L’interruttore orario astronomico è destinato alla gestione delle utenze elettriche in relazione all’orario
dell’alba e del tramonto nell’area geografica impostata, senza l’utilizzo di sensori esterni.

INSTALLAZIONE

Attenzione: l’installazione e il collegamento elettrico dei dispositivi e apparecchiature devono essere eseguiti da personale
qualificato e in conformità alle norme e leggi vigenti.
Il costruttore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per quanto riguarda l’impiego di prodotti che debbano seguire particolari
norme di ambiente e/o installazione.
Nota per l’installatore: nel caso di montaggio su superficie (es. a parete), prevedere adeguata canalizzazione dei cablaggi
(in particolar modo per la tensione di rete) nel rispetto della vigente norma di impianto.
Installazione del dispositivo, indipendente - fisso
Asportare le calotte coprimorsetto e installare il dispositivo:
su barra DIN
(secondo DIN EN 50 022) nei piccoli quadri di distribuzione;
a parete
fissare a parete l’elemento plastico (figura a lato) in dotazione e agganciarvi l’interruttore orario con le
apposite calotte coprimorsetti;
a retroquadro con Kit a richiesta.

Verificare che il carico del relè non superi il valore indicato nei dati tecnici.

L’interruttore orario viene fornito in condizione di riposo (SLEEP-MODE), per evitare il consumo inutile della pila.
IMPORTANTE: tutte le impostazioni effettuate devono essere confermate premendo il tasto OK, in caso
contrario, trascorsi 30 secondi l’interruttore orario torna al “Funzionamento normale” e le modifiche non
saranno conservate.

PRIMA PROGRAMMAZIONE (scelta della lingua e del luogo di installazione)
Per prima cosa è necessario scegliere se l’installazione andrà effettuata in Italia oppure in un paese estero.
La scelta determina il modo di programmazione dei dati geografici e la lingua.
Dopo aver alimentato il dispositivo, la prima programmazione si esegue premendo il tasto “RESET” con l’ausilio di un utensile a punta e
successivamente (entro 3 secondi) premere il tasto “MENU”. Dopo una serie di schermate, compare la scritta scorrevole “Select your country”.
Con il tasto “ ” e “ ”scegliere tra “ITALIA” e “OTHER COUNTRY”. Con il tasto “OK” si conferma e si passa automaticamente al menù dei parametri
astronomici.
• A seconda della scelta fatta, comparirà il menù di programmazione per l’Italia oppure quello per l’estero.

IMPORTANTE: per il corretto funzionamento, è indispensabile inserire alcune informazioni (PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI)
che permettono allo strumento di identificare l’area geografica dove esso verrà installato.

IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI PER L’ITALIA

• Se al punto precedente si è scelta l’installazione in Italia comparirà la scritta scorrevole “SELEZIONARE CAPOLUOGO ITALIANO”
Per la scelta del codice corrispondente al capoluogo consultare la tabella “Codice/Capoluogo di Provincia”
- Il tasto “ 2 ” incrementa il campo capoluogo.
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo capoluogo.
(I valori impostabili vanno da 0 a 103).
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente.

• Compare ora la scritta scorrevole “CORREZIONE ORARIO TRAMONTO”
A causa di caratteristiche del luogo (altitudine, montagne circostanti, ecc.) l'orario di alba e tramonto può differire da quello
calcolato, questo parametro rappresenta una correzione in minuti rispetto all'orario di tramonto.
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo.
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo.
(il valore di questo parametro può andare da +120 min a -120 min).
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente.
• Compare ora la scritta scorrevole “CORREZIONE ORARIO ALBA”
(Questo parametro rappresenta una correzione in minuti rispetto all'orario di alba).
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo.
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo.
(Il valore di questo parametro può andare da +120 min a -120 min).
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente.
• Compare la scritta scorrevole “FUNZIONAMENTO USCITE ALTERNATO”
Se questo parametro è ON ogni giorno si scambia il funzionamento di CH1 con CH2 per bilanciare i carichi collegati sulle uscite.
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo
(I valori impostabili sono ON/OFF) Nota: lo scambio delle uscite, se abilitato, viene effettuato ogni giorno alle 12:00
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente

• Compare la scritta scorrevole “TEMPO MINIMO USCITE ON”
Questo parametro determina la durata minima di una commutazione ON di ciascuna uscita in prossimità di alba e tramonto.
Si utilizza nei programmi PF, PH, P1 e P2 per evitare l'accensione di lampade per un tempo inferiore al minimo impostato.
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo
(Il range del parametro è 0 ÷ 30 minuti)
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente

- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e il dispositivo si porta nella condizione di “Funzionamento normale”.
Nota: il contaore non avanza se interruttore orario non è collegato alla rete di alimentazione.

Per successive modifiche sarà possibile rientrare in qualsiasi momento nel menù di “IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI”
con la seguente è procedura:
dalla condizione di “Funzionamento normale” del dispositivo, premere il tasto “MENU”, selezionare con il tasto o la scritta ASTRO
(lampeggiante) successivamente tenere premuto per 3 secondi il tasto “OK”.

IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI PER L’ESTERO (visualizzazioni scritte sul display in lingua inglese)

• Consiste nell’inserire i gradi di latitudine e longitudine del luogo di installazione. Questi dati possono essere ricavati da: un qualsiasi atlante, un
sistema GPS oppure dalla cartina riportata in questo manuale.
Nota: la cartina si riferisce alla sola Europa, è comunque possibile programmare località in tutto il mondo.
• Se nell’impostazione “luogo di installazione/lingua” si era scelto “OTHER COUNTRY” compare la scritta scorrevole
“LATITUDE NORTH = PLUS SIGN”
(Per la scelta dei valori da impostare consultare la “Cartina - Latitudine/Longitudine”)
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo
(il range del parametro è - 60° ÷ + 64°)
Nota: i gradi di latitudine NORD hanno il segno positivo
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente
• Compare la scritta scorrevole “LONGITUDE EAST = PLUS SIGN”
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo
(Il range del parametro è ±180°) Nota: i gradi di longitudine EST hanno il segno positivo
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione seguente
• Compare la scritta scorrevole “TIME ZONE EAST = PLUS SIGN”
Questo parametro rappresenta le ore di scostamento dal meridiano zero di Greenwich.
In base alla precedente selezione di latitudine e longitudine viene proposto un valore per questo campo.
Se necessario è possibile modificarlo nel seguente modo:
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa il campo
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa il campo
(il range del parametro è ±14 h con step di 30 minuti)
Nota: il segno positivo corrisponde a longitudini EST
- Il tasto “OK” conferma il dato e passa alla programmazione dei seguenti parametri:
per gli altri parametri (correzione orario di tramonto/alba, funzionamento uscite alternato, tempo minimo uscite ON,
visualizzazione/azzeramento contaore uscita CH1 o CH2) fare riferimento a quanto indicato nel capitolo precedente
“IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI PER L’ITALIA”.

Per successive modifiche sarà possibile rientrare in qualsiasi momento nel menù di “IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI ASTRONOMICI”
con la seguente è procedura:
dalla condizione di “Funzionamento normale” del dispositivo, premere il tasto “MENU”, selezionare con il tasto o la scritta ASTRO
(lampeggiante) successivamente tenere premuto per 3 secondi il tasto “OK”.
IMPOSTAZIONE ORA/DATA ATTUALI
Nota: ogni qualvolta si effettua un’operazione di reset è necessario impostare nuovamente l’ora e la data attuali.
Premere il tasto “MENU” per visualizzare la scritta TIME (lampeggiante) successivamente confermare premendo il tasto “OK”, si entra in sincronizzazione secondi.
Lampeggiano i secondi (sul campo mese) + il simbolo e scompare il giorno della settimana.
- Il tasto “ ” sincronizza al minuto successivo
- Il tasto “ ” sincronizza al minuto corrente
• Premendo il tasto “OK” termina la regolazione dei secondi e si passa alla modifica minuti (scompaiono i secondi e appare AAAA.MM.GG ed i minuti lampeggianti)
- Il tasto “ ” incrementa i minuti
- Il tasto “ ” decrementa i minuti

