour ouvrir, et sur le contact 2 le fil qui doit être positif par rapport à l’autre pour fermer la
fermeture centralisée.
Cette paire de fils sera commandée par la carte selon les signaux qui sont réceptionnés à l’entrée par la fermeture centralisée.

5.3 éclairage interne
Le contact n. 4 du connecteur CN2 est pour l’allumage de l’éclairage interne. De ce contact sort le +12 par un relais, pour l’allumage directe des
éclairages, et qui peuvent être reliées à la terre extérieurement à la carte.
La charge maximale qu’on peut relier est de maximale 70 Watt.

Le schéma de l’image 3 résume toutes les connexions à faire entre la carte et les autres éléments pour obtenir un système qui marche
correctement.
Suivre attentivement les instructions fournies avec la centrale « Light & Confort », (plan de connexion).
Pendant l’installation il faut suivre attentivement les actuelles normatives CEI.
Le Fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas défaillance de la centrale « Light & Confort » ou du véhicule à cause des connexions à un
système électrique qui n’est pas parfaitement fonctionnant et à une installation pas correcte sur le véhicule.
AVANT DE DÉBUTER TOUTE SORTE D’OPERATION AVEC LA centrale « LIGHT & COMFORT »,
il faut toujours couper la tension.
6.0 MISE EN OEUVRE ET ESSAI FINAL
Le produit est livré au Client entièrement testé et prêt pour la mise en œuvre. Les opérations de mise en œuvre et essai du produit, une fois
installé sur le véhicule, devront être effectuées par du personnel spécialisé afin d’éliminer tout risques liés à la première mise en œuvre du
produit

7.0 DOMAINE D’EMPLOI ET UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Le produit devra être destiné exclusivement à l’utilisation pour laquelle il a été conçu. Autres applications dans environnements qui ne sont pas
des véhicules ne sont pas prévues.
Le produit devra être DESTINE EXCLUSIVEMENT à l’utilisation pour laquelle il a été conçu.
Le Fabricant ne peut pas être considéré comme responsable des dommages éventuels découlant d’une utilisation inadéquate, erronée et
illégitime.
L’utilisateur devra observer les normes de sécurité en vigueur dans le pays d’installation, outre aux règles de bon sens et s’assurer que les
opérations d’entretien périodiques soient correctement effectuées.
L’utilisateur, les techniciens préposés à la mise en place et à la maintenance ont l’obligation de communiquer au Fabricant tous défauts ou
détériorations éventuels pouvant compromettre la sécurité originale de l’installation.
Les responsabilités découlant des composants commerciaux montés sur le produit sont déléguées aux constructeurs respectifs; les
responsabilités du personnel autorisé à utiliser le produit sont déléguées au Client.
8.0 DEMARRAGE ET FONCTIONNEMENT
Le tableau suivant montre le comportement de la centrale avec les événements sous-décrits:

A la réception de la première impulsion pour ouverture s’ouvre la fermeture centralisée et
s’allument les éclairages internes pour 30”.
A la réception de la deuxième impulsion pour ouverture s’ouvre le marchepied et s’allume
l’éclairage externe pour 60”.
Quand on ouvre la porte cellule l’éclairage interne s’allume pour 60”.
Si la porte vient fermée pendant la temporisation des 60” définis après l’ouverture, l’éclairage reste
allumé pour autres 30”.
Si la porte vient fermée après l’extinction de l’éclairage, l’éclairage s’allume pour 30”.
Si la porte vient fermée quand l’éclairage est encore allumé et il y a le signal de mise du contact, le
temps d’allumage se réduit à 3”, soit pour l’éclairage interne que pour l’éclairage externe si il est
encore allumé.
À l’ouverture de la porte côté chauffeur s’allume l’éclairage interne et il reste allumé jusqu’au
moment la porte reste ouverte.
Quand la porte côté chauffeur vient fermée, l’éclairage interne reste allumé pendant 30”.
Quand la porte côté chauffeur vient fermée et il y a le signal de la mise du contact, le temps
d’allumage se réduit à 3”.
A la réception de la première impulsion pour la fermeture l’éclairage interne s’allume pour
environs 3” et après on a l’extinction aussi de l’éclairage externe (si il est encore allumé) et la
rentrée du marchepied.