Oltre al modo di funzionamento descritto sono presenti altre modalità da utilizzare in
periodi di festività oppure per forzature manuali delle uscite.
PROGRAMMA HOLIDAY (festività)

• Questa modalità di funzionamento assegna il programma “PH” per massimo 99 giorni a partire dalla
data attuale.
• Dalla modalità di “Funzionamento normale”, si attiva questo programma tenendo premuto per almeno 3
secondi il tasto “OK”, fino alla visualizzazione della schermata a lato con il campo dei giorni lampeggiante
(00d): con “ ” e “ ” è possibile modificare il numero di giorni con “OK” si conferma e si torna al
“Funzionamento Normale”.
L’attivazione del programma HOLIDAY è segnalata sul display dal simbolo “

Nota: sarà comunque possibile uscire anticipatamente dal programma HOLIDAY riportando i giorni a 00d

Dalla modalità di “Funzionamento normale” è possibile modificare lo stato delle uscite CH1 e/o CH2
utilizzando il tasto “ ” per CH1 e il tasto “ ” per CH2.
• E' possibile forzare in modo temporaneo premendo brevemente il tasto a freccia (
) corrispondente
all’uscita desidera, la forzatura temporanea permane fino al successivo evento programmato (il ripristino
dello stato corretto si ha anche alla successiva mezzanotte o alla modifica dei parametri di
programmazione), dopodiché le uscite assumono lo stato previsto dalle programmazioni sul display.
• La forzatura temporanea è visualizzata sul display dalla scritta CH1 e CH2, il relativo simbolo dello stato

Calcolo
• Il calcolo degli orari di alba tramonto è particolarmente gravoso, in termini di utilizzo di CPU, e può richiedere qualche secondo.
Durante questo calcolo sul display compare il simbolo “PROG” lampeggiante e lo strumento non risponde alla pressione dei tasti. Per ridurre questo
tempo di attesa è necessario collegare lo strumento alla rete di alimentazione.
Alba e tramonto
• L'orario di alba e tramonto viene calcolato considerando il sole di 0.833° sotto l'orizzonte, per tener conto dei fenomeni causati dalla rifrazione terrestre.
La corrispondenza con l'effettivo orario di alba e tramonto di uno specifico luogo dipende anche da:
- variazioni atmosferiche
- altitudine e orografia del luogo per cui è necessario, di solito, correggere i valori calcolati con i seguenti parametri
- CORREZIONE ORARIO TRAMONTO
- CORREZIONE ORARIO ALBA

L’interruttore orario viene fornito in condizione di riposo (SLEEP-MODE).
A - Attivazione senza il collegamento alla rete: premere il tasto RESET con l’ausilio di un utensile a punta, dopo un breve Lamp-Test, sul display l’ora 12:00
lampeggia ad indicare la mancanza di tensione di rete. Dopo circa 2 minuti dall’ultima pressione di un tasto il dispositivo entra in modalità stand-by.
B - Attivazione con il collegamento alla rete: alimentare l’interruttore orario, premere il tasto RESET, dopo un breve Lamp-Test il display visualizza in modo
fisso l’ora 12:00 ad indicare il collegamento alla tensione di rete.
- la procedura di reset sopra descritta non elimina i dati preimpostati o precedentemente inseriti: astronomici, impostazione uscita CH1,
cambio ora estate/inverno, contaore dei relè.
- premendo il tasto “MENU” nelle condizioni A o B, il dispositivo si posiziona in modalità “Funzionamento normale”:

SPEGNIMENTO ED ACCENSIONE DELL’INTERRUTTORE ORARIO
Si utilizza questa modalità per non scaricare la pila durante lunghi periodi di inutilizzo.
• Premendo “RESET” seguito dal tasto “OK” sul display
comparirà la scritta “AST OFF” dopodichè il dispositivo si
spegne completamente disattivando i relè.
• Per accenderlo premere “RESET” dopo un breve lamp-test il dispositivo
visualizza sul display l’ora (12:00), premere il tasto “MENU” per entrare nella
modalità di Funzionamento normale dopodichè impostare ora e data attuali.