10.0 DEPOSE ET DESTRUCTION
Le dispositif « Light&Confort » a été conçu et réalisé pour une durée de vie d’au moins 500 heures de fonctionnement non continu et de toute
façon seulement si les procédures d’entretien mentionnées dans ce manuels sont observées.
Avant de débuter les opérations de dépose, pourvoir à déconnecter l’installation électrique de la centrale « LIGHT&CONFORT » de la batterie du
véhicule

DISPOSITIF:
On définit « déchets d’équipement électriques ou électroniques » au « RAEE » les équipements électriques ou électroniques qui sont considérés
déchets aux termes de l’article 6, alinéa 1, lettre a) du décret-loi 5 février 1997, n° 22 et modifications suivantes, les composants, les sousensembles et le matériels consommables qui font partie intégrante du produit ; un usage impropre des équipements ou de pièces des
équipements peut causer graves dommages à l’environnement et à la santé des personnes à cause des substances dangereuses qu’ils
contiennent.
Aux termes du décret-loi 151/2005, il est donc obligatoire de ne pas éliminer les RAEE comme déchets urbains et de collecter ce type de déchets
séparément ; il faut autrement appliquer les sanctions prévues en cas d’élimination illégale de déchets, comme prévu par le décret-loi 5 février
1997,n° 2
L’administration publique ou les particuliers, sur base volontaire, établissent les systèmes de collecte des RAEE et les « centres de collecte de
RAEE » comme espaces, locaux et structures établies pour la collecte sélective et le dépôt temporaire de RAEE aux quels les particuliers peuvent
s’adresser.
Les particuliers peuvent, d’ailleurs, restituer l’équipement au distributeur à l’achat d’un nouvel équipement.
Le symbole qui indique la collecte sélective d’équipement électriques et électroniques (AEE) est un conteneur des ordures avec
des roues, barré : le symbole a été imprimé directement sur le produit de façon visible, lisible et indélébile.
11.0 CONDITIONS GENERALES DE GARANTIE
Le Fabricant “Project 2000” garantit les différents composants de la centrale « LIGHT&COMFORT » pour une période de 24 mois à partir de la
date d’achat du produit.
Les pièces défectueuses ne devront pas être altérées (modifiées) et elles doivent avoir le numéro de matricule sur la plaquette d’identification.
Les pièces modifiées ou partiellement démontées seront exclus de la garantie. La garantie ne couvrira pas les postes de commande électriques
dans le cas où une connexion incorrecte à l’installation serait vérifiée: dans ce cas, la réparation sera débitée au propriétaire.
Le Fabricant pourra décider de remplacer les pièces défectueuses au lieu de les réparer. Si la réparation ou le remplacement donnent un résultat
négatif le client peut décider de demander la détraction du coût ou l’annuellement de l’achat.
Tout dédommagement pour dommages indirects est strictement exclus
La garantie comprend la réparation ou remplacement de la pièce auprès du Fabricant “Project 2000 S.r.l.”. Les frais d’expédition éventuels
(pour les pièces de rechange sous garantie) ainsi que les coûts de main d’œuvre auprès des distributeurs ne sont pas compris dans la
garantie et sont à charge du requérant.

Dieses Handbuch wird Ihnen helfen das „LIGHT & COMFORT” Steuergerät von PROJECT 2000 kennen zu lernen und zu benutzen, um diese
vorteilhaft einzusetzen
Bitte gut durchlesen bevor Sie die Vorrichtung benutzen.
Das Handbuch wurde für den Benutzer/Wartungsarbeiter des LIGHT & COMFORT” Steuergeräts angefertigt und ist als Bestandteil des Gerätes
anzusehen.
Das vorliegende Handbuch hat die Funktion ausreichende Informationen für einen korrekte Bedienung der Bett-Hubvorrichtung und eine
geeignete Wartung anzugeben, sowie die Sicherheit des Bedieners zu schütz.

Das Handbuch richtet sich an den Bediener der Maschine, an die Verantwortlichen für den Transport, die Installation, den Gebrauch, die
Beaufsichtigung, Wartung und letztendliche Stilllegung der Maschine.
ZWECK DES HANDBUCHES
Das Handbuch dient dazu, auf den Gebrauch der Maschine laut Projektvoraussetzungen und technischer Merkmale hinzuweisen, erleuchtet
Hinweise für den Transport, die angemessene und sichere Installation, die Montage, die Regelung und Bedienung; erleuchtet Hinweise zur
Einleitung der Wartungseingriffe, erleichtert die Bestellung der Ersatzteile und gibt Hinweise zu eventuellen Restrisiken.
Beachtung der Rechtsvorschriften
Neben den angegebenen Regeln des Handbuches müssen auch die gesetzlichen Fachvorschriften im Bereich der Unfallverhütung bei der Arbeit
eingehalten werden
AUFBEWARUNG DES HANDBUCHES
Das Handbuch ist als Bestandteil des Gerätes anzusehen und muss im guten Zustand bis zur letztendlichen Stilllegung der Maschine aufbewahrt
werden.
Das Handbuch muss in einem sicheren, trockenen und von Sonnenstrahlen geschützten Ort aufbewahrt werden und muss zum Nachschlagen von
Informationen immer in der Nähe der Maschine bereit liegen.
Wie beantragt man eine weitere Kopie des Handbuches?
Falls das vorliegende Handbuch beschädigt wird, kann man auf Kosten des Antragstellers bei der Lieferfirma eine weitere Kopie beantragen.

1. Das vorliegende Handbuch spiegelt den heutigen Stand der Technik der Maschine wider und kann nicht auf Grund von Überarbeitungen, die
sich auf neue Erfahrungen stützen, als unangemessen angesehen werden.
2. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, die Produktion und die Handbücher zu erneuern, ohne dafür die Pflicht zu haben, die vorgehenden
Produktionen und Handbücher neu zu bearbeiten.
3. Die Merkmale der Materialien können zu jedem Zeitpunkt je nach technischer Entwicklung geändert werden und dies auch ohne
Vorankündigung.
4. Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche Verantwortung ab, falls Folgendes mit der Maschine passiert

Der Benutzer ist angesprochen um folgendes zu garantieren:
 Der Transport, die Verbindung, Wartung und Reparatur müssen von genehmigtem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.
 Unter Fachpersonal versteht man (laut IEC 364) das Personal, dass auf Grund von Ausbildung, Schulung, Erfahrung und Kenntnis der Normen,
Vorschriften, Unfallverhütungsmaßnahmen und Gebrauch- und Dienstleistungsbedingung, in der Lage ist jeden notwendigen Eingriff
durchzuführen und dabei alle möglichen Gefahren und Schäden vermeidet.
 Diese Personen sollten alle Anleitungen und Informationen, die im Einzelfall notwendig sind zur Verfügung haben.
Das Handbuch muss für die ganze Lebensdauer des „Light & Comfort“ Steuergeräts aufbewahrt werden und muss anderen Bedienern oder
folgenden Inhaber übergeben werden.
Die Hinweise dieses Handbuches ersetzten nicht die Sicherheitsvorschriften und die technischen Daten für die Installation, die direkt auf das
Produkt und auf dessen Verpackung angebracht sind.

Handbuches schließt jeweilige Garantie oder Verantwortung seitens des Herstellers aus. Das Steuergerät muss von einer erwachsenen und
verantwortlichen Person angewendet werden.
Es ist notwendig, dieses Handbuch gut aufzubewahren, sofern der Hersteller bei ungetreuem Gebrauch in Bezug auf das Handbuch nicht für die
Schaden an Personen oder Dingen, oder an dem Steuergerät selbst aufkommt, als auch im Fall, dass die Wartungs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
nicht eingehalten werden.
Die Kenntnis des Produktes und die Einhaltung der Anweisungen, die in der vorliegenden Dokumentation enthalten sind, erweisen sich als
notwendig, um die Sicherheits- und Betriebsvoraussetzungen zu garantieren.
Daher ist es notwendig, sich gewissenhaft an die folgenden Anweisungen zu halten.
Im Fall von jeweiligen Schwierigkeiten oder Defekte, es sei denn, diese gehören zur regelmäßigen Wartung, muss man sich direkt an unseren
„Kundendienst“ wenden, um eventuell Veränderungen am Sicherheitsmaß, der Zuverlässigkeit und Funktionalität des Produktes zu vermeiden.
Auf jeden Fall müssen alle Eingriffe auf das Produkt von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