Installation of the appliance, independent-fixed
Remove the terminal cover caps and install the appliance:
on a DIN bar
(according to DIN EN 50 022) in the small distribution panels;
on the wall
fix the supplied plastic element to the wall (figure on the side) and hook up the time switch via the special
terminal cover caps;
on the back panel with the kit upon request.

FIRST PROGRAMMING (choosing the language and place of installation)
First of all you must choose whether the installation is to be carried out in Italy or in a different country.
This choice will determine the geographical data and language programming mode.
Once the appliance has been powered, the first programming is carried out first by pressing “RESET” with the help of a pointed tool and then (within 3
seconds) by pressing “MENU”. After a series of screen messages, the scrolling message “Select your country” will appear.
Choose between ITALY and OTHER COUNTRY using the “ ” e “ ” keys. Press “OK” to confirm your selection and to automatically proceed to the
astronomical parameters menu.
• According to your selection, the programming menu for Italy or for abroad will appear.

Note: every time you reset, it is necessary to set the current time and date once again.
Press “MENU” to visualise the (flashing) word TIME and confirm by pressing “OK”. You will enter the seconds synchronisation.
The seconds (in the month field) + the symbol
starts flashing and the day of the week disappears.
- The “ ” key synchronises to the successive minute.
- The “ ” key synchronises to the current minute.
• By pressing “OK” the seconds adjustment procedure is completed and you pass to the modification of the minutes (the seconds disappear and

• This operating mode allocates the program “PH” for a maximum of 99 days from the current date.
• From normal operating mode you can activate this program by pressing “OK” for at least 3 seconds, until the
screen message on the side is displayed with the day field flashing (00d): use “ ” and “ ” to change the
number of days and press “OK” to confirm and return to “Normal operation”.
Activation of the HOLIDAY program is signaled on the display by the symbol “

Calculation
• The calculation of the sunrise and sunset times is particularly demanding on the CPU, and may take seconds.
During this calculation, the “PROG” symbol flashes on the display and the instrument does not respond to pressure on the keys. To reduce the wait time,
connect the instrument to the mains power supply.
Sunrise and sunset
• The sunrise and sunset times are calculated taking into account the sun at 0.833° below the horizon, to make allowances for phenomena caused by
terrestrial refraction. Correspondence with the effective sunrise and sunset times in a specific location also depends on:
- atmospheric variations
- altitude and mountain ranges in the location this means that it is normally necessary to correct the values calculated with the following parameters:
- SUNSET TIME OFFSET
- SUNRISE TIME OFFSET

OTHER TIME SWITCH ACTIVATION MODES

B - Activation with mains connection: power the time switch and press RESET. After a brief Lamp-Test the display will show the time 12:00 (not flashing) to
indicate the connection to the mains voltage.
- the reset procedure described above does not remove the preset or previously entered data:
astronomical data, output CH1 setting, summer and winter time change, relay hour counter.
- by pressing “MENU” in condition A or B, the appliance will enter “normal operating” mode.

SWITCHING THE TIME SWITCH ON AND OFF
This mode is used to avoid discharging the battery during long periods of non-use.
• By pressing “RESET” followed by “OK”, the word “AST OFF”
will appear on the display, after which the appliance is turned off
completely by deactivating the relay.
• To switch it on press “RESET”. After a brief lamp-test the display will show the
time (12:00). Press “MENU” to enter normal operating mode and set the
current time and date.

Prima accensione / programmazione
Dopo aver alimentato il dispositivo, la prima programmazione si esegue premendo il tasto “RESET” con
l’ausilio di un utensile a punta e successivamente (entro 3 secondi) premere il tasto “MENU”. Dopo una serie di
schermate, compare la scritta scorrevole “Select your country”, quindi procedere alla programmazione come
da indicazioni riportate sul libretto istruzioni.

First switch ON / programming
Once the appliance has been powered, the first programming is carried out first by pressing “RESET” with the
help of a pointed tool and then (within 3 seconds) by pressing “MENU”. After a series of screen messages, the
scrolling message “Select your country” will appear, then proceed with programming (see instruction book).