Der Hersteller lehnt im Fall einer Nichtbeachtung des Verbotes
jegliche Verantwortung ab.
Jede Veränderung, die nicht das Dasein und die Effizienz der installierten Einrichtungen gefährden, muss trotzdem die Genehmigung des
Herstellers haben und von den zuständigen Ämtern laut Gesetzgebung und auf Kosten des Käufers geprüft werden.
Der Hersteller sichert die Komponenten des Steuergeräts gegen Herstellungsdefekte mit einer zweijährlichen Garantie ab.
Das vorliegende Handbuch muss immer zur Verfügung des Benutzers/Wartungsarbeiters stehen und dieser muss über den gerechten Gebrauch
des Produktes und sonstige Restrisiken informiert sein.
Das Handbuch muss an einem trockenen, sauberen und von der Hitze geschützten Ort aufbewahrt werden.
Vermeiden Sie bei der Benutzung des Handbuches teilweise oder ganz den Inhalt zu beschädigen.
Aus keinem Grund darf man Teile des Handbuches entfernen, ausreissen oder neu schreiben. Wenden Sie sich an den Verteiler Ihres Gebietes
oder an den Hersteller, falls Sie das Handbuch verlieren oder weiter Informationen benötigen.

4.0 HANDHABUNG UND TRANSPORT
Das Produkt wird im perfekten Betriebszustand verschickt nachdem es in unserer Firma getestet wurde.

Der Transport muss einer Fachfirma anvertraut werden.
Bei Empfang machen Sie den Transporteur auf eventuelle Schäden aufmerksam und kontrollieren Sie, ob das Produkt komplett und in perfektem
Zustand ist.

Versichern Sie sich, dass die Apparatur keine Anzeichen von Schaden aufzeigt und dass die Lieferung komplett ist und schreiben Sie auf dem
Transportschein und/oder der Rechnung eventuelle Anomalien auf.
Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf, falls der Schaden sehr auffällig ist, so dass diese von dem Transportunternehmen, das Ihnen die Maschine
geliefert hat, untersucht werden kann. Setzen Sie sich sofort mit dem Transportunternehmen in Verbindung, um einen Schadenersatz anzutragen.
Wenden Sie sich sofort an den Lieferant, falls die Lieferung nicht mit der Bestellung übereinstimmt.
Jeder Schaden oder Abweichung muss beizeiten mitgeteilt werden
Die Materialien, die zum Schutz der Pakete eingesetzt wurden, müssen je nach deren Zusammensetzung entsorgt werden.
Die Verpackungskomponenten können schneidend sein, verletzen oder gefährlich werden, wenn nicht zwecksgemäß oder unvorsichtig
gehandhabt; nicht innerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern oder unverantwortlichen Personen liegen lassen.
Die Maschine wurde entworfen, gebaut und getestet, um in Fahrzeugen und Umfeldern ohne hohem Verseuchungsgrad an chemischen Gasen
wie Chlor, Ammoniak und ähnlichen, sowie in Räumen ohne Brand- und Explosionsgefahr und erhöhten elektrischem Risiko benutzt zu werden.
5.0 INSTALLATION
Die gesamte Installation muss von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Der Betrieb der Steuerung “Light & Comfort” wird durch den originalen Schlüssel mit Fernbedienung des Fahrzeugs gesteuert, über das
Kommando der Zentralverriegelung.
Diese äußerst praktische Vorrichtung steuert das Einschalten der Innen- und Außenbeleuchtung mit Schaltuhrfunktion und, wo vorhanden, auch
das Öffnen und Schließen der Trittstufe. Außerdem betätigt sie auch die Motoren der Zentralverriegelung.
Die Vorrichtung kann folgendermaßen betrieben werden:

Durch die Originalzentralverriegelung des Fahrzeugs mit dem originalen Schlüssel mit Fernbedienung mit 2 Drückern..
Durch die Fernbedienung der Diebstahlsicherung mit einem Drücker nur , wenn die Vorrichtung mit dem Ausgang der Alarmsteuerung
verbunden ist, das die Zentralverriegelung betätigt.
Durch Benutzung einer Fernbedienung mit veränderlichem Code, unsere Art. Nr. 080-30032 mit 2 Drückern.

5.1.1 IMPULS ZENTRALVERRIEGELUNG
Für den korrekten Betrieb der Vorrichtung müssen die Signale Öffnen und Schließen des Fahrzeugs mit den Kontakten 7 und 3 des CN1
Steckverbinders verbunden werden.
Dieses Signal kann der Ausgang der Zentralverriegelung sein, der normalerweise für die Motoren zum Öffnen der Tür bestimmt ist oder der
Ausgang eines Radioempfängers, der angemessen konfiguriert und verbunden ist..
Der Ausgang der Zentralverriegelung zu den Motoren kann positiv oder negativ sein, d.h. beide Kabel können an Positiv der Einspeisung und
einer auf einmal mit der Masse verbunden werden oder können beide mit der Masse verbunden werden und einer auf einmal an Positiv. Die
Steuerung Light & Comfort funktioniert autonom in beiden Versionen ohne besonders konfiguriert zu werden.
Für den korrekten Betrieb der Vorrichtung müssen verbunden werden:
an Kontakt 3 den Draht, der dem anderen gegenüber positiv wird, wenn das Öffnungssignal aktiv ist.
an Kontakt 7 den Draht, der dem anderen gegenüber positiv wird, wenn das Verriegelungssignal aktiv ist.
Die Kombination beim Gebrauch der Steuerungen Öffnen und Schließen kontrolliert den Betrieb der Vorrichtung , die nach dem ersten Druck auf
Öffnen die Innenbeleuchtung einschaltet und nach dem zweiten Druck auf Öffnen auch die Außenbeleuchtung einschaltet und die Trittstufe
betätigt. Nach dem Druck auf Schließen wird die Beleuchtung ausgeschaltet und die Stufe eingefahren.
5.1.2 SIGNAL KONFIGURATION MODALITÄT ÖFFNEN UND SCHLIEßEN
Die Steuerung Light & Comfort kann auch benutzt werden, wenn das Kommando Öffnen des Fahrzeugs nur über einen Drücker verfügt, der
abwechselnd zum Öffnen und Schließen benutzt wird.
In diesem Fall muss die Steuerung für diese Funktion konfiguriert werden , indem der Kontakt 5 des Steckverbinders CN1 mit Masse verbunden
wird.
5.1.3 DRÜCKER AUFBAUTÜR
Der Zustand der Aufbautür, offen oder geschlossen, wird durch einen auf Kontakt 6 des Steckverbinders CN1 mit Masse verbundenen Drücker
gesteuert. Wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, schaltet sich die Innenbeleuchtung 60“ lang an. Wenn die Tür geschlossen wird, bleibt die Beleuchtung
30” lang an. Wenn die Tür vor Ablauf der vorgesehenen 60“ wieder geschlossen wird, bleibt die Beleuchtung wie vorgesehen 30“ lang an und geht
dann aus.
Wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, während das Signal “unter Schlüssel” aktiv ist, bleibt die Beleuchtung die vorgesehenen 60” lang an. Wenn die Tür
geschlossen wird, bleibt die Beleuchtung nur noch weitere 3“ an.
5.1.5 Unter Schlüssel Signal
Das Signal “unter Schlüssel”, mit Kontakt 1 des Steckverbinders CN1 verbunden, aktiviert das Ausschalten der Beleuchtung nach 3“, wenn diese
noch an ist und die Türen geschlossen sind.
5.1.6 Stromversorgung
Die Spannung der Stromversorgung wird zwischen Pin 4 und 8 des Steckverbinders CN1 angeschlossen, der Draht Masse auf Kontakt 8 und +12V
auf Kontakt 4.
Die Vorrichtung ist gegen Polaritätsinversion geschützt.
Eine Schmelzsicherung 15 A auf + 12 Volt verbinden

5.1 Signale für die Trittstufe
Die Kontakte 6 und 3 des Steckverbinders CN2 sind für die Steuerung der Trittstufe zuständig.
Kontakt 6 wird mit Kontakt 4 des 8–poligen Steckverbinders der elektronischen Steuerung der Trittstufe verbunden ;
Kontakt 3 wird mit Kontakt 1 des 8-poligen Steckverbinders der elektronischen Steuerung der Trittstufe verbunden.
N.B. Die Applikation dieser Funktion ist nur auf der elektronischen Steuerung Art. 12542 von Project 2000 möglich.
Die Platine “Light & Comfort” steuert das Öffnen der Stufe bei jedem zweiten Impuls auf den Drücker Öffnen der Zentralverriegelung und das
Schließen der Stufe bei jedem Impuls Schließen.
Der Ausgang dieses Kommando ist durch Optokoppler isoliert.
5.2 Signale für die Zentralverriegelung
Die Platine “Light & Comfort” ist in der Lage, die Motoren der Zentralverriegelung durch zwei Relaisausgänge direkt zu steueren.
Zum Gebrauch dieses Ausgänge muss das Paar Motorkabel zwischen den Kontakten 2 und 5 der Steckverbinders CN2 verbunden werden, an
Kontakt 5 den Draht, der zum Öffnen dem anderen gegenüber positiv wird und an Kontakt 2 den Draht, der zum Schließen der
Zentralverriegelung dem anderen gegenüber positiv wird .
Dieses Kabelpaar wird von der Platine den Signalen gemäß gesteuert, die am Eingang der Zentralverriegelung empfangen werden.

5.3 Innenbeleuchtung
Kontakt 4 des Steckverbinders CN2 ist für das Einschalten der Innenbeleuchtung zuständig.. Von diesem Kontakt geht durch ein Relais +12 aus
zum direkten Anschalten der Lampen, die außerhalb der Platine mit der Masse verbunden werden können.
Höchste Belastbarkeit 70 Watt.

Bei der Installation beachten Sie bitte die bezüglichen CEI Normen.
Die Herstellerfirma lehnt jede Verantwortung ab bei Störungen an der Steuerung “Light & Comfort” oder am Fahrzeug, die auf die
Verbindung mit einer nicht perfekt funktionierenden elektrischen Anlage oder auf die nicht korrekte Installation auf dem Fahrzeug
zurückzuführen sind.

6.0 INBETRIEBNAHME UND ABNAHME
Das Produkt wird komplett getestet und fertig für die Inbetriebnahme ausgeliefert. Nach der Installation auf dem Fahrzeug müssen die Arbeiten
zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme des Produktes von Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden, um die Risiken auszuschließen, die mit der ersten
Inbetriebnahme des Produktes verbunden sind.

7.0 EINSATZGEBIET UND VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Das Produkt darf nur so angewendet werden, wie es von der Planung her vorgesehen wurde. NUR ZWECKGEMÄß ANWENDEN.
Der Hersteller kann nicht als verantwortlich angesehen werden für die Schaden, die aus unsachgemäßem, falschem oder vernunftwidrigem
Gebrauch entstehen.
Der Benutzer muss sich an die Sicherheitsnormen des Landes halten, in dem die Installation stattfindet. Außerdem auch noch an die allgemeinen
Regeln des gesunden Menschenverstandes und muss sicher stellen, dass die regelmäßig vorgesehenen Wartungsarbeiten korrekt durchgeführt
werden.
Der Installateur, Benutzer oder Wartungsarbeiter hat die Pflicht, den Hersteller auf jegliche Defekte und Beschädigungen hinzuweisen, die die
ursprüngliche Sicherheit der Anlage gefährden.
Die Verantwortungen für die gewerblichen Komponenten, die auf das Produkt montiert wurden, liegen bei den jeweiligen Herstellern. Die
Verantwortung des zum Gebrauch zugelassenen Personals liegt beim Kunden.

Bei Empfang des zweiten Impulses Öffnen wird die Trittstufe ausgefahren und die
Außenbeleuchtung wird 60”lang angeschaltet.
Bei Öffnen der Aufbautür wird die Innenbeleuchtung 60” lang angeschaltet
Wenn die Tür vor Ablauf der nach dem Öffnen programmierten 60” geschlossen wird, bleibt die
Beleuchtung noch 30” lang angeschaltet..
Wenn die Tür nach dem Ausschalten der Beleuchtung geschlossen wird, wird die Beleuchtung 30”
lang angeschaltet.
Wenn die Tür bei angeschalteter Beleuchtung geschlossen wird und das Signal “unter Schüssel”
anwesend ist, reduziert sich die Zeit der angeschalteten Beleuchtung auf 3”, sowohl für die
Innenbeleuchtung als auch für die Außenbeleuchtung, falls noch angeschaltet.
Bei Öffnen der Fahrerhaustür wird die Innenbeleuchtung angeschaltet und bleibt so lange an, wie
die Tür geöffnet bleibt.
Wenn die Fahrerhaustür geschlossen wird, bleibt die Innenbeleuchtung 30” lang angeschaltet..
Wenn die Fahrerhaustür bei Anwesenheit des Signals “unter Schlüssel” geschlossen wird, reduziert
sich das Brennen der Innenbeleuchtung auf 3”.
Bei Empfang des Impulses Schließen bleibt die Innenbeleuchtung etwa 3”lang angeschaltet, danach
geht sie aus, ebenso die Außenbeleuchtung falls noch angeschaltet und die Trittstufe fährt ein.

10.0 ABBAU UND VERSCHROTTUNG
Die Herstellerfirma hat das Steuergerät „Light&Comfortt“ für eine Betriebsdauer von 500 Stunden (nicht durchgehend) entworfen und gebaut,
dies aber ausschließlich wenn alle Wartungsprozeduren, die in diesem Handbuch enthalten sind, erfüllt werden.
Bevor mit den Entsorgungsarbeiten begonnen wird, muss die elektrische Anlage der Steuerung “LIGHT & COMFORT “ von der Fahrzeugbatterie
abgetrennt werden.
DIE HERSTELLFIRMA HAFTET NICHT FÜR EVENTUELLE WEITERVERWENDUNGEN DER KOMPONENTEN ODER DES MATERIALS, DAS DURCH DEN
ABBAU DES STEUERGERÄTS GEWONNEN WURDE.
Es gelten als „Abfälle aus elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen“ oder „EEAG“, die elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen, die von Artikel 6,
Absatz 1 Bst. a) der Gesetzverordnung vom 5. Februar 1997, Nr. 22 und folgende als Abfälle betrachtet werden, einschließlich alle
Komponenten, Untergruppen und Verbrauchsteile, die Bestandteil des Produktes sind. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch der Anlagen oder deren
Teile kann auf Grund der darin enthaltenen gefährlichen Stoffe erheblichen Schaden an der Umwelt und der menschlichen Gesundheit auslösen.
Laut Gesetzverordnung 151/2005 ist es daher obligatorisch, EEAG nicht als Hausmüll zu entsorgen und diese Abfälle gesondert zu sammeln.
Andernfalls werden die von der Gesetzverordnung vom 5. Februar 1997, Nr. 22 vorgesehenen Sanktionen für die widerrechtliche Entsorgung
von Abfällen angewendet.
Die Sammelsysteme EEAG und „Sammelpunkte EEAG“, d.h. Plätze, Räume und Einrichtungen für die Sammlung und die zeitbegrenzte Lagerung
der EEAG, an die sich die Privatperson wenden kann, werden von der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder auf freiwilliger Grundlage von
Privatpersonen entschieden.
Beim Kauf einer neuen Vorrichtung besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dem Händler die alte zurückzugeben.
Das Symbol, das auf die gesonderte Sammlung von elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen (EEA) hinweist, ist ein durchgestrichener Mülleimer
auf Rädern: das Symbol wurde sichtbar, lesbar und farbecht direkt auf das Produkt gedruckt.
11.0 ALLGEMEINE GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Der Hersteller „Project 2000“ leistet für die verschiedene Komponenten des Steuergeräts eine Garantie von 24 Monaten ab dem Kaufsdatum.
Die defekten Teile dürfen nicht gefälscht werden und müssen die Matrikelnummer vorweisen, die sich auf dem Identifikationsschild befindet.
Die Garantie verfällt für gefälschte oder teilweise demontierte Teile. Die Garantie entfällt auch für die elektronische Steuereinheit, falls diese
falsch mit der Anlage verbunden wurde. In diesem Fall werden Reparaturkosten berechnet.
Der Hersteller „Project 2000“ kann sich entweder für den Ersatz der defekten Teile entscheiden oder diese reparieren. Im Fall einer negativ
ausgehenden Reparatur oder Ersetzung kann der Kunde sich für eine Verminderung der Berechnung oder die Stornierung des Kaufes
entscheiden.
Jegliche Entschädigung für indirekte Schäden ist absolut ausgeschlossen.
Die Garantie schließt die Reparatur oder den Ersatz des Teiles bei der Herstellerfirma „Project 2000 “ ein. Die Versandkosten (für die von
Garantie gedeckten Teile), sowie die Kosten für die Arbeitskraft bei den Wiederverkäufern oder auch andere Kosten jeglicher Art sind nicht
in der Garantie enthalten.
